I didn't question why SPs would ask for IDs until the backlash someone else got from the thought of asking an SP for her ID. I knew that wasn't a realistic ask, but the reaction people had at the thought of it made me dig deeper, I wasn't expecting all the BS, but it's understandable for being all defensive. But once I found out WHY you collect ID s and what you do with them, regardless of whether they are a negative client or not, well, let's just say I won't be handing over my ID anymore, now that I know the truth.

Look up at what started this convo: Is it wrong to ask a SP for verification? The reaction from SPs taking offence to this was what raised some concerns. And apologies for dragging this out, but see how much it took to kinda get you both to see how very sus it can be to hear that 'yes, it's mostly a power play'. And saying "just accept it, this is what we have learned that needs toto get done to make this happen!" doesn't really fill us with much confidence that this process won't be used against us --not all SPs have big fancy websites and not all of us are CEOs and politicians -- whether its high class/upper class clients or down to the lower/middle class - it's an act of power and control on your part, and that's fine, but to beat around the bush and pretend it's otherwise is disingenuous.

Service providers get assaulted and murdered everyday. All it takes is a quick Google search and you’ll see this happens here in Canada, the US, and globally. we need copies of your drivers license and to know exactly who you are because as a female it is extremely dangerous to be meeting random men online there are many stories of SP’s LITERALLY getting murdered. it’s way more dangerous for us than it is for you which is why we need much verification. Few things that are not dead giveaways in terms of red flags, but are so uniform amongst fake ads and scams you can almost count on them as BIG RED FLAGS This nonsense .. Kiššing ／ ßßßj ／ 69 / Shower together / body to body sliding / cuddling / NÜRU / tongüë everywhere... Also when an ad has a line that says "ready to offer/give my full blah blah blah..." That's usually a fake ad. Whenever I see an ad that has the ethnicity as Asian or Indo Canadian... That's usually a warning sign also. TOFTT and let us know if she's real tho and prove me wrong.
