I feel like there could be an argument for an assault charge there. Some precedent in Canada for that sort of thing in the case of people with HIV knowingly having unprotected sex without informing partners. You did not agree to sex without a condom therefore taking it off without consent should meet the definition of assault.

That reminded me the news I came across recently that a client somehow took the condom off without alerting the worker. The lady found out later and called the police. it happened in a city that prostitution is legal though. Don't know what happen at the end. I guess some guys just don't care!

 

One guy tried to do exactly that to me, but I caught him. It really freaked me out. The whole point of this thing is that it's supposed to be consensual. When I get one of these guys, I watch them VERY closely.

it was in either Australia or New Zealand. i think the link is in the News section. it is a good example for why decriminalizatin is necessary. there was no problem for the sp to report the incident and to get criminal charges laid.

I've heard that this is far less rare than most of us would like to think. Apparently there's a number of guys out there who think that if you ask for doggy, she won't notice if you whip the condom off just before you go for it.

Got this tonight for the third time this week from tire kicker WOTs ( waste of timers) who say they are "shopping around" for the last year might I add with a weekly text asking every question under the sun.... or wait, the sun, the moon, the stars, the universe and the galaxy until the next millennium and they can't even get your GD name right! You call them on it in the past that you've spoken before by phone and texting history to prove it and they pretend they've never spoken to you at all. Of course they didn't.

 

I will refrain from naming the exact names he quoted to protect the innocent who haven't yet dealt with wots like this.

I see so many posts on forums like this that talk about the first words from a potential client. It absolutely boggles my mind how many guys just won't take a minute to introduce themselves properly. They go right into negotiations or asking extremely explicit questions about services without so much as a hello. Then have the nerve to get angry when you ladies show offense to this behavior. Every time I read this thread, there are more stories of this.

I think this has been touched on many times too but guys that don't read. You ladies take the time to post an ad here and elsewhere, pay for said ad, carefully explain what you will or won't discuss as well as specific instructions on contact procedures (i.e. "first time clients please use booking form on my website"), yet guys shoot you a text with, "yo baby, you available?" or "How much?"

It is enough to make a persons head explode like the opening scene in "Scanners". Ladies, God luv ya for putting up with guys whose brains are somewhat south of the equator on a good day.

Those pictures aren't really me, but you should come see me anyways!" When I am asked that, I always say "If I was using fake pictures, don't you think I'd pick someone younger and fitter".

 

I also remind them that I am a member of this board and that our accounts are moderated and that if anyone is caught advertising fake pictures they are removed.

You know what's funny (more ironic than haha), is that a few months back on another board, there was a post in the reviews about a young BP lady advertising the old 100% real pics and a quick picture search revealed that the photos were actually those of high end escort somewhere in England( I believe). The guy decided he wanted to see how far the girl would go so he called her on it. After a couple of denials, she came clean, sort of.
