  1. Considering inflation, I don't think the prices at strip clubs are too far out of line. Back in the 90s it was $10 a dance; so $20 a dance now seems fair. A night out at a strip joint can be great fun, especially if the ladies are frisky in the back room and willing to give you their number. :-) If the dancer likes shots of Fireball I'm quite willing to buy her a few; it pays off later! ;-) The last time I was at a stripclub, last fall, I didn't ask for numbers, I was offered them (and I'm under no illusions, it was for takeout). Things are different in the big cities of course, but here in the sticks if you wear a suit you sure as hell stand out from the camo-wearing crowd. It impresses the dancers as they think you have money, but little did they know I bought the suit at a secondhand store. :P "Game Boy"??!! Not out of touch just a little bit, is he?
  2. The failure of two Marine Corps officers to to pass the Jan. 8 first-day Combat Endurance Test of the infantry officer course brings the tally of female dropouts to 26. Each one of these drop-outs could no doubt kick my pathetic ass, but it's not me they will have to face. If AmeriNATO keeps pushing Russia into a corner, we'll be facing the likes of these guys, typical Russian soldiers who don't give a flying fuck if they live to see the next day. To give you an example, these Russian soldiers gleefully shoot grenades at their own just for fun. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=bf4_1425872503 Sure, physical standards for the most elite fighting forces could be lowered, but the Russians/Chinese won't be lowering theirs, and us doing so would give them the upper hand. Don't get me wrong, if we go to war with Russia/China we'll need every able bodied person on the front lines as cannon fodder, male or female. We won't have to worry about gender inequality; bullets don't discriminate. If AmeriNATO doesn't pull back from Russia and let Ukraine (a large minority of which is Russian) sort out its own mess, a major war is what we'll have on our hands.
  3. Don't know if my dog ever cries, but I sure as hell do when I have to clean up his diarrhea. Arggggg! And of course they have emotions; some animals more than others. Maybe dogs have picked up emotions as a result of evolving with the company of humans. I don't like seeing any warm blooded animal suffer, but many of them are a renewable resource to be used by those higher up the food chain. If an animal must be killed it should be as quickly as possible with no forewarning to the animal. My mercy extends to fellow mammals only though; I'll rip apart a live lobster and toss it in the pot no problem.
  4. A million years ago it wasn't "gender roles", it was just nature. The simple fact is that you can't undue millions of years of hardwiring. Look at the difference in sexes when it comes to prison populations, Grand Theft Auto players, psychopaths, front line soldiers, etc. If you want to ignore the plain facts then go ahead and do so, but it doesn't change them. I wouldn't put all your faith in warfare "technology". You can't remotely pilot anything without satellites and both China and Russia have the capacity to take out American satellites during wartime, and EMP pulse weapons can take out local electronics. Once that happens you're reliant on the ability of your body, the ability of your weaponry, and that of your buddies'. That's why Russians design their weapons to be simple, resilient, and robust. You can't deny evolution.Millions of years of fist fights have altered the human face to leave men's jaws more robust than women's, a study has found. I can personally attest to my strong facial bones, as in the process of learning that I am definitely a crappy fighter, I've taken quite a few hard hits to the head and guess what, never a broken bone! :P
  5. I kind of get the feeling that you're looking for more than a lady here can provide. This is a physical hobby, sometimes chemical, but emotional? That's looking for trouble if you ask me.
  6. I teach mine to break the fucking rules. If mine wants to be a cog in the transmission of society, that fine; but I'm hoping mine will be an entrepreneur, in which case, don't just think outside of the box, set that fucking box ablaze! Even if mine settles into an 'occupation', one still has to fight and take no shit in order to succeed. Just as male and female bodies are different (female bodies are designed to give birth and nurture; male bodies are designed to fight other male bodies), so are their brains. For example, the ratio of girls to boys prescribed Ritalin (a drug compared by some to cocaine) is something like 20:80 (often at the behest of female teachers). Apparently boys' brains need to be drugged in order to conform, while girls' are not. The question is, what are boys being drugged into conforming to?
  7. Who else should take credit for it? The world is still in the middle of the Second Great Depression, and that is why we're (NATO) poking the Russian Bear; we need a huge war. Problem is, the Chinese Dragon is with the Bear. Big problem. It doesn't matter who's in power. We're an American puppet state and any pretense of democracy is simply an illusion. The West/NATO is becoming the Soviet Bloc of the 70s/80s. Believe it or not, we are the global bad guys. But of course nobody believes that because of our social conditioning. It hasn't been Russia or China invading various countries for the past while, now has it?
  8. Oh gawd, I'm sorry I sounded harsh in previous posts, but really, "Who she is, how she got here, where she's going"? None of your God-damn business! So how about you? Are you willing to tell her, "Who you are, how you got here, where you're going?" Thought so.
  9. I log in with TOR because I don't trust anybody; perhaps I will be a criminal for using TOR, because only criminals use TOR? Only in science fiction do the dominoes fall. Welcome to Your Village The Prisoner "You've had your chance now we've got the mandate If you've changed your mind I'm afraid it's too late" It's happening everywhere in the western world, not just Canaduh. It all started with 9/11, now didn't it? Instill fear in the masses. Perpetual fear; perpetual war. Bin Laden, Hussein, Gaddafi, and now the crazies have framed nuclear armed-to-the-teeth Putin. Whether 9/11 was a convenient, spontaneous, random opportunity, or whether it was meticulously planned by those whose mouths watered for it, it is being milked for all it's worth. All you can do is collect your cash, convert said cash to bullion, bury bullion in our vast wilderness. The day they banish cash is the day I give up, and that day is coming. Fools embrace digital currency. The youth can't wait to pay with their phones, the fools can't wait to be tracked and traced, enslaved. Real freedom is in the countries where you can buy your way out of minor crimes and regulations. A little bribe here, a little bribe there: Russia, Columbia, Thailand, Philippines, etc. That's my track. Checking out of this country before I hit 50. 10. I can't believe I'm saying this, but since Canada seems to be navigating hard global economic times fairly well, I wouldn't be dismayed to see Harper remain in power. I'd rather Harper had a balanced Middle East policy, was less pro-American, did not give more powers to police/CSIS, had not made it so hard on us guys and gals, etc., but in the end it's our financial security that matters. I see no better option. Not much to choose from. lol Trudeau's father gave us the Constitution which bedevils those who try to change our society too much. I'm sure Harper curses Pierre Trudeau on a regular basis. :)
  11. "Stellenbosch University said experts had estimated that there could be as many as 250 penis amputations a year in the country because of botched circumcisions." OUCH! Genital mutilation must be ended for BOTH girls and boys!!!!!!
  12. I went to school Commando once. Got the rest if the week off. lol Would you believe a buddy in the reserves brought a grenade launcher to school?! It was empty but he still got in shit, though not the kind of shit a kid would've gotten into these days. Another buddy did a biology project demonstrating the lethal effects of cyanide as he killed tadpoles in a jar. He was "detained" for a while too while they tried to figure out where he got it from. Ahhh, the 80s. Everybody's so touchy these days.
  13. And we live longer if we have a dog! :P
  14. Makes you wonder why we ever bother getting married. Most of the contented guys I know are (old and young) bachelors and are living life on their own terms!
  15. I feel sorry for people who don't drink. If he had been wasted he'd have kept on dancing while giving them the finger and maybe even belly bumped them! For all its perils, moderate binging can be great fun, even when older, overweight, bald, and making a damn fool of yourself on the dance floor all by your lonesome (and yes I'm speaking from experience, lol). But yeah, poor guy.
  16. You know something. I knew a guy, fucker was 6'3" at least and had to be close to 300 pounds of solid muscle, and a good looking guy, young, late 20's. I'd look at him and think, "You lucky fucker!" Then he confided to me, "I have terrible anxiety and I'm trying my best to deal with it." Totally baffled the fuck out of me. Can happen to anybody. Wish I could say the same, but then I love my drugs (booze, cigs, and AD).
  17. I was wondering about a franchise. Are they busy there?
  18. But not the GoGos, the super-80ized Fun Boy Three
  19. I would remove every trace of the scourge of this earth, humanity, and return it to its once pristine condition. This would include me of course, but I've been in nothingness before; we all have. Once AI fully realizes itself, it will gain control of all the world's nuclear reactors and cause each and every one of them to melt down simultaneously, rendering the planet unliveable for us biologics but quite hospitable for our digital spawn. If I were motivated I'd write a short sci-fi story about that, but I am not. I am tempted to write another short story, an updated robotic version of Apocalypse Now; if I do and find success at it, I'll let you know. I wish it would happen. You'll have to sprinkle not the 1%, but the .001% that control this world. Maybe woo the Bilderbergers? The Ultimate Bankers feed off of war, always have, always will. Stupid humans. I swear, some advanced alien researchers said, "Let's give these apes lethal technology and see what happens!" By the way, Ed Harris is one cool motherfucker, like a bald Jack Palance.
  20. I simply can't reconcile the rise of 50 Shades with the rise of Rape Culture: on one hand the lure of masculine domination, on the other the criminalization of it. I'm just glad I'm too old to care lol
  21. Hello: "I've been taking an AD for quite some time now" Perhaps it was too much Leonard Cohen and The Cure which sent me into a perpetual melancholy, but I've been on an AD for 15 years now and it's great stuff! The particular one I'm on is an atypical AD and it works quite well. So well, in fact, that in initially adjusting to it my inhibitions were significantly lowered (ah, the memory of stripping on the dance floor to "Rock DJ" lol) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zyQQwBGAx0 By the way, if you're irritated then that means your thinking has been challenged and my job is done. Nobody is worthless; think about the prices your organs could fetch on the black market! :P But seriously, nobody can make you feel worthless but yourself. Once you realize that the world is your oyster!
  22. I was on an ACE inhibitor. Made me feel like shit. Not worth the side effects (yet). Snake venom belongs in snakes, not me!
  23. Quick and easy chili: One 28 ounce can of Unico crushed tomatoes (only Unico will do...it's great...I make ketchup with it too...great taste and consistency) One 14 ounce can of Graves black turtle beans with its liquid One pound of ground beef One small pack of mushrooms, coarsely grated One large onion, coarsely grated Two cloves garlic, finely grated Two tablespoons molasses As much chili powder as you can handle (I like 1/4 cup) As much cayenne pepper as you can handle (I like a few sprinkles) Add some water so it can all simmer nicely without burning at the bottom Salt and pepper to taste Let simmer without cover so that it thickens, an hour maybe, stir every 10 minutes (make sure to break up the ground beef) Works for me! My take on Singapore Noodles to follow. (Spicy winter foods keep the flu away, or so it seems with me anyway)
  24. Can't help but post my favorite Rankin song (well, actually the only Rankin song I love):
