  1. When my grown daughter still makes hand made special occasion cards with words of thaniks and gratitude. On another note, I read recently of a every mothers horror story but everyone else's secret smile.... A mother was having a really hard time with a small child wanting candy while at the grocery checkout. The lines were full as was her cart. The persistent little so and so was screaming and yelling, in short, having a fit. After the mother patiently said no yet once again, the little brat yelled at the top of his lungs"IF YOU DON'T GET ME THAT CHOCOLAT BAR I GOING TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT SEEING DADDY'S PENIS IN YOUR MOUTH THIS MORNING." The mother and child left the store without groceries.....
  2. Having lived both in the east and west, I can offer the following. In the west there is no question that down filled is the way to go (much warmer overall). But in the east, particularly on the east coast, the dampness and moiture here almost make the down useless as it clumps so quickly and therby loses itsd insulating abilty.
  3. "November Man" with Pierce Brosnan was an expected gem - really enjoyed it.
  4. Am single right now but would prefer to have someone to call "home" (in the most respectful sense).
  5. I mean this with all respect and a big smile inside. VJ's post highlights one of the many marvels between men and women's approach to handling things - as a man could never have come up with an explanation like that. Thanks for sharing
  6. First off, am not meaning to try to hijack this thread, but I've noticed over time some women who really do orgasm but there doesn't appear to be obvious signs - almost as if they're embarassed about it. Anyways, at the end of the day, PLEASE ladies, don't try and fake it, just be yourself.
  7. May God bless Mr.'s Brady, Belichek and the entire New England Pariot Organization. Hopefully MrNice2 will some day see the error of his ways.....
  8. - People who chew with their mouth open - Tail gaters - "we must do lunch sometime" business types - excessive use of the F bomb - myself when I do things that I know better than to do......(love those chips)
  9. I'm in my fifties and mother still asks me what I want to do when I grow up.........
  10. Obviously excepting MG's experience, I would die of embarassment before asking a lady to meet and not compensate her in a fashion that she expects.
  11. I enjoy classy, warm, well written ads that reflect femininity, a joy of life, sense of humour and intelligence with a touch of confidence and humility. Attention to photos and the photo backgrounds is always appreciated.
  12. I thoroughly enjoy the Social Groups and they are a regular part of my trap line as I go through the site. Although I don't contribute postings in the group area, I make sure to offer my thanks (rep points) regularly to those who do.
  13. I'm not trying to trivialize or overstate things here, but permit me to offer an analgous situation I had a few years ago. I met with an SP (non CERB) for a short notice redezvous for the first time. She apologized and said she had folishly got a significant sun burn on her stomach and said that certain positions and activities were going to be off limits and gave me the option of trying things out or rescheduling the appointment. I very much appreciated her consideration, elected to continue with the appointment and making it a bit of a challenge to enjoy the situation and work with what we had. The "challenge" worked well aside from being rushed (I think she was new to the business). Having said that I appreciated her honesty. The long and short of it is that as long as there is honestly between the SP and client about anything which could materially affect the rendezvous, it should be discussed beforehand IMHO anyways.
  14. Just saw the newly released "The 100 Foot Journey" and thought it was fantastic!
  15. Congrats Cato, what you forget to mention is that your posts have substance and are relevant, way to go!
  16. Happy birthday Tracie and thank you for all your contributions to CERB and for one of the best massages I have ever had!!
  17. If anyone wants a really good visual experience of Twitter, check out the new movie "Chef" (spring 2014). It is a heartwarming, foodie, fun irreverent film that visually explores twitter as a side note.
  18. This might be perceived as a bit of a hard ass position but nonetheless, its something I feel strongly about. Most people can identify with the fact that airline pilots are required to have regular testing both health (annuallly and over 40 every 6 months) and professional skills (semi annually). I think that it is only fair to ask that individuals in charge of 3 tons pieces of steel hurtling down the highway at speeds of 110 kph with up to 8 people on board need some sort of mandatory and regular testing as well.
  19. She offered her honour, I honoured her offer, and, for the rest of the night I was honour and offer
  20. Just saw the newly released "Chef" and really enjoyed it - especially for the foodies and/or Twitter followers.
  21. Well done Il Re, you always seem to have an interesting take on things.
  22. I may be a bit on the old fashion side but an engraved Cross pen set (or Mont Blanc if you have a larger budget) has been one of my favorites. Perhaps now is the time for a discrete introduction to CERB.....
