A simple but apt truism, imo anyway, is that you can't use logic and reason with those that are illogical and unreasonable. Comments sections are the cesspool of human society. On most boards there is some moderation and courtesy. A long while back I was walking home in the afternoon when the sky started to darken and it began to rain. It wasn't a heavy rain, mind you, but it was still enough rain to soak a person to the skin.
