In theory, MOD's definition is warm and fuzzy and what it should be... BUT - (sorry MOD, I doubt you have been an MA) reality is totally different. If the lady has booked a particular date and time for an individual already, even two minutes before me, and I was the regular, I respect the premise of first come first serve. If there is any benefit to being a regular, one shouldn't be bumping a lady's scheduled encounters.
