I am still happily married to my high school sweetheart for 30+ years so I don't have a lot of relationship breakups to add to this thread.... So I guess my worst Divorce will be my first one when my wife finds out about my Hobby. While I honestly believe that this hobby has in fact saved my marriage over the last few years...i am pretty sure that will be hard to convince her if she finds out.

I couldn't agree more with this statement. I've been disappointed a handful of times, and to be honest in only one of those sessions would I say that the lady simply wasn't interested in providing good service. In other instances, the service was fine/ok but I wasn't feeling the chemistry. I never discuss services in advance, the only thing I need to know is the expected donation. Good manners, gentlemanly conduct, proper hygiene and respect, respect, respect takes care of everything else. For sure, sometimes chemistry just isn't right, and there is little that can be done about that. But in general, it isn't or shouldn't be that hard to get to the top end of the YMMV spectrum, and when it does. WOW! are you in for a treat.

We often hear about when ymmv turns out disappointing, but I think it turns out mind-blowing far more often than we hear about.

No reviews shouldn't make you wonder as there are many who just don't like to write or involve themselves in them and there are many other reasons an sp might not have any. She may be to new, only has seen a couple of clients, only deals with sites like bp where most clients don't write reviews or reco's and so on. Check to see if her pictures are her own-tineye.com/google image search as many will recommend. Then call her, text or whatever her means of contact is. That's the best way imo to find out if an sp will be a good match is through personal communication between the sp and the hobbyist. Asking another's opinion, although helpful sometimes, certainly won't guarantee your success. Only you and she can do that. Best of luck:)

The Best ? is a term that cannot really be answered, unless you have met all the women :). This is a term that is very subjective. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Women come in all shapes, sizes and colours. We all have our own preferences. Also, comes in play is chemistry and YMMV. One person's experience may be great because of the connection, another may not be good, because of hygiene. Some hobbyist based their opinions on only few SP/MA experiences. Over the past weekend I have indulged in watching the whole James Bond 007 franchise from Dr. No all the way through Skyfall. And yes, that does include the unofficial remake of Thunderball, Never Say Never Again.

The word "nice" is too general to use based on a person's disposition. If someone is considered a "nice person" then there are usually other adjectives used to describe them. It is often synonymous with "kind" or "genuine" as well. Based on the human ego alone, everyone has an agenda whether it's intentional or not and everyone wants to feel accepted. Yes, people can selectively be nice to a select few and then have a completely different attitude and demeanor towards others. Some people are nice to others just because they have a good spirit about them who also have healthy boundaries that they set out for themselves. Other individuals are people pleasers/doormats and haven't set certain boundaries for themselves resulting in not so good experiences with people who may take advantage of them. People may view them as "nice". If you really want to know if someone is "nice" or not, take a look at how they different people in different settings. That should give you an indication. Actions/behaviour speak louder than words. No one is perfect but if you meet someone who does something out of the goodness of their own heart then it's a good sign.

I heard that serial killers are often described as being a "nice guy" al la John Wayne Gacy or Ted Bundy. The thing about people is our fascinating ability to be many things at once, switching from persona to persona smoothly and sometimes unpredictably. That does not mean we are a population with multiple personality disorder. Rather, it may be more accurate to say that we are not all just one thing. I can be nice. But I'm not nice all the time. In this way I can be a life long hobbyist and a loving husband of thirty years. None of us is just one thing.

I thank a post when I agree with the thought or sentiment or if I disagree but the post has challenged me to look at an issue differently or consider another insight... and I thank a post when it raises an issue that I think needs to be explored or discussed. I have also thank posts I see someone being helpful..... i have only been active here for the last year but I have been pleasantly surprised about how supportive and caring this community can be. I nominate posts for all the same reasons I thank them just when they push the boundary a little further that what I think a thank will cover. Am I biased in my thanks and nominations...lololol... of course... those people in the community who I have connected with and have relationships with tend to attract my attention and I seek out their posts....i wonder how many great posts I miss..... He was smart. manipulative,forever condescending, educated-mba, yes, he was a major big asshole! I had been with him nearly 2 years before we became engaged:icon_cry:, why, I'll never know, but thankfully that's as far as it went. He came from a great family, well to do, intelligent nice people but apparently some of the family genes weren't passed down. The relationship was turbulent as he had lied about everything. I was lead to believe he had his own business, turns out he was living of his mother and had lied about most of his past. The sex was amazing but that was it. When I left, moved out, it took me another 6 years to evict him permanently from my life. That took lawyers, police and well... Yes MikeM I can understand your appreciation for loving being single, there is nothing better:)

I'm not sure I would agree that every individual has to decide for themselves, but I would say every couple (or polyamourous group) does. It all depends on what has been explicitly or implicitly agreed upon, and where the line is drawn will be different for every relationship. For some couples, having an orgy with strangers may not be cheating if it's been agreed on. Sometimes certain rules or restrictions may be in place. One couple may say it's OK to be intimate with someone as long as both partners are present or have been told. Another might say anything goes except unprotected sex. On the other side, simply going to a exotic dance club, or even regular dancing with another person could be considered cheating if that's the boundary you and your partner established upon entering the relationship. Now, what could count as justifiable reasons for a person to cheat is another topic entirely and I'm certainly not looking to judge anyone here. But if you're doing something at all sexual that you know your partner wouldn't approve of and realistically assumes you've agreed not to do, then it is what it is.

I agree with Boomer, it's not just places but also scents and especially for me, music, that triggers memories, thoughts and emotions. Touch for me is a bit more specialized as it's the repetitive ones that stick. When it comes to energy work, they say everything we have thought and experienced is maintained in our energies therefore can be called up at any time with the correct trigger. This is also why it's sometimes difficult to shake the negative, because it's become part of us literally!

My CERB Goddess of the Day today is Emily Rushton. You may ask why she is my CERB Goddess of the Day, when I have mentioned her twice in this thread already, both on her own, and combined with Lonna Lux. In previous mentions in this thread though, my focus was more on Emily as a great companion and contributor to CERB. But in posting in another thread, Reflections on 2013, a year overall which has been a bad year for me, I realized how much of a friend Emily has been and is. She deserves, in my honest opinion, to be my CERB Goddess of the Day not because she is a great companion (she is that BTW) nor because she is a great contributor to CERB (she is that too BTW) but because she has become a good friend, as good as the friends I have in civilian life. Heck, you can't go wrong with either one of them! I've seen both of them more than once (not as a duo) and they're both amazing in their own way. Besides being hot, they'e both classy ladies who know how to size up (no pun intended) their client and act accordingly. If I had to choose between the two, I really don't know. Whoever I choose, I know it's going to be great. And like I found out, there's always a next time for the other one... By the way, a session with Tya is also quite a pleasant experience. Can't say too much about the other two ladies, I've just spoken to them at the reception but they seem to be interesting.

To be honest, this kind of thing is the main reason why I don't tend to request particular things in advance. Yes, there are particular things I like, and I'll definitely go and see someone who I think it likely to provide those things... but I much prefer to let any given encounter play out however it happens to go at the time. And yes, that does mean that I'm not going to tick all of my favourite boxes every time I see someone... but that's OK. If someone's good enough at X, then as far as I'm concerned she can keep me happy without doing Y and Z at all, even though Y and Z are things I generally like. And yes, I'll go back and see her.... again, and again. Unfortunately. If my mechanic left my car in as good shape as SPs leave me, life would be much better...

I know you're looking for feedback from hobbyists, but as an SP i agree with you 100%. Yes, I will be much more revealing for an incall, hell I can open the door naked if i want to! But for an outcall I do tend to cover up more, but always feminine! Dresses, skirts, at the very least a nice pair of tight blank pants or leggings, depending on the top...The thought of wearing jeans to ANY encounter makes me shudder... Unless of course the jeans were requested ;)
