i should add that asking "who is better" is considered rude. Remember the ladies read the posts here so wording you questions more poliet will get you a lot further (fyi, one of the ladies reported your post and brought this to my attention). Perhaps support us when we do decide to visit with firm and committed appointments. I am still getting the odd request, " are you still comming"? Well I never did get to visit because of all the fear surrounding where I might be staying and wanting me to stay here or there for each persons personal security. So far I have stayed clear of posting in this thread as per my decision not to enter debates on this board. I have voted on a similar thread on the other board (I voted for option D, the last option. much prefer if she didn't provide the service......). I break my silence briefly to make a few points for whatever it's worth. First the OP said any additional comments are welcome and some of us found it necessary to point out the risks associated with service. So I don't think anything got side tracked. It is up to readers to read and make their own judgement on stated comments. I also agree with SamanthaEvans that though likely not the intention of the OP, however, polls like this will in fact pressure providers to provide what they may not wish otherwise. I have come indeed across providers who (after I rejected the service they were about to offer and witnessing their puzzled faces,) opened up to me and said that they offer this service because most men demand or want it against their better judgement or will (one as recent as a few days ago). What SamanthaEvans stated in her post was a very sad reality. Of course the hobbyist won't know because he will never be told by the provider that she will do it but against her will.... That said I am as guilty as I also make Daty a requirement when I first contact the provider and some may not wish to provide that may feel pressured in doing so because they want my business. However, I could be wrong but I think unlike BBBJ most providers are okay with providing Daty (as per lower health risks associated with Daty, especially HIV) but still I may have come across a case or two when Daty was provided under pressure. I very much prefer if they tell me that they don't wish or prefer not to provide the service and I just move to another who may have no problem providing it and honestly I feel much better this way than the case when one may provide under pressure. I completely disagree on paying extra for any service, If the provider is concerned about health risks associated with BBBJ then she must not do it no matter what. You can't bribe the virus lol. Extra payments is not going to make the service less risky. So, I never pay extra for daty. As for BBBJ/CIM/PSE I will not partake even if the provider pays me lol as per my comment above. As my last comment, I think that providers (indies or those working for agencies) should not offer services that they don't feel comfortable no matter what. You still will get almost 2/3 of the business according to poll results. Hobbyists alike have the equal right to refuse those who decline services they desire as well. This way every one can find his or her match. My views for whatever it's worth.

Chanel Reign asked me to let you gents know she will not be available for the next few weeks. She is in the hospital and is not sure when she will be released or what course of treatment she will be receiving for a very serious back ailment she has been suffering with for over a year. We rent a property that is apparently involved in a divorce. Over the past year and change, we've had FIVE appraisers in here determing the worth of the place. Two for him, one for her, and one for the insurance company. Oddly enough, all have come to very different estimates of the place's worth. (The lowest estimate is half that of the highest estimate.) WTF???? Are there no standards for property appraisers?? Fred and I have never been interested in owning property, but sheesh! This has left us with a totally jaded idea of what property appraisers really do. Aren't there any industry standards?? I'm left wondering if property appraisers aren't even bigger whores than SPs are.

It is low risk for the really bad ones (especially for the man) for hiv & hep C (the biggies) but stuff like cold soars or bleeding gums increases the risk as blood to blood transfer is where it happens. Now... Both parties can get herpes (Cold soar or genital herpes), Gonorrhea and hpv (Genital Warts) as Gonorrhea and HPV can all live in a throat or genitals (so both are risk for oral unprotected) ... also low risk (Much less common for oral transmission but possible) are Hepatitis B, Syphilis, Chlamydia and Chancroid Now... herpes is the most common orally transmitted but really it's only contagious when a soar is developing or developed (Blisters showing) and the person who has the soar knows one is developing cause they BURN! so someone would need to be very irresponsible to have unprotected oral sex knowing that a cold soar is starting or a genital outbreak is starting. New antiviral medicine is available to stop outbreaks or shorten them too so really no excuse for passing herpes to another person. The only ZERO risk is abstinence - anyone who tells you different is an idiot. Know the risks, accept the risks and play within your comfort level. Anyone giving BBBJ as a SP should know the risks already... most people see the risks as non fatal STi/STd's that most can be avoided by a quick inspection of the genitals (warts and soars) and not very risky for HepC and HIV so they are willing to offer those services and accept the low risk level.

Without knowing the circumstances, motivations or interests behind the appraisals, I can only hazard a guess behind the differences in the values. Anyway, there are a couple of different types of appraisals. Take yer pick which suits the occasion. 1. Mortgage Appraisal. A technical type of examination based on the number of rooms, square footage, property location, attachments (garage, outbuildings, etc), existing money owed, back-taxes, liens. This is used so the lender can feel comfortable with the amount of money they are about to risk on the borrower. If, for example, the seller is upside down on the property, owes taxes, has contractor liens and wants to beat up the buyer, this type of appraisal is supposed to prevent over-borrowing. Also determines the actual ownership of the property. Doesn't always work well - especially in the U.S. If the seller(s) owes back taxes, guess who has 1st claim of ownership if the municipality decides it wants it's money NOW? The government holds all the cards when it comes to property ownership. Ifn you don't pay the taxes, the govt grabs the property and sells it for whatever they can git to recover the money owed to them. Everybody else gets sloppy seconds. 2. Market Appraisal: Commonly done by RE agents to give the seller an idea about the value of the property in current market conditions. It's based on what buyers paid for similar houses in the same area. May be most valuable for use by the divorce lawyers. 3. Insurance Appraisal: Done by insurance underwriters to determine the replacement cost for a similar structure should a disaster occur. In a divorce, and in cases where passion, poor judgement or other emotions may be involved, a scorched-earth approach may appeal to one or both of the litigants. Not saying this is common in all divorce proceedings - but, if something unfortunate or suspicious should happen to the insured property, the Insurer has some dollar figures with which to deal. Note: I don't want to sound paranoid, but you, as renters, should be very aware of your insured position in this circumstance. 4. Pre-purchase Appraisal: This is a grey area for the industry. I have often asked an appraiser to render an opinion on prospective property purchases. Some guys are good, some really suck. I have learned from the observations & I have found good value in this type of appraisal, especially when it comes to older structures. Doesn't determine the dollar value of the property, but it does give you an idea what trouble spots and costs to expect. The analysis ranges from structure, electrical, cosmetic, plumbing, etc... ...There may be a host of other reasons for the appraisals. Just guessing here.

I would have her contact the site directly and ask them to take her advertising down, as well let them know she is retired from the biz. There are more and more of these sites that copy ads and place them on there sites, and some are more work than others to have your information removed.

I dont really think it's fair to classify that its young girls with no business sense. Im guessing that your end on doing the research on your selected SP has something to do with it as well. I've watched the vote on both boards closely. This is a trixie dilema for many reasons; the main one for me are my ability to continue to earn an income in the event one of these occurs... 1. INCURABLE-AIDs/HIV I don't have an issue with a gentleman having a preference but I prefer that I, as a provider, have the opportunity to get to know a guest before I am forced to make a decision. And it is "forced" as I was trained to always provide the safest service - ALWAYS - so anything uncovered is going against years of conditioning and brings concern to my mind. There are few sterotypes that we can constructively work against, STI/STD transmission is one of the ones that we can stand proud on being untrue with statistics to back it up. I do understand the preference and on this board I expected the results seen in the poll. I genuinely wonder how many men will enjoy it with the outbreaks that are surfacing. I know everyone has read the articles on the newest strain of untreatable gonorrhea that is currently under scrutiny; spreading globally and certainly wouldn't enjoy explaining how their SO ended up with chlamydia now that she is hospitalized with raging infection in her girlie regions and she is now sterile. Mitigating risk is an essential part of this business and I have concerns about the disregard most have for the health and well being of their providers vs. their own pleasure. I also am surprised at the nonchalance shown about the hobbyists own health given the fallout of incurable STD's. I've copied and pasted my response to this thread from the other board. I think it's as much a matter of your personal comfort as it is about your level of risk. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't know of any widely accepted scientific formula for determining the exact frequency of testing necessary for any individual. It helps to have an understanding of how different STIs are transmitted (different STIs can be transmitted in different ways), the level of risk for transmission in your own sex life, and also your own body and what 'normal' looks like for you. To make a decision that is right for you, I would encourage researching STIs, their risk factors and treatments. It helps to take the mystery out of things. The HIV virus won't actually show up on tests until about three months after transmission. Certainly the sooner any STI is caught the sooner and often more effectively it can be treated. And often there's no way of knowing if you have an STI unless you get tested- it could lie dormant for a while, and show no symptoms. It sounds to me like you're keeping a good check on your health, but it all comes down to you.

Received today: - Did you get vaccinated for hepatitis? HPV? - Do you have a regular medical checkup to prevent STD's? I almost feel like asking him what hepatitis and HPV are and tell him I don't remember the last time I went for tests... I also didn't know medical check ups could prevent STDs! I guess we learn something new everyday (tongue in cheek) ;)
