This is what makes me go HMMMMMM..... The whole #metoo movement, which I think was needed, did really nothing to educate women equally on their forms of sexual harassment. I get that women need to catch up to men in many regards and some do believe that until we are equal on things like the pay gap, abortion rights, etc, that we then don’t have to look at our behaviour as women, but I personally don’t believe in this. How can we preach and teach about sexual assault and harassment, but then act like fools when we see a hot ripped guy in front of us? I feel that we need to be setting the example, not saying do as we say, not as we do. Sadly, I don’t think is something that is going to change anytime soon. While I think that women need to look inwards on these issues, I think men have a role to play as well. When a female teacher sexually assaults a male student, men all jump up saying “ I wish that happened to me as a teen” which gives the woman a pass simply because he was a horny teen or she is consider attractive so the crime is diminished in way, which is not right in my opinion. It is a hard topic to discuss, but I think discussion is needed. Change can not happen if we don’t talk.

Women are the worst. Really. And they have claws. So many nights I went home with literal holes in my ass. A big bulge in my pants that was purely money, but it wasn't the best time in my life. Performing on stage was great. Making the sale was easy. It was the actual work that led to all kinds of trouble. Yeah, my job was mostly grope and grab, let them put it in their mouth or in their shirt for a minute, maybe stir their drink to cool off, get paid and move on. All on the floor. We hardly got anyone into the back rooms because it was $5/dance back there. On the floor, it was basically a dollar a grope. As long as I was making money, I put up with it. That's just the way it was 35 years ago. We were young, dumb, and full of cum. It didn't really get to us because that was the job. Plus, it was good for the ego. Men are taught to be courteous in a situation like that and mostly we behave. Sometimes it gets out of control and some guys are just fucking idiots, but generally I find that the guys are way less of a problem. Women in a strip club are finally free to act out, no longer bound by the strict rules of society. They go wild. They lose ALL inhibition and sense. There aren't a lot of male clubs around anymore and the all-male revues that cruise through town are very controlled. That leaves just the regular SCs which is where this problem you describe comes up. I've seen it. I've also seen some ladies who are as respectful and generous as I am. Not many, granted, but a few.

I have to admit that I am very fortunate to be able to work the way I do. I wouldn’t say lucky because I have worked very hard to get where I am in life. When I was touring the east in June, I was doing it as a mini vacay and worked because why not??? LOL. I only wanted to make a couple of appointments in each location that would cover hotel costs. I did have a very successful tour and of course came home with money and the entire trip was covered. However, if I needed to cover the trip AND bring home a substantial income to pay bills, feed kids, pay for general life, I can see the difficulty. Add to that, if the costs are not covered! These ladies do take great risk at possibly not making money. Everyone says it takes money to make money and I have been one to always believe that but this industry teaches me shit all the time and one thing I have learned is that for some ladies, this is not the case. They fork out the money for traveling, hotel, food, advertising, not to mention all the other stuff of pics, website, phones, make-up, outfits, condoms, lube, manicures, tanning, etc. So to spend all this money and we all know hotels are not cheap, to have men canceled, no show etc would be scary when you don’t have a lot of money to begin with. But some men just seem to think that it is no big deal. They don’t think or even see the damage that a no show can do to a girl. I can’t fault ladies looking for deposits or just canceling trips outright when they don’t have the quota met. Which sucks for guys like the OP. It is big bad circle of bullshit that I don’t think will change anytime soon. Which is sad.

You are right about being direct and asking people. I ask lots of questions in PMs to various members. Most are very helpful and I return the favour when ever I can. Yes, language can be complicated. Like Zeppelin said, “sometime words can have 2 meanings. The word curvy, for example, probably has 30 meanings. On the other hand, the general consensus surrounding the meaning of the word spinner, unlike the word curvy, seems consistent. Whatever the case, I agree with you that you can never be too sure!

I did say that I was mad that she did this to me, but not mad at her, I was mad at all the other guys that did this to her. And I did mentioned that I understand why she did this to me. Fast forward a little after I wrote this rant, she contacted me and we ended up having a date and it was a great one on top of that. I compensated her very well for what she did because I appreciated what she did for me.

Notch, I feel your pain as I've had providers cancel at the last minute as well and it can be very frustrating. I would take your last comment one step further and include the guys that cancel last minute or don't show for local ladies as well. I get it, things come up, but in the decade I have been hobbying I have had to cancel an appointment less than 5 times. And when I do I always gave the lady as much advance notice as I could, determined if any compensation was required (the ladies understood and didn't request any compensation), and followed up with another booking when possible. Time, and money, are important to both the client and provider and the clients need to take care of their end of the arrangement in good faith.

As far as I know, "AddictiveBarbie" won't be around again for a while. That persona has been put on hold.
