It's the ladies that make CERB a great site. Without the ladies, it would just be a bunch of guys which I think would be sad.

In some ways i think we're the wrong group of people to ask because many of us like this aspect as part of our total encounter. We are sexual creatures and this is just a part of it. To me, this service would probably be more directed towards the people looking for connection and intimacy without the sexual aspect. All those people who may frown on sex work could view this as therapeutic and be perfectly happy supporting it. Those who would love to step into a hobbyist world but are fearful or have morality issues may view this as a happy medium. For the last few weeks I have read through all the amazing posts in this thread paying homage to the numerous elite service providers that we are blessed to have here as part of CERB. Oh, I agree, this is a good one! :) I both agree and disagree with that. I think a good question to ask of a partner in a conversation is: "Will we be guided foremost by evidence, or by anticipating the consequences of where that evidence leads us?" It's quite possible to say "we'll go only with the evidence," and then you can construct your conclusions without worrying about their implications. It may cost more, but I stay at motels and hotels...arriving at night and sleeping 'till I wake. Then, and only then, do I contact people for a visit. Before this, trips wore me out. Great thread. Reading this really made me realize how different lonely and alone really are. At times, I choose to be alone, but I do not have to be lonely.

How do i feel about being alone... good question but it really depends on what you mean by being alone... If we are talking about that positive time we have to ourselves to think, read, vegetate, self reflect or generally recharge our batteries I am all for it. However if we are talking about that feeling of being alone and unconnected even when we are surrounded by people.... that us a different thing. Sometimes in life we find ourselves in these places and it is when you need your friends and family to help you see what is right in front of you. The challenge is that often when we are in this place we act as if things are ok and we don't reach out for the help from the very people we need. People who are suffering from grief often find themselves alone in the crowd.

I think i lived my life with the general feeling that you make choices and do what you think is right and then you should never regret your choices.... the regret is wasted as there really is no way to do anything about a previous choice. What I have learned in the last few years is that while all that remains true it is an easy thing to say and accept for 99.9999999999% of our choices as these while often important choices are not FINAL choices so we can have no regrets but learn from the experience and move forward. When the choice however is a FINAL choice .... like the ones contemplated by people facing death or by people who are left behind when someone they love is gone....it suddenly is not so easy to say...no regrets an just move forward. Add to this the associated guilt often felt by people left behind when someone dies....when perhaps there were things they could have or should have done and the whole regret issue can become a paralyzing quagmire that consumes the person. Am I saying we are wrong to not have regrets no...just suggesting that regret...sorry....and grief can make this I much more complex thing. Just my thoughts.

My computer froze up on me....so of course I did the logical thing....proceeded to beat the crap out of it. It dies. No wait....the ridiculousness continues. So the next day I stop on my way home from work and buy a replacement laptop. I get home and proceed to unhook my "dead" computer when I realize that it's slightly unplugged in the back. I plug it back in.....thinking the whole time..."oh you bastard you better not turn on!" ....and of course it works fine! I had accidentally unplugged it while I was beating the shit out of it! That's why I thought it had died! I bought a new laptop for NOTHING!

We compensate. We channel the energy from things we can't really change or have given up on trying to change to other aspects of our being. We become better people, more accessible, friendlier, charming and charismatic. The physical attraction is augmented by something intangible - that strength in character that draws attention. The inner beauty is that spark that captivates and it can exist in everyone. My favourite providers are imperfectly perfect. They radiate personality. They understand what it means to embrace their inner beauty and let it shine. They are also the ones that seem to endure the comings and goings of the new kid on the block. Beauty is certainly complicated, misunderstood and always criticized. It's funny how we are all trained somehow by our outward appearence as to how we perceive the world, others, how we cope with emotions, acceptance, how we judge-if we judge.Good looking people will realize their looks will open doors, average looking people will soon realize they have to be charming, witty, intelligent to open doors and those with intelligence will realize they can open their own doors. Our looks can be a blessing, a curse, certainly they are our first impression and sometimes the last. Lucky are those who have it all, looks, personality, intelligence and wit. But really what is more important? Well I suppose that depends on you. If you go to a bar the best looking girl will be the success there, in university, intelligence would be the important trait as well as personality. Although I'm sure looks will get some extra credits. If you walk into a crowded restuarant without a reservation, looks my win there as well and get you in. Walk into an upscale clothing store, looks will win out there as well. Applying for a new job, yes your credintials, experience will be the importan factors, lets hope, but depending on whos hiring, looks may win out there too. Yes our veneers are fleeting and short lived but certainly important to many. We are trained early on that anything "pretty" is better, nicer, the thing to be. It takes time, living, before most of us realize the shallowness of that. That personality, character and wit go alot further and are far more entertaining than just a glossy exterior.As someone who has never been attracted to goodlooks I still realize their importance and strengths. Lets face it we live in a shallow world, most are seeking beauty in one way or another. They either want it or to be around it so it is nice to see threads like this reminding us that there are some who see beyond it and do realize there is more to a person than their outer shell, especially here.
