I have to give Mod credit for all that he has done and the changes he's had to make. Going against this and defying the law here would put him serious trouble despite what everyone out there is doing. I respect him as a business owner. Yes, things have been quiet around here but out of consideration to the board owner and until things have legally changed, I'd rather be feeling monotone than lose this site and a good community. Besides, there are a lot of people out there defying the law already. Why does it have to be done here? Just for a few explicit words to make things seem more interesting? I'd rather make things more interesting elsewhere on my own time in private.

Let's make sure this happens....

As an individual, I feel that I can manage my own risk in this regard and operate in such a manner that if we wake up tomorrow and find that oops.... the new law WILL be enforced, I'm okay. In so far as a corporate entity like CERB/LYLA is concerned, the risks are much greater. Were it my business, I would operate as if the new law were, in fact, the new law until there was an official clear change. It just takes one noisy persistent nut-job to raise a legal ruckus. I only see a few potential nut-jobs each day. CERB/LYLA is potentially exposed to thousands so not a risk I would take were I them. Additional Comments: Monotone looks so much better on me than prison orange. :)

I personally don't think I have any right to suggest or encourage anyone else to operate in a way that put them at risk regardless of how I might assess the risk and I don't think it would be appropriate to put that person into a position where they feel pressured to explain or support why they choose to operate in a particular way. Certainly everyone has the right to decide if the new rules on this board make their involvement here less useful and then act according to their own needs. Because of my involvement in animal issues and rescue I encounter sadness a lot and often not the nicest people. I really hope it is just the normal seasonal lulls as too many wonderful people will be hurt if this new law has any significant impact on client bookings. I would encourage all of my fellow Hobbiests to really show Mr. Harper and the Conservatives what we think of their new law but booking an extra appointment in December... what could be better than spending an extra hour with an amazing lady while at the same time showing total contempt for this new law. Cops may not be allowed to commit sexual acts on duty, but that doesn't mean they don't. Cops commit some of the worst assaults against sex workers. This is honestly the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

I find your thread somewhat offensive. I hate to break it to you, but you communicating sex for money is illegal whether you have handed the money over or not. And this so-called, "if they're a cop, they won't let you touch them" is an urban myth that's been around forever. I am not a cop and I won't allow anyone to touch my boob or pay me at the end of the session to prove I am not a cop. This has not affected my business, because in the past 10 years, I have never had one client ask me to do this ahead of time or when they showed up. You are not going to win over many ladies affection by suggestion clients insist on touching our boobs and paying us at the end. If we advertising companionship only, and gents respond to such ads, there is no need for them to worry about being busted for exchange of money for sex if no sex is being sold. If it's sex you wish to purchase, you won't find ads like that here. That's all I am going to say about this before I get into trouble for being hostile.

I have no problem with the new regulations here on Lyla, and I certainly do not want my clients to be criminals . I also will echo my appreciation for how MOD has gotten through this mess.

I can't speak for him, but I don't think the MOD would appreciate this discussion on Lyla even if certain police departments have not made enforcing it a priority. And until those laws are actually overturned, no one is 100% safe from prosecution. Which is why Lyla.com has taken the high road and is trying its best to stay within the letter of the law. And if "monotone" is the word you want to you, so be it. I think many folks would rather be "monotone" than "explica-tone" right now. Just my thoughts.

For me, the new legislation will not impact the frequency of my visits, but will impact my choice in who I will see. I foresee sticking with the same ladies I know for the next few months (and also because I like them so much). I would certainly be more vigilant in looking up anyone new (reviews, reputation, etc.). I think this new legislation may make it more difficult for those starting out in this business, although I know alot of guys like ''the new girl''. Yes, it is very dead. I think many are aware of the new laws now even though media publications didn't announce it so much on December 6. Guys are being very cautious until they decide if and when they will feel comfortable again. What I've noticed is when they do call for info, it is only for rates now. They don''t say much. I am one who generally likes natural breasts. That being said, I know there is a time/circumstance when EB will really help a girls self esteem. Time-perhaps in her 30's and 1 or 2 kids. Circumstance-an average size girl with A or B cups which give her too much of the classic pear shape and she wants to be in better proportion, top to bottom. BTW spinners look best with A's or B's. I take pride in being 1 individual who convinced a spinner to stay with her A cups as there is a large group in the Ottawa IBTC. Within the last year I have come across 2 ladies who got EB. Needless to say they positively glowed afterwards. The smile on their faces was undeniable and I am so happy for them. Where I am not a great fan of EB is when I see a girl who was most likely a C or D and who has gone DD or DDD and looks like something out of a San Francisco strip club. I am happy to say however that this is not happening too much now. I've been in daytime Pigales and seen many A's & B's and maybe only 1 or 2 others with EB's. Same goes for massage parlours, just look at their pics. So, its a trend (only get them if you really need them) that I'm very happy to see. Nothing worse that seeing a girl with gorgeous "B's" going DD or more.

I think a couple of things deserve repeating Under rare circumstance, it may be the perfect gift, but as Cristy said above, owning a pet is a massive responsibility, with a lot of costs associated. Pets become a part of the family, and it is imperative that at least one or two members of the family feel the animal out first to see if they are a good fit. This is another point I completely agree with. I adopted a cat from a shelter, and he is the best animal companion I've ever had. He was already slightly old, but he has given my family immense joy. Kittens and puppies are adorable and oh so cute. But I'd say if you can, check out the older ones, they have more developed personalities and habits. You can see if they are affectionate or the ones that like to stay away.

I'm of the opinion that the only person who's OPA ion matters on the subject is the lady herself. I have DDs and I'll be getting EB at some point. I like the look. As a woman who has an enhanced pair, I'm a bit biased. I love mine and want more of them, a bigger set:) I'll say, once again, it is a shame how some see others as parts and not as a whole person and generalize . Enhanced breasts are as individual as natural breasts. I've seen many and none were the same, just as all natural breasts I've seen were all different. The only similarities, they were all breasts. It is a very personal decision to enhance or change something about yourself and one not to be taken lightly, therefore I think comments directed towards such changes should also be thought about carefully and articulated respectfully. For anyone to say they don't like someone's enhancement that they've never met, I find a bit odd, imo, it's like saying you don't like the taste of something to which you've never tasted. That's my best analogy. However we all are entitled to an opinion as well.(this is not a comment directed towards anyone in particular) To anyone thinking about breast enhancement I'd say, the only down side imo, is that it is never a one time procedure, however there are exceptions. They will, in most cases, not last a lifetime and will need replacing. Silicone is much better than saline, mine are saline, they are soft, luckily, but saline are more often known to harden from capsular contraction and known to be not as soft feeling as silicone. I went from a sufficient c to a d, was expecting a dd, so in your consult make sure your physician understands your desired outcome. I was much smaller when I had mine done, nearly 20lbs, so I think my doc was trying to keep me balanced looking while I was wanting the Jessica rabbit look, lol. So to end, like what you like, but shouldn't anyone see, feel and experience the particular item they are saying they dislike before making a judgement on it?

For you and others in Spa locations may find more growing pains then otherwise. But even us INDY are going threw it too. I find myself loosing more these days then booking. Mainly because I am sticking to guidlines to maintain my rep and keep my regulars safe. I'm sure it's a combination of things like Meaghan said. Another lady I know has told me the same thing - it's slow for some. I add seasonal illness to the list as I had the flu for 2 weeks and know of a few others, so I'm sure it is going around again. Also, some guys in the business sector are putting in extra hours to meet year's end and to arrange time off during the holidays. I think it's a combination of many things. Winter, weather, new laws and Christmas. My experience is that it's no different from previous December's. Still steady and busy/slow at times. Hang in there.

IMHO whatever breast size a lady, in this business or not, has before getting EB's is none of our business, unless she personally ask us for advice. What a woman does with her body is her own choice and as far as I know if she gets EBs form a reputable surgeon they won't do the operation before having some serious discussion with her! Personnally her personality is a key factor in meeting a lady and whether or not she has EB's is not a factor. After all brains don't reside inside breasts!

In the 20+ years that I have seen ladies I could count on one hand the number of disappointing sessions I have had. Obviously some are more fun than others but very very very few have been disappointing. Now that said I have been more regularly seeing ladies (ie several times a month) only for the last year and a half or so and as it turns out the first lady I saw 19 months ago was a perfect match for me.... It may just be me but I always thought of the rates a lady charged as her assessment of the value she has placed on the services she offers. Her assessment of that value is a very personal matter and whatever value she sets is right for her. As a client I have the right to accept that rate and book the lady or choose that it is not right for me but I don't feel I have any real right to question the rate she has set for what is a very personal service offering. I kinda see it like dining at amazing restaurants each restaurant has spectacular offerings but might not be suitable for everyone's palette.... you as the customer need to find what is best for your particular taste. When you meet a lady and the experience is not a good match for your specific taste you need to understand that is part of the hobby and move on i can guarantee based on my years of experience that the positive experiences will vastly outnumber the disappointments.
