Here is the email for their web host: [email protected] Send them a professional email stating that they have used your content without your permission. Inform them you have contacted the site at the address they provided with not a single response. Ask them to reply in 48hrs and let them know you will be seeking further legal action (DMCA Takedown notice) if you do not hear back from them ASAP. I can help you with further action if you don't get a reply to your liking.

Same here with the "claim your profile" nonsense. I had no trouble getting through when I clicked the "contact us" tab at the bottom of their website, I got through just fine. Gave them a friendly reminder of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and my photos were removed a couple days later. They've been trolling BP for pics and I have warned many ladies out here in BC to be aware they may be on there. Some don't mind, some do. Never occurred to me to share it on Cerb :( Sorry! You should be able to reach them through their host, as Emily suggested. And not sure if you have any sort of watermark or copyright on your pictures, but if you don't you may want to. Makes things easier when the images in question clearly have a copyright on them :)

They did the same to me and sent an email to "claim my profile", it had all my info but the wrong name. I just disregarded the email until the lovely Raven gave me a call. Thank you so much Raven! I did send a very professional email under the instruction of my attorney that did reference legal action and such. I'm not too patient when my pictures, information and such are stolen. I've dealt with my fair share of that foolishness. Raven informed to go to the site, get them to send you a reset password email and I removed all my pictures, contact info and I also disabled the profile. If I was sent a proper invite, I may have considered trying the site out but you don't steal my stuff and that is no way of doing business, I could care less if they were offering a premium upgrade. I don't deal with sketchy sites like that who steal and try to keep you by offering perks.

I cannot tell a lie. I may be personally responsible for the Canadiens losing the other night. As is normal practice I had my Habs jersey laid out and I put it on right at game time. We were behind 1-0 after the second period but I was confident. However between the second and third periods I went to my very dirty farmhouse clay basement to get something and being very protective of my jersey, I took it off. At the end of the game I noticed that it was still on the chair because I forgot to put it back on for the third period. I apologize to all Habs fans. That mistake will not happen tonight. :)

As someone who tours full time, I will say this. Not one city is any better than the rest, they all have their flaws in some way shape or form. Some have high rates of no shows, others WOTS. Some are hard to get to, others are full of hagglers. You have to take the good with the bad. To me that is the great company I am fortunate to enjoy - it makes everything better. Every city has something different to offer and its about finding out if it's good fit for the lady travelling. No amount of advertising or interest will prove if its a profitable place until you have visited on a few occasions. The days of showing up in a city and making fantastic money on a first trip are few and far. Many men have been ripped off or had bad experiences and they are more leery to book. In this biz to travel now a days you need to spend the money to make money. I travel everywhere, as I said I would visit all of Canada before I retire and well Ive almost done that. As for clients, they vary for different reasons and none I wish to publicly repost here (search will bring them up) in this thread, Ive done so in other posts on the no shows and time wasters in a few sections and my views still remain the same in that. Every lady is different and how she conducts her business will vary and that will attract the clientele she chooses to book with. Any city can be a great city, however quite a few places have been wrecked in this business and its very sad. Any city can be a wonderful place to work, its how you choose to market yourself.

If it's someone I've met before and enjoyed, I'm usually excited to see them again. If it's someone new, while I'm still excited, I hope that they will be open to and with me and that it will be an exchange of energy even if it's a pleasure session.

Moments before they get to the door, I'm actually going over and practicing in my mind what to say when they first come in :P When I get nervous my mind gets all jumbled and my words come out like gibberish, so I always try to go over what I want to say a few times so it hopefully comes out well when they first walk in. When they actually do get in the door, I have about 5 seconds of just getting a first impression from a person's look before we start speaking, and once we start talking my mind's a blank! I'll be honest, there's been times where I've pre-judged someone just from seeing them from the peephole, but as soon as they walk in and start talking, I realize we're going to have a great time, and you really can't judge a book by it's cover(cliche, I know!). You always do have those fleeting thoughts of "what if something goes wrong, or what if they try something bad?" and you sort of go over escape scenarios and what you would do if something bad did happen, but luckily(and hopefully) we don't have to use those very often.

I thought this should be discussed because of the many gentlemen lately, on here and elsewhere, that seem hesitant and reluctant on divulging their real name when booking an appointment. I'm hoping with this discussion it'll assure some, hopefully, that it is protocol for most to require and request it. A professional companion will base the success of his/ her business on reputation, without a good one it would be hard to survive. Word of mouth travels. First and foremost is our ability to be trustworthy and discrete with any information given. Divulging anyone's personal info would and should be anyone's downfall(exception being someone dangerous or criminal). So know that when dealing with someone professional, (and by professional I mean a companion who has been reco'ed/reviewed, has a website, is established, posts or is known on a forum/s, someone you can find info on or get an online impression of)any personal information given would be held with the upmost care. It is understandable that a gentleman may be nervous but the important first step on connecting with any companion is research. You can google names/numbers/read reco's, websites, posts and other media accounts to become assured of their reputation and business model. Then when you connect you should feel comfortable knowing that the chosen companion will want to know who they are meeting. Trust is key just as chemistry and connection are and without a name how can there be any?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. As long as there are suckers, there will be scammers. Most have had the old Bait and Switch happen at least once, but it shouldn't happen to anyone too often unless you're a slow learner and don't use your instincts and the tools available to protect yourself. But what's more important is that one has the nerve to turn around and leave. (muggings or dangerous situations aside). I have to believe scammers are scamming because it works way too often. In other words people feel awkward or too guilty to leave. If people weren't succumbing to the situation, and the scammer wasn't profiting than the scammer probably wouldn't bother... NO?

Your response is part of the reason for my thread. We as companions are known, by aliases in most cases, yet we have viable information readily available to those looking. Still single and I'm at the happiest and content place I have ever been in my life. I've learned a lot of things to the point where I could no longer imagine the expectations or the thoughts I used to have. What I have learned is to never rely on ANYONE to make you happy and love yourself first because if you don't, no one else will no matter what they tell you. Material things no longer matter so much nor do I feel I have to meet certain expectations where my age is concerned. I've done all of that. I had a lot of responsibility at a young age. You can still be with someone and they can bring happiness/joy into your life but not the joy you yourself can find within. That is what I have found since being single. Just waking up to see the sun every morning makes me appreciative of what I have. If any of my exes asked to me reconnect with them, I'd tell them all to take a flying leap. lol. I'm not the same person anymore and ultimately it was thier loss. I live for me now. :)

Another point to this story is that as a client, you really lose nothing by providing your name to a reputable provider. However, if a reputable provider who has a website, advertises, puts her face out there etc. provides a real name they are then open to some VERY negative outcomes. Being judged, having their family and friends aware whether chosen or not, being open to restricted travel, having any business or school affiliations impacted, potentially having negative impacts on children whether in school, receiving some sort of assistance or just in general, having many personal things about you called into question and even potentially having your life or way of life put into jeopardy. As was mentioned, we build our reputations slowly and the right way to be known for discretion, trustworthiness and as a professional. We put in effort each and every day. We give based on what we are comfortable with and the risks we are willing to take. Clients have a world of information on us even if NOT our name. Asking for a real name from a client is part of a screening tool for our safety. I don't know many ladies who, right out of the gate, would feel secure providing their name to anyone with all the risks associated. The risk factor is minimal on the client side but maximum on the ladies. If a client is not willing to take a minimal risk but demands a maximum one, perhaps they should rethink their participation and also how they view risk.

When I first began in this lifestyle back in 2010 I booked a date with a lady who had verification/screening procedures which included providing my real name OMG!!! The age thing for me is a few things: maturity is the biggest issue how they inquire about the "date". Usually one worded...example "hey" young guys mostly think their all that and then some..they'll say things like"i'm so hot you should do me for free". think they are porn stars I have 3 sons in their 20's so it's a little weird for me..
