4 pointsI am reflecting while writing this recommendation on another wonderful date I had, reconnecting with Emily. Because of circumstances in my personal life I have had to put this lifestyle on hold. Even my date with Em was originally planned as a weekend sleepover, but as things progressed there was a very real possiblity that I would be going to the Maritimes for a funeral. So I cancelled the sleepover, but scheduled a four hour outcall instead. Emily's scheduling meant I had to see her in London, but to see her was well worth the drive. And as it turned out, it was a wonderful and memorable four hours. I told Em even if I had to cancel due to personal circumstances, she would be paid in full for the four hour encounter. Emily was agreeable to this, and most of all, understanding, thank you Em. Why was I willing to schedule an encounter when there was a chance I couldn't make it, and compensate the lady in full if I didn't come? At time of personal grief, you need, not just want, you need human companionship. And that companionship had been lacking in my life for seven months, this lifestyle on hold because of family circumstances. In short I needed female companionship, that the companionship was with a friend made it all the more special. So what a joy hearing my friend, yes friend, knock on the door. Emily arrived on time. We greeted one another with a smile, hug and kiss, and then more hugging and kissing. Emily looks as young and beautiful as ever. If you like Emily's photographs, well Emily is even more beautiful in person. And that beauty is more than just in her looks. Once you get to know her, it's her inner beauty that shines through. Emily is one of the most kind, caring ladies I know. She has been a concerned and supportive friend, over the past few months. She has been an email pen pal if you will, knowing about circumstances going on in my life, and offering her support and friendship. It is a friendship valued and appreciated more than you know Emily. Our evening began over drinks and cheese and crackers. And we caught up on old times, and current events too. But details of our conversation are private between two friends. Well as the evening progressed we just looked at one another and stood up. We hugged and kissed, and I undressed Emily, her clothes falling to the floor. I had to take a second look, for one second I thought I had a Victoria's Secret model standing in front of me. And Victoria's Secret's products don't so much make Emily look good as much as Emily makes their products look good. But I digress. We embraced, and well then, Emily was no longer looking like a Victoria's Secret model, but she looked every bit a beautiful Goddess. We laid down in bed where we embraced, kissed, cuddled and made love. The details of which will remain private between Emily and me. Unfortunately as it always does, the time was up. We got dressed, and I drove Emily back to her hotel. We kissed good-bye, and as I am driving back to my hotel I am already thinking of the next time I get to see Em. In this lifestyle there are labels used to describe ladies and gentlemen. For me, the only label I can think of to describe Emily is friend, a good friend. And that friendship is reciprocated. But for those gentlemen who have yet to meet her but would like to, a accurate label for Emily is courtesan. But don't let all those labels intimidate you, Emily is a down to earth lady with a great sense of humour. Of all the people I know, both in my outside civilian life, and this life, Emily is one of the few people I trust without reserveration. The value of her companionship far exceeds any donation she asks for. And as with all my encounters with Em, I am always left with magical memories of our time together. Emily is one of those rare gems I am glad I met and got to know. You are a very special lady Em, and I consider myself to be a fortunate and lucky man to have met and become friends with you. Thank you again Emily for your continuing friendship, and companionship and our date. I'm looking forward to when we see each other again

4 pointsHonestly for me, there are no right or wrong "words", there are right and wrong PEOPLE. With some people you know that whatever dirty word comes out of their mouth, they mean it in the most respectful, caring and lusty way possible. It's a compliment. That's when I love terms like slut or w***e or whatever. Then there are those that can make even the nicest word seem dirty and I'm not talking in a sexy way. They can make words like beautiful or sweet sound like derogatory comments. Words do have many different meanings but it's the thought, emotions and intent behind the words that give them true power!

3 pointsI spent most of my life not giving a crap. I ate, what I want, when I wanted. Often being fast food crap since I would never bring a lunch to work. I even wouldn't eat at all some days. I worked too much and too long in hostile and stressful jobs.too much Stress and anxiety is a killer to the body and mind. Often worked in unsafe environments without proper equipment, although employers are suppose to provide safety, I was to naive and stupid and did things anyways to get the job done. Used and abused my body at work. After reevaluating my life I've done drastic changes in the last 8-9 months, both mentally and physically. 1. Started going to kickboxing 2-3 a week 2. No longer eat fast food crap. (I think I would die if I ate McDonald again) 3. Soda was my drug of choice from 2-3 a day to now 2-3 a month. 4. No more working unsafe, if required a mask I wear one, harness or any other safety equipment necessary, not ashamed or afraid to refuse otherwise. 5. Work is almost virtually stress free and hostile free, got a great boss. Changing company Maybe the best thing. 6. Water I drink lots and when I need some flavour I add mio to it. 7. Most important changed my outlook on life. 8. Started seeing cerb ladies. Mental benefits work amazing, hell orgasm aren't to shabby either lol So far I've lost over 40 pounds, I got way more energy. Self esteem has greatly improved. I worry far less, which is great cause honestly could not handle it anymore. I'm trying to live a life rather than living lifelessly. Accepting certain things in my life that aren't in my control.

2 pointsIn this youth obsessed society, sadly, appearances seem to mean everything. But how we look in large part can be a reflection of our health, physical and mental. Genetically, some of us are given the short end of the stick by being predisposed to certain diseases which can manifest into health risks these can be altered by ones lifestyle, environment and certain chemicals. What if anything do you do to ward off father time and disease. Or do you just accept and say what will be will be and do nothing:) Drink lots of water? eat properly? eating organic foods? exercise? lots of sleep? yoga? keeping a positive outlook? having a purpose? having a home that is toxin free? I walk daily, I have to, having 2 dogs:) and try hard to eat reasonably, being a chip and sugar gal its a daily struggle as I don't have a full point, lol. Also each day I set a goal to accomplish and try to remain positive in the bleakest moments:)

2 pointsI agree with Porthos, I don't think any of these categories are mutually exclusive. If I had to pick a category, though, I would mesh romantic/passionate sex into one and move forward from there!

2 pointsYour post touched me as I could feel the pain in your writing. I'm so glad you've found some inner peace and made positive changes. The most important thing is how you now feel, so much more important than how you look, looking better is just a bonus. Congratulations and may things just keep getting better for you:)

2 pointsI gave in (somewhat) to the aging process. Tried to reverse it for awhile, but I failed. I work hard and I play hard and that simply ages one. I have always thought that I liked woman, cheese, whisky, wine and scotch well seasoned, or aged. Interesting, but I have discovered that a man can be the same to some women - better with age.

2 pointsOh and yesterday I watched Hard Candy. An excellent, very intense, slightly uncomfortable psychological thriller. Definitely a break out role for Ellen Page. She's just plain awesome in this.

2 pointsOk, no laughing at me ok?! I bought a hot off the assembly line a 1984 Hyundai Pony. It was a horrible piece of crap. My best car is my current 1989 Mercedes 190E, with an inline 6. She is my baby. Only 113 000 kms, and in mint condition. Second was my Volks Rabbit GTI. I couldn't kill that thing.

2 pointsMeh. Letters put together to phrase words really mean very little to me. Meanings, intentions and context can sometimes be more important, but I, personally try not to dwell on things like that. There is bigger things to worry about in the world that word choice. Especially in the heat of the moment, I would prefer to focus on other things than getting my panties in a knot over words. I like all dirty words. :) Even the C word (it is censored here) is good to go with me. It's fun to say and get a reaction from people too. Hehe :) Whore. Bitch. Slut. If someone is a good person with good intentions, and it's all in good fun, I wouldn't worry too much and use what is natural and comfortable for you. The overly politically correct people who overreact about these things and get huffy are their own worst enemy. This is just my own personal view on the subject, many others likely feel differently.

1 pointOn Twitter there was a little chatter about how some men ruin things for women that work hard to get ahead in today's world and advancement for women are held back simply because of the male/female ego crap. I know quite a few women in today's business that have done extremely well for themselves in their own business, and I mean on their own (no partnership). The other night I was invited out for dinner with a lady who is very successful and she requested only once, to pick up the tab for dinner, and I said sure, as I really like a ambitious lady that has done well for herself and I think of her as a equal in today's world (men Vs women) which is all about equality. She said thanks and that she gets that crap where guys would say...no..no let me get it. Women that work in some trades, such as construction, automotive repair, high tech, military or they own their own business, or work within companies,or work within the government. I'm not talking about Service Providers, is this general discussion, I'm talking about in our real lives women that you know that have busted their ass to get where they are today. So lets be honest when replying to this thread, 1- if you're a gentleman does it bother you that knowing a lady can do your job just as well as you can? 2- Would you allow her to pick up your tab for dinner? 3- Do you know a lot of successful business women? 4- Does a successful business woman scare you about your job security or she may advance more quickly then you? 5- Or ladies, that are here do you know a lot very successful women in business, or successful within a company? I'm all for equality, equal pay for equal work, and I'm so pleased to know some very successful business women that I can associate with in my every day dealings in my business. In actual fact it really turns me on knowing these successful women that I know through association, and I can say that I'm very very pleased for them getting where they deserve in today's world. I'm sure on the other hand we know some many ladies that have been overlooked because of the gender attitude. Do you feel that in 2013 things are the same, or getting better???

1 pointThat link is mostly accurate, though I'd say expect more like $5-10 for a drink, depending on what you are getting. Table dances are $10 but they're rarely done. You can get a proper lap dance for $20. Cover is only there at night, so if you go in the afternoon, you'll avoid that. Food varies, though there's not much for under $10 on the menu. Enjoy!

1 pointThanks for the recommendation... this is now right up there on my bucket list.... right beside seeing Ms. Samantha for a much needed session..... m.

1 pointI decided to choose other because it all depends on the mood of the moment and who I am with and what they are also feeling. Sometimes you both want to just be animalistic and other times you're both in the mood for making passionate, romantic, sensual love with candles lit. Other times all you both have time for is a quickie. All in all every kind of sex feels great as they all generate endorphins and make both your bodies and mind feel real good all over.

1 pointI owned a 1970 Ford Pinto - Safety Bureau of Canada at the time described them as "fiery deat chambers". MY favorite ? Hyundai Vera Cruz.

1 pointYes...it's a great place, and the first time includes an hour appointment so that's not far off. The facilities are excellent, and any of the ladies I've seen are absolute knockouts....my fave there being Kelly.

1 pointI'm not religious but I am spiritual. There is so much around us that is waiting to be noticed. My mantra is "believe to see" because if you can't believe in something being possible, you will never see it. We have guides and spirits around us all the time mostly to help. You can always ask them for guidance. Dreams are the one place where everyone is open so visits are much easier there. I have Scottish blood in me as well and there is still so much to learn!
-
1 pointMy home is filled with spirits. I see and hear them all the time. Many times I will come home and find my kitchen taps on, hey cats can't do this so I can only assume its my friendly spirits messing with my mind. Spirits like to make themselves known and they go to all lengths to be noticed. I have seen and heard this all my life and to me its like ever day people that come and go, some I know and others I don't. My father is my constant guide, he warns me of impending danger and when I see him I definitely pay attention.

1 pointWhere do I begin to say how amazing this forum thread is. I guess the best way is to review it like a movie ... "I laughed, I cried, I fell in love". Not with OD (although the whole bacon sandwich thing is tough to resist, he's just not my type ;)) but with how great the entire CERB community is. As someone who lives 4 hours away in another country, and who has been on CERB just a week, all I can say is thank you to OD and the entire community for being so helpful, entertaining, and instructional. While I could barely stop laughing when reading through this thread, the amount of excellent information here is staggering and a must read for anyone new to the hobby. I'm nowhere near as active now as I was 10 years ago in Montreal, but having spent a bit of time hobbying there and interacting on the local Montreal boards, let me assure you that the CERB community is far superior to anything I experienced there. Lastly, I want to say thank you to the providers whom I've contacted to setup dates with when I'm in your wonderful city in a few weeks. Reading OD's post about Lara's blog, and seeing the horrific misogyny that was perpetrated on that poor SP , made me wonder why any woman would expose herself to a new client without a note from his mother and 10 letters of recommendation from past service providers. As someone who has no such recent history upon which to draw, I am grateful to the CERB community at large, and especially to those lovely ladies with whom I am setting up appointments, for letting my words prove that I am like most of the CERB hobbyists and know the proper way to treat a lady. Thank you OD for this thread and thank you everyone else for making this entire experience a fantastic one even before I've met even one of Ottawa's most lovely and affectionate SPs and MAs. OBG
