IT's plain and simple if you did not make it yourself, write it yourself, or pay for it yourself.... IT'S THEFT no ifs and or buts about it. Would you want to do business of such a personal and intimate nature with someone who has no issue stealing someone else's words to describe themselves. It's just as bad as usin stolen photos and it's WRONG. What makes this matter even worse was that it's happened not only from one provider to another but that the offender is actualy a member of CERB, stealing is bad enough, stealing from one of your own sisters is inexcusable. The fact that the THIEF has been confronted with this issue previously yet continues to steal from the other shows just how low this provider can go and just how little she cares about anyone else. To use someone else's words to describe yourself is like wearing a mask, an ugly mask, shame on the THIEF. The SECRET is out and VICTORY will be had when the offender is exposed. I'm sure the MODS are on it and we don't want to taint CERB with more negativity than is already abound with such low life theft occurring. Just because it doesn't happen here on CERB doesn't mean it doesn't affect the male and female members in good standing of this community. Shame on the thief for stealing from your sister, Shame on the thief for being deceptive and lying to your clients and potential clients, shame on you for disrupting our good and kind community, Shame on you... I'll say it again in a LOUD cryptic voice to the thief.... SECRETS Of this sort are the kind that will bite you in the ass and VICTORy Is just Around the corner for the original and honest author who was robbed.

It's not the same "style" - it's the same "words" that were copied. Entire paragraphs, with sentences that flowed almost identically, with small editing changes to a few words here and there, basically the same ad. Is this a coincidence. Coincidence. Impossible. When there are two people in an elevator and someone farts, everyone knows who did it and whether the person who did denies it, doesn't change the facts. And the facts speak for themselves. End of Story. Period.

Victoria, sometimes we screw up....and when we do it is wisest to just come to terms with it! I know I have at least one "apology" thread out there, lol.... Just learn from it, never, ever do anything like it again, and allow your own true self rise above:) my advice from experience in "screwing up" lol...

I completely agree, it's the exact same, because your words and photos are what you are using to attract your clients, and one being fake is just as bad as the other. I've had it happen a few times on this very site, where a tag line I'll use in my ads and shoutbox posts starts being used by another girl. It's infuriating, because then I can't use it anymore, and because I wrote it. Not the other girl. It's theft, and it effects the other girls business too, because the one who's words are stolen doesn't want people to think *she* stole the words, so she'll likely stop using them.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is a classic non-denial denial. If you pay attention to politics, you'll see them all the time. Note the lack of engagement with the accusation actually made (that of plagiarizing the text of someone else's website). Instead we have a lot of hand-wringing about formatting (irrelevant) and some talk of other people using fake pics, and a statement that all her pics are genuine (also irrelevant). But there's no effort made to deny having copied, wholesale, a snapshot into someone else's personality. I expect to see this sort of thing from the weasels on Parliament Hill; it disappoints me to see it here. It now only remains for us to get a 'mistakes were made' post, and launch a public inquiry that will take years to report before sweeping everything under the carpet and doing nothing because all the players in the drama are long-since retired. Something else to add: the theft of a glimpse into someone's personality is far more devious and insidious than the theft of someone else's pics. After all, the latter is fairly easy to catch; tools like tineye will reveal the original source of the pics and the theft will be obvious to anyone showing up to see the fraudster. But stealing someone's personality... that's far harder to spot. And, to me, far more personal and intimate. Finally: big tip o' the hat to WIT for catching it, and to CK for putting the evidence up there for all to see.

This issue here is content not layout, not pics. While yes there are only so many words in the english language, to describe the wonderful things a companion can do for a man, they don't all have to be used EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, WORD for WORD to convey the same message. This is where creativity comes in, how to use those very same words to describe one's self and not someone else. I think it's best to leave this thread as is at this point and let the people and good members of this board decide for themselves.

I hope what you say (in this instance) is true. I only see one person on this thread "arguing", everyone else seems in complete and total agreement.

This thread is closed, it has run it's natural course and the community of cerb has spoken and made it's voice clear on where it stands on this issue. The matter has been brought to council where they will decide on the final outcome of this situation. However I think it's clear what the majority of the people here think including myself. Meanwhile, it is strongly suggested that many who flagged and reported this thread look up the definitions of Slander, Defamation and finally, Plagiarism.

In order for her to say sorry she would have to wait for someone else to type the word so that she could steal it. LMAO !! Actually it was much later than that,you only started to edit your page when things started to blow up here in an attempt to cover your tracks. The screen shot used to compare the two pages was taken at 1:20 this afternoon. I suggest you stop while you're ahead, if you can call it that. The more false claims you make and attempt to address the real issue at hand the more times the thread is bumped and you are exposed.... BTW, your page is now full of broken sentences, and grammatical errors from deleting all the stolen content you might want to get that fixed....

Another couple of spots in Brockville that are really good dine in spots are the Brockberry for the food and Buds on The Bay for the view. The food at buds is okay but I really love going there because in the summer they open up the patio and your basically right on the river and the view is gorgeous. Also probably the best fish n' chips in the area is Don's fish and chips. I always get the haddock and chips and am never disappointed. We get bikers from Montreal that make regular trips there, and on good Friday the line is literally out the door. The guy that runs the joint isn't a small guy any any stretch but I guess that's one way you can tell the food is good, lol.

That's it, I'm convinced! No more waiting around airports for many hours that seem like days for me :) In fact, how about this idea? I'd imagine if the appointment is pre-paid and an appropriate surcharge added for the trouble then no address required: A lovely lady such as yourself could meet and greet me at the airport and return me safely on time.... oh what decadence! In fact it has all kinds of desirable aspects to it. Let's consider a simple international text message sent as I'm boarding my most boring and lengthy flight to let the lady know it's wheels up in a few minutes and then I have 8 or 10 hours in the air to "know" a very special lady will be waiting to whisk me away to a private oasis as an alternative to the deadly, ever so dreaded wait for the next flight... we've all been there, it's way too long of a wait and not long enough to bother getting a hotel room. I can hardly wait!

Yes, we might end up saying some similar things to each other at times, and expressing similar sentiments here and there. But there's no possible excuse for having whole paragraphs copied -- word for word -- from another provider's site or ads. I put A LOT of work into my website, and even turned down some well-intentioned offers by a writer friend to help me with it. Everything in there comes from me and who I am. While I feel it is far from perfect, I am still very proud of my content. I can't imagine how angry it would make me to see my words copy-and-pasted somewhere else. I, like a poster above mentioned, would be more upset by my words being stolen than my pictures. Many of we ladies actually value our minds and personalities over our appearance. When you try to steal our personality for your advertising, you offend us very deeply. I am sure that some women simply make errors by not realising how important this is to other providers. But after being told once, that should set it straight. I've seen ads and sites written by girls who obviously don't have the best handle on writing. But they are STILL able to portray their own personalities well enough that I think they sound like wonderful, enticing companions. You do not have to be a brilliant writer to write your content. But you do have to be honest to show your personality. The bait and switch makes no sense to me. How do you expect to maintain regular clients when you are not at all what they were expecting when they booked you? I just don't get it.

This is an outrage!, I dont know why sisters feel they ned to do this, disceetful, stealing form each other! We are to look out for each other.!!!! This is mainly for any newbies on CERB who have never heard of Cowboy Kenny's diary before. My advice is always the same, if it sounds to good to be true...it probably is! I was reading on this site and elsewhere, that people have been burned here in Ottawa lately. My advice is to daily check CK's diary, he does very good work for all of us and if you want to protect yourself then read it please! I hate hearing stories of things going badly wrong, especially when it could have easily been avoided. Right now would be the perfect time to look at subletting too as the school year is finished up now for most university students, except for the co-op students and those who may have needed to make up a course or two to graduate. Also, a lot of the time you can get the sublets much cheaper than the regular rent as a lot of the students are really just looking to not have to pay for everything for the summer and would be willing to accept a bit of a loss. Knowing student residences as I do though you may want to furnish some of it yourself or you may have to settle for milk crates for furniture, lol.

Depending on what you are looking for, you may also want to look at subletting a bachelor for a certain periods of time (most of them are 4-6 months it seem), most of the time (in my experiences),it's someone that needed to move out quickly and didn't want to pay the extra fee to move out subtle it, most of the time already furnished and utilities included.

I used to do the hotel thing, but when in hometown I found it tricky. As there are times were scheduals mix up...I do not drive, so cabbing to and from is time consuming and also can be expensive. I am low volume, only up 2 appt in a day...is that low volume?? lol....and neighboors not an issue here at home, but I just want personal home space . But found the hotel I used to use started to ask questions why I live in Fredericton and yet get rooms. I used to cover it up by saying I had family visiting and did not want to worry about driving back if we should drink tonight, lol....I have been creative with my answers. But I start to feel too noticable after the 5-6th time renting room. There are only 3 places here that is worth using. Yes TRUST is most important. And certainly would want someone who is respectable, no party, no drugs, no smoking, clean and discrete. Would most likely have to be cerb lady. I think if it were a traveling SP I would simply not accept appt for up to 1 week that she was there. To provide her privacy, as when we travel every min of your day counts. If a local lady, then I suppose I would always be clear to confirm the day before with each other before booking??? I dunnno this is where I need help to figure out a fair way to go about it. Reading the two sets of text side by side (thanks Cowboy) it is very clear that your words have been stolen. The transparent attempt to hide it by changing a few words here and there doesn't succeed. It's no secret that the original's author's site has been around for a few years now, whereas this new lady has only been around for a few months. If she thinks she will be victorious in her attempts to persuade us otherwise, then she is only fooling herself! Talk about denial!

You are definitely not alone in that you see sex in everyday things, I notice it all the time. The one thing that comes to mind is when I'm grocery shopping, when I see certain vegetables my mind will automatically go into the gutter, lol. I've also been known to go out of my way to make sure to purchase other things with said vegetables so I don't give the cashier any ideas, lol. Wow, what a great community! That said and before we go too far with condemnation sometimes someone else does something for a lady including messing with her web site. While it is true that if they were to put some pictures there that weren't her, she would surely know right away but if they wrote (or stole) some text for her without her knowledge of where they got it, well, I always try to at least look for a reasonable explanation. I have written (not stolen) material for ladies on request and even done some editing for ladies I've never met of original material that they wrote, to make it clearer, cleaner, a little whit (I have very little) and reflective of what a client needs to know from the client perspective. Perhaps that is what has happened here and someone she trusted to help her couldn't be trusted or perhaps it is outright theft and should be so strongly condemned. I would encourage the lady to come forward and either admit to it or explain otherwise and certainly take down the stolen text before this gets any worse. It is clear to me that the only way this is going away is if the 'alleged' thief makes it go away. To the 'alleged' thief: Your silence will confirm your guilt.

I HAAAAAATE it when that happens....but it sure is nice to know that men recognize this-and that they can come to the conclusion that it is a bait & switch tactic-basically trying to pass off another lady's personality as their own-I have had one of my pics stolen before, and I can honestly say..having a lazy bee steal my text-made me more angry than someone stealing one of my pics. Greetings my fellow CERBites.... First and foremost, I must reiterate that this is an apology. I have not been on much if at all for the last two or three months and the halt in OD postings was rather precipitous. None of you caused me to stop posting... let's make that clear. The last few months in OTown have been a wee bit tense. For those of us in the public sector, the possibility/probability of imminent unemployment has weighed heavily on the emotional, the psychological and the physical well being that all of us cherish. It's hard to play when you have no pay. That being said, I did survive only marginally scathed... if scathed is a word, I mean if unscathed is a word then dammit scathed has to be a word too. I digress. I have a job and it's the same one... it's a little leaner and going to be a lot tougher to manage with less people around me, but I am here and employed. Whew. It has been heartwarming to see the messages that have popped up on the page and in my inbox in the past few months.... despite the self imposed exile I have really missed so many of you. I am lucky in so many ways to have a circle of friends on here that have kept me connected during the period of absence... and I am excited to see that some of the fresh faces here have been embraced by the multitudes. Soooo... where does that leave us? I am easing my way back in. Rest assured boobies, bums and vajayjays still occupy the greater part of my brain. I average around 100 nights per year in hotel. I rarely ever do the whole check out process. Just leave the keys in the room and leave. Either way they will process your payment/deposit etc. In my experience houskeeping will usually start knocking on doors at about 9:00am. Once they enter and see it's empty they pick up the phone and check the room out with a code or by voice. If you want a copy of your bill just call them and tell them you had to run out early, you don't need to say why, and just ask them to email you the bill. Hope this helps hnh

Too funny! But yes, exactly what I am trying to avoid (because I know it wasn't funny for you at the time) and with a single residential address your quick thinking save wouldn't work. Well there is a certain cabby from India that is almost without fail waiting in Toronto at 3:00 AM (and if I call him on his cell phone a day or so ahead he'll be there for sure), he is an absolute hoot! Remember it's 3 AM and I just got off an international flight, my next hop isn't until 9 or 10 AM, so we throw the luggage in his cab (too early to check it in) and we go bar hoping (many times), he has a big smile when he sees me as he knows we just going to go kill time and wreck havoc on the city. What?!??! You can't find a bar that is open at 3 or 4 AM in Toronto? Well, no, not legally but yeah, he knows were they are and he's a blast. Of course in this case I only have 3 or 4 hours to kill and it's ok to have a few drinks and hear a few dirty jokes as I'm at least 8 or 10 hours from being anywhere near driving a car. He reminds me of LeeRichards with an Indian accent (who I've never had the pleasure to meet but he is dam funny also). But as funny and fun as he is I'd rather see a lady :) and have a shower. Point is I've run into the same cabby a number of times so much so that some of them are friends. Even the flight attendants used to know me by name and be curious were my final destination was today :) But of course you are very right, we just have to relax the usual requirements or protocol, which the SP should be more than willing to do if I prepay?

I had the great pleasure to finally meet Lulu, and OMG was she worth the wait!!!! Things just kinda happened. We had previously talked about seeing one another, but due to work, I had to cancel. So this time we kind of bantered back and forth for a bit, and finally she said, "let's just get together". I agreed, and over she came. When I opened the door to greet her I was absolutely stunned by how drop dead gorgeous this woman is!!! She is just stunning, long blonde hair, sparkling blue eyes...just incredible! We sat and chatted over a beer for bit, then off to the bedroom. When she stripped down, I could not believe how incredibly perfect her body is! Beautiful long legs, nice hard ass...perfect tits! You want to play with firm tits, she's got them! Wow are they firm!!! Now, if you have neighbors that don't like noise, then I suggest renting a hotel room! I still wear my posing suits to the beach that I wore when competing in bodybuilding. They are so skimpy we used to have to double tape them on for doing our routines. As luck has it I just like going to the beach but not going in the water so I don't have to worry about any nipples or other lady parts being exposed. I love all my suits, as a rule I get many offended looks!!

Back in the late 80's and early 90's the style was bright pastel colors and I had a speedo type bathing suit fluo orange. One day at a resort a couple of us guys and girls went into a hot tub after hours, we did not knew they had just super chlorinated or javexed the water I came out and my speedo turned white and you could almost see through it.

That's an easy one but takes a small white lie, no big deal. So I rent a room and ask for early check-in (before 1 PM) then at 6 PM when I don't plan to come back again in the morning after 4 AM to check out, I just go to the front desk and say "Change of plans, headed for the airport, checking out now". Note that I realize I didn't say "I'm headed for the airport" but that is semantics, still a small white lie. They never argue (like what's the point? You're going to be 3,000 miles away by the time 4 AM rolls around) :) Also note that I'm not asking if it is ok to check out now (which is suspicious), I offer no alternative, I'm leaving and I'm looking at my watch (perhaps to see if I can make the flight). In fact they usually check you out quickly, ignoring all other activity (like ringing phones) so you won't miss your flight and often offer to summon a taxi but hey, no thanks, I have a rental car and my luggage is already in it, thanks anyway.
