The op is very new to the business. Posts indicate has only seen one MA. OP Handle suggests he has no real understanding of the business yet. So, everyone wants to make sure he is in full understanding of what he is planning to undertake. There is a real difference in helping someone out. Awesome to help someone with their mechanical work, or give them a credit card to help their business. Quite another thing though to manage ads, answer phones, do the scheduling. The law would look at someone who is helping out by providing mechanical services vs. actually managing someones business very differently. Just a thought!

If you are afraid of me, then I am doing my job. I maintain perimeter security, entrance security and keeping my eyes and ears open for anything that goes on. When you have someone "working" for you, it can be a grey area. It is very important to understand the laws completely, and the op might not have any real experience or understanding of the laws. If you are doing the advertising and answering the phone, she would be considered working for you and as such.....

Well, I was able to change the user name of my Microsoft documents. That I just fixed. That way, when I insert comments onto my excel spreadsheet, it shows the name I want it to show. My User name - when I log onto my computer is also correct. However, when I go into my c drive, and hit user - it is still showing the incorrect name. I cannot hit right click to change this. Have gone online to figure it out, and still, it is elusive to me. So, my file path shows computer>local drives>user>wrong name It will not let me edit wrong name. Not a big problem, just driving me nuts!

You are brilliant. Yes, I hit the circle, and see that there was a link at the bottom of the spreadsheet that says excel options. Hit that link and there was the part I could finally edit. You are so awesome. Thank you so much. xoxo

I cannot find general options anywhere. Software is Microsoft 7. When I go to the start up menu, type all programs it gives me "Microsoft office" -gives me options of word, excel, powerpoint. Have tried every which way but loose, and still don't seem to find it.....Older versions were so much easier to rename.

Great idea. I enjoy reading the profiles, seeing their threads finding out more about my friends. Actually, any info you share on your profile helps. What social groups are you part of? Of course, the stuff like 8" cut isn't necessary here. But your interests, hobbies, that type of information help. I love dogs, especially big dogs and mostly Rotties. However, my short dog (won't call her little), has given me an appreciation of those dogs that are not large breeds. So my vote goes to Toto on the Wizard of Oz.

Yes, this is what the issue is. My computer shows the correct name I want it to be, however, when I save a document (word, excel) it shows in the file path the original name. I want to change this permanently so that it does not show in my file path. When I insert a comment onto my excel sheet, it shows that name too, so I have to delete it and type my comment. Ok, I think I understand I need to rename my c-drive. Can't find a rename link. That might fix it. Hope this makes sense! Thanks!

30 minute calls are different then the 60 minute calls. However, if you feel that 60 minutes is too long for you, then by all means go for it. Not everyone offers it, but for some it works well. Yes, a lot of things are forgone on a half hour appointment, and it is generally a get down and dirty type of appointment, so I does work if that is what you prefer. Its worth a try. Just remember, the extras like a massage, cuddle time or shower are generally out of the question here. So, weigh the pros and cons. xoxo

I have been trying to figure this one out for a while, and just cant seem to get it to work right. When I got my computer, my bil did some work on it for me to make it work better. I appreciate that, but now, all my documents have my name on it. I renamed my computer, but the files still show xxxxx(myname)/computer name. I really didn't realize he was going to put my real name on my computer, and I cant seem to get to the buried link to correct this. When I log on, it shows the correct computer name. But when I look at the file name for my word or excel, it shows both names. Can I fix this?

Ok, I would like to clarify something. I was really venting about a couple of specific posts asking about the same ladies that have been shown to be Bait and switch in the past. I really should have addressed those specific posts instead of venting about everyone who asks about someone who does not have a profile. I do not have any issue with someone who is new and people want to find out if anyone has seen them. I have no issue with competition, I actually love competition as it keeps everyone on their toes. That's what makes this country go great, is healthy competition. In the future, I will address those specific threads that are asking about the same people who have been shown in the past as b&s, show them the link and leave it at that. Again, I would like to apologize. My intention was not to call out those that are asking about someone new, or someone who does not know about cerb. I love gifts too and of course my most favorite are the emails/pms I get. Some I have never met, but they read my threads, and will send a pm to me that shows that they care about me. I really appreciate that too. I also had a great friend take pics of me one encounter. He let me choose what pics to keep, and he deleted the pics I did not want him to keep. Gave me complete control and I enjoyed that. He ended up being able to have some really nice pictures of me, and I felt flattered that he wanted pictures of me. Normally I don't let others take pics of me, but we have been such long term friends, that I said why not. He has been good to me, and the fact that he wanted to have pics to remember our time together was appreciated.
