Boomer 33202 Report post Posted May 21, 2013 I decided to put a corned beef on to night, and got to thinking what might go well with it. So, I decided on a seasonable fit. The answer fiddle heads. Put them on to simmer for 12-15 minutes, then saute them in a little butter and olive oil.
