well this is the time in my life when I say farewell and see you later.. This is why I DO have a clock in the room. I appreciate that some ladies chose not to, to demonstrate the relaxed atmosphere... but I purrsonally find the lack of one causes more anxiety than having one does. I keep mine on a small table across the room, slightly turned so the numbers aren't glaring at us. Most of the time it's even blocked by water glasses etc. I rarely look at it, and am far from a clockwatcher. But just like you, if there isn't one in the room, I get stressed. I find myself worrying about timing, rather than focusing on enjoyment. Having it there means we can glance at it if and when we need to, and lets us relax and enjoy the time we do have together.

Many SP's get tremendous amounts of cancellations and it's just bad for their business. Some of them just get sick of it and have to charge a fee. I guess it should happen to people that have cancelled more than once because that's a little sketchy. I'm really not surprised SP's are doing this though.

It's always bugged me that traditionally women are to be "protected" from sex whereas with men it's encouraged. If a client jerks an SP around enough ( cancelling multiple times) or no shows her then it's justified. Don't waste their time by doing this and there won't be a problem. Most won't call back and are considered time wasters and would be blacklisted by the SP. And if an SP did this, there would be holy hell to pay for if it were a last minute cancellation or she no showed. A professional SP will make it up to the client at a reduced rate or more time offered. If a client is intent on seeing a certain SP then keep the appt or cancel in sufficient amount of time. Other businesses will ask for the same so why should it be any different for an SP? I recently missed a hair appt because I was sick and cancelled on short notice and had to pay a cancellation fee of $100. Why? because it's policy and I respect the guy who's been doing my hair for the last 13 years and he is losing money. Short term cancellations aren't that easy to replace right away. And I also respect him and what he does.

I see no issue with the poll or the time I added the poll. Only the people who either (1) want to cause drama or (2) want to negotiate are going to be against the poll as it shows how wrong it is and they don't want to be told that. Think it is time to close the thread. I will suggest to council as well that a new policy/rule on cerb should be that negotiating with a SP who does not specifically say her prices are negotiable will be against the rules. I see no reason why every lady needs to put that she does not negotiate in her ad (it makes her sound mean and negative and the ads should be positive) you don't walk into a restaurant and negotiate your dinner price (and if you do your an ass). You would think that when you are on the Internet every day, I would have the chance to type up my experiences and recommendations.....but not when you are at WORK!! My apologies to MsManda for this late reco, but I have the time. MsManda is the first SP that I had only contact through E-Mail throughout the entire procedure of setting up an Encounter. I say I was lucky to see her as she was tired and had errands to run. I thank her deeply for her time. It was a good 1.5 to 2 hours of fun. Could tell she was tired, she pleased me very well.
