For today the nicotine patch. As I put on my coat last night to go to the store to get another pack, I headed to Shoppers instead for the patch as a second attempt at a long battle I started last spring to quit. I bought the 21mg. which are too strong so cut it in half. Today is spent in bed as my body is thinking wth just happened? At least I'm not craving a smoke though. Headache and slight upset stomach are the side effects on this one and can't even have my morning cup of coffee for now. Got to feel worse before it gets better.

You know all those crazy conspiracy theories crazy people talk about? Like Elvis is still alive, or the moon landings never happened, or Area 51 is the mysterious home to alien conventions (buffet included). You've all seen those bargain books at Chapters, lying uneasily in bins affixed with a $4.99 price tag, titled 'The Government Poisons Our Water with More Water' and 'The Holocaust Never Happened, by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.' My question is, what conspiracy theories do you believe? I know they're silly but it's fun to imagine a totally different world every now and then. My favourite conspiracy theory, which I would love to believe true, is that the Romanovs are still alive. Or at least one of Nicholas's daughters. In light of recent events, I feel compelled to write this message. There has been much talk lately about the increasing prevalence of negative commentary and in-fighting amongst members of Cerb. My history as a hobbyist dates back approximately thirteen years. In that time I've had the pleasure of meeting many incredible ladies, as well as corresponding with many like minded individuals through forums such as these. I have spent a fair amount of time in cities such as Toronto, and as such I am also a member of other boards. Without going into specifics, I can tell you that they have had, and some continue to have their share of problems. In part, that is why I chose to distance myself from them and join the respected Cerb community. Lately, I have begun to feel that those difficulties endemic to other boards have slowly filtered into our own. I would hope that we as a community will take it upon ourselves not to allow this to transpire. Some of the most endearing features of Cerb include acceptance, non-jugement, unity and community. In some sense of the word, Cerb may even be considered a loosely knit family of sorts, albeit (at times) a bit dysfunctional. This is really the situation I'd like to avoid. Our collective intellect, knowledge and sense of togetherness surely merits more than being reduced to petty squabbling. We ourselves are not the enemy. If anything, we should be rallying together to support initiatves such as the constitutional challenge and other such pursuits that hopefully will strengthen the foothold and legitimacy of the adult entertainment industry. Let us be mindful of the fact that we are here for one another. Cerb is not an entity in and of itself; Rather, it is WE who are Cerb. We make up our community and it is we who are ultimately the authors of our success or misfortune. As the dawning of a new year approaches, let's take it upon ourselves to reflect and resolve to rise up and overcome these issues, in order that we may all benefit the community as a whole. To do otherwise would be a disservice to ourselves and the industry we make up and support. Thank you for reading.

She didn't plan on killing the guy, totally understand that...she was doing it in self-defense. She did have some time to think because she called 911 and asked the operator if it was OK to shoot the intruders, but the operator couldn't tell her to do that and she had to do what she thought was right...it was her decision. I guess my only thing is maybe there are alternatives, like yelling and saying you have a gun, fire off a warning shot...i'm sure if the intruders knew she had a gun, they would be running the other way. And if they didn't heed the warning then they pay the consequence. I would also take the child and move to another room and lock yourself in, barricade the door or whatever.

Any credit cards where you can receive airmiles. Actually I have one credit card with a low limit and that's it. I paid off and ripped up the others years ago. Life is much simpler when paying for things with cash.

With all my home renos I am currently cashing in on the Canadian Tire reward money! Actually, come to think of it, I know a provider who actually accepts Cndn Tire money like regular money, but I digress.....

It takes 30 mins to get my corset and stockings off!
