What is for supper tonight?

Recommended Posts

Tonight, leftovers...Hungarian Goulash...made it yesterday in the slow cooker, now I have enough for four-five days of meals

Almost wish I wasn't on low carb diet, I'd serve it over noodles or at least have a roll with it :-(

Washed down with water (god I'm drinking lots of water)

And berries of some sort for desert

Slow cooker eye of round roast beef. Never did in slow cooker before, but wow sure smells homey:) Juice is the gel beef bullion and onion soup mix.

So happy to share tonight's dinner with Katherine...the Great, lol..

Get a ladle, remove some of the juice

And are you cooking on low or high?...if high reduce to low

Remember the lid keeps the moisture in so even with some liquid removed the remaining liquid doesn't cook off

A rambling from Chef Boy RG LOL

I did remove some juice, but then also added my carrots and potatoes, but kept on high...cause I didn't think my veggies would cook right...hmm may be a stew, lol...

Well, I am celebrating. I have lost a bunch of weight and have maintained for four weeks today so....don't laugh, BBQ chicken pizza using a whole wheat tortilla as the crust, topped with green onion, red pepper, Brussels sprouts and low fat cheese!

Leftover Ribs washed down with water

Mixed berries for desert

If someone mentioned ribs for dinner I'd be smiling ear to ear...this recipe, well I'm glad only one more meal left. And recipe deleted from my computer

On a high note, got a new recipe to try for my slow cooker Saturday

Well at the moment I am getting a stew ready for the slow cooker overnight, and I'm also making a spaghetti sauce to freeze in portions for down the road.

My supper tonight though is one of my all time favorites - KD. :)
