It's not "wrong" to ask, but in reality, the question should be "why" are you asking? It's been discussed at length I know, but I can't seem to help myself from repeating this. With only one possible exception that I've read about in the past 5 or so years, this typically only happens when you're trying to save pennies on that scandolous "LeoList witch-hunt"...and once you've been scammed/blackmailed, you haven't saved a thing... The companions with active Twitter/X accts. & legit websites/reviews are not scamming people for deposits. They are, as has been oft repeated, simply looking to confirm your name, for nothing more than their own safety. There's a lot of people out there, having a lot of fun, because verifying an established SW'er is not a challenge at all, and they don't shy away from paying a deposit... Why argue with anyone for verification when there are so many established (& "verified") companions around? Many local, and seemingly even more visiting in a fairly steady stream... Just my unpopular opinion...

I would be interested to know why you say this. I find Lily and Alie to be very similar in quality, they are ok but better than the rest who basically just give you a rub down. I prefer a massage where you really get worked over. If only ever found one day that I would consider close to great but she hasn’t posted in about a year. If you live on the Dartmouth side, see Alie. If you live on the Halifax side, see Lily. They are pretty much the same quality service, in my opinion.

The reason some ladies set their prices at a high rate is because they have people willing to pay. If people are paying there is no reason to lower their prices. I’ve spoken to Natasha since I’ve last seen her and she’s actually raised her rates. They weren’t this high when I originally posted this. The fact she has raised her prices shows demand is strong; if people weren’t paying these high rates she would have lowered them.

In the very rare chance this would possibly happen to me, I'd refund the deposit and offer another spot. It is a tough business. I know not everyone holds themselves to high professional standards for conducting their businesses. Mistakes happen and we are human. Best paths forward are leading with integrity and accountability.

Either way, you'd be refunded the money, or, if she's ghosting you, then she took your deposit and ran, like many do. It's the double standard discussed here many times before. They want a deposit to ensure you're serious and to make sure you don't cancel and to pay for their prep time, and to lock in your appointment. She SHOULD refund your money or re-schedule and not charge you a deposit again, obviously. But if her intent is to just collect deposits, then your sh*t out of luck.

If she cancels and doesn't rebook you I would expect a refunded deposit. Maybe a priority rebooking. If she has extras she offers I can see her maybe offering a small discount on extras if the client is interested. But honestly no. Not really the same. If you book a massage and the massage therapist calls in sick that day you don't get a discount on your next service. You just rebook if possible and move on. Shit happens.

A driver’s license on its own is not enough to commit fraud. To open a bank account or access financial services in Canada, you need a SIN, a signature, and often additional verification. A license by itself is practically useless without that supporting information. On top of that, most people already have safeguards in place through Equifax or TransUnion, which notify you immediately if your ID has been compromised or used improperly. So no, providing ID for screening doesn’t magically put you at financial risk. It’s simply a basic layer of accountability that separates serious, respectful clients from those who want to avoid responsibility

Why argue with Sp's, you ask? Its a power play, and always has been I started out new and naive, and jumped through the hoops, so I can attest that the ones who requested the most of me, usually don't book, or are extremely demanding clients because they think we don't know what's unsavory behaviour yet. I did do the ridiculous plz pick me verify pics with the dates, or two fingers up, and all it did was waste my time, gain me stalkers or issues, and have more people asking for more pics because some people here like to gossip about us behind the scenes and now everyone knew that I fell for the pic collecting scam 😂 I even sent face pics.. It's been more than a decade - that was clearly unnecessary It was about power, and seeing how how we'll allow our boundaries to be pushed, before meeting, if they ever even booked. We're actually looking for an assurance that you won't try to stalk, assault, or try to kill us. Most of us have experienced somethinggg that's made us need to add more screening protocols 🙄 It's not just because it's just great for business to reduce accessibility to us lmao Studies for decades have shown that this simple thing saves lives But go on, booking randos from LL who don't know to screen yet, and preaching on here like the risks with those sps are the norm among the entire industry You can control your blackmail risks by not seeing unverified providers with no established online presence. Just like we control ours by not putting ourselves in (literally THE MOST) vulnerable positions with unscreened men. AND if I hear one more thing about that oneeee provider who was scammy 🙄😂 Most of us sps have had more than one absolutely horrible experience as well. There are still some of us out here. Living in TO, I don’t really have anything to contribute but do read postings.

It is wrong and honestly, imo, disrespectful. The legitimate SPs have gone to great lengths to provide information to validate themselves as true and authentic. Websites, photoshoots, multiple ad platforms, social media accounts (which in today's age are super hard to maintain against the algorithm that are constantly banning us), online content platforms like OF and NLDTCONNECT and recommendations/reviews. Most valid SPs will have at least 2 or those available. Most of us have spent 1000s of dollars and hours to create this. If you haven't followed the links provided in the ad to verify them, that's on you. For the rare ad that was stolen from one platform and placed on another, most of us are google-able. If someone is new and is just building up, that will be up to you on how you want to move forward. If someone is constantly changing names, that should be a red flag it's self. If you take a couple of minutes to think with the big head vrs the little one, you should be able to make an informed decision of seeing someone or not.

Her massage is strange because she wears gloves(I asked her why and she said she doesn’t like oil all over her hands), so I ask for the milking session with no massage, I ask her just to tease me. Wow. Long thread. I confess to not reading from start to finish and I have been out of the game for a long time. However, I sense an aversion to SP's wanting to text. My MO in the past was always to text first and then phone if she seemed receptive. Was I really that obtuse? I always felt texting was minimally intrusive and they could reply at their leisure. If there were no answer at all, no harm no foul. If they replied, communication could proceed. I actually thought my approach was the most respectful and it seemed to work. Was I delusional or did I just luck out on receptive ladies?
