I'm pretty late to reply to this thread. I wish I had seen it when I started my master's degree - there's a lot of useful tools here I would have appreciated despite doing a lot of them already (orgasms, yoga, reorganizing, scheduling, planning, exercise, healthy eating). I try not to get frustrated with myself when my thoughts wander but just compassionately recognize that I'm a human being and it's going to take me a while to learn how to let go. Surprisingly enough that hasn't transitioned into my cycling practices. When it comes to physical activity I'm totally a type b and very laid back =P (I think I'm a bit lazy!)
