Lee Richards! Seriously we've been talking back and forth for the past...year or so?and we've never meet because of distance! I was so sad when I had to cancel my trip to Winnipeg in March because of my upcoming move to Toronto. I believe that Lee Richards is Austin Powers wearing a penguin suit.I do not want to imagine him in another way.

I suspect some threads have been written on this in past. I have been fortunate to meet some great ladies on CERB and written a few recommendations of past encounters. I generally am quite loyal/regular with those I've connected with. But those ladies always exist who just seem out of reach or circumstances don't bring you together. Nonetheless the desire seems to rise over time and the anticipation to meet them only increases. Recent activities have raised an anticipation of meeting a lady I've wanted to see for a long time. Both Emily and I travel extensively and we've come to know each other and share travel schedules in the hope that things align. We came close a month or so ago in Saskatoon but business activities didn't cooperate. And last week we passed within an hour of each other at the Ottawa airport. I know that isn't the full encounter I'm waiting for but the chance to meet even if for a quick coffee...had my heart racing. Miss Emily you are an amazing woman I would be honoured to meet. I'm pretty sure most ladies on this site will respond the same way I'm going to: as long as you're clean and respectful, size does not matter! I've been with people big and small, short and tall, and pretty much every size/race/religion/age. The only experiences I did not enjoy were with the rude/dirty people. Anticipation is a wonderful thing! For you Cub to be anticipating meeting with Emily R is an anticipation that is well founded indeed. For me and the way that I make arrangements to meet women, anticipation is a big thing as I tend to make arrangements well in advance, as in months in advance. This gives opportunity for maintaining a degree of contact and gaining an appreciation of each other so that when we do eventually meet it is often as if we are merely reacquainting ourselves rather than meeting for the first time. As the weeks and then days and ultimately the hours and minutes count down that sense of anticipation is heightened and becomes a pretty exciting thing. Could not agree more with this post. I am very new to the hobby; in fact I have yet to have my first encounter with a SP. I am hoping that Emily will be my first. I respectfully dissent from the majority position. However despicable the alleged actions are, we are talking about minors. And they are not bordeline adults aged 17, but 15 year old. Minors are not considered adults in Canadian society, for good reasons. For example, they cannot vote because they are generally considered not to have attained the required intellectual maturity. If their alleged actions are proven in a court of law, they deserve to be punished. But they also deserve an opportunity to rehabilitate, and juvenile courts and detention centres will provide a better opportunity to do that. The victims and society would likely not be well served by their being judged and sentenced as adults. For one thing, it would have no deterrence impact on other immature kids tempted to act in a similar fashion as, again, they would likely not have the cognitive capacity to integrate such facts in their choice of action. The greenbelt, unlimited walks to explore in the greenbelt. A lot of the time I'll take along a GPS and do some Geocaching. It's a great hobby because you get to see what the locals find interesting.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone in the medical profession could help me on this one. I'm about to finish my degree in business, this coming school year i will be finished. I come from a family where nursing is quite prevalant, my grandmother was a nurse since 14 and a have 3 cousins in nursing. In my hometown Windsor, a border city, i have alot of American friend with no insurance, and have done stitches and popped arms back into sockets before. Now i know it's not the same, but i really like to help people, and i really like school. I like to fix people. Blood doesnt scare me either, and I think with my degree being over, i would like to continue my education in the medical field. I realize you you have to go to school for a very long time, but I'm willing to make the effort. I've been looking into schools, asking around. Ultimately, I'd like to work in emergency, i work best under pressure with a time frame. My science marks are good, math is ok, but not above average( i understand algebra and the like, but math isn't my favourite). My highest marks are in languages. I would really like to hear some opinions, to help guide me to the right people. Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts? thank you for your time :)

Finally feeling human again!

So, I have a food allergy but am always sure to carry an epipen with me. I also always ask if this item could possibly be an ingredient in any dish I order when in a restaurant. Well, Monday night the server failed to fully check to see if indeed this ingredient was used in the preparation of this dish I chose. Needless to say, quite quickly after consuming about a 1/4 of the dish, I get a reaction. Bam goes the epipen into my thigh. Unfortunately, my reaction was too severe for just the epipen. Off to the hospital! Ugg all night Monday and most of the day on Tuesday I lay in a hostpital bed hooked up to an IV looking like Orca with the face of the Elephant Man. Thankfully, today I look pretty much like my normal self and I think the server learned a very valuable lesson on just how important it is when someone expresses an allergy!

It is not an easy road. I have 5 doctors in my family and my father was a practicing professional in another field who graduated at the top of his class and then with two degrees at two of the most prestigious universities... one in the U.S. and one in Canada. They all worked their asses off and sacrificed many things to get where they are including not seeing their family and their children. If *you* feel you have it in you, I say go for it. No one can stop you... only yourself.

Thank you for the wondeful suggestion of nursing. I have been in school since 2009, i have a degree in Aboriginal studies, and am going to complete my second degree in Business this year (2012-2013). I realize how serious of a commiment this is, i have spoken to many people, i realize i'm looking at 10 plus years of school. Being in my early 20's, time is on my side. I stated in my original post that i realize what a commitment this is, thats why after speaking to numerous doctors, i still want opinions to get the facts, hence this thread. I'm no stranger to education, i was in gifted classes when i was younger. The reason I didn't follow a more "traditional" road in my life is I do not like to conform to society, it bores me quite simply.Traditional 9-5 hum drum life is my idea of hell, it really never suited me, I get bored easily and i am a free spirit; I roam as I please. That's why I'm an escort. Being a doctor will allow me to work anywhere in the world, but I'd like to work with sp's as in street help and general practice, since many health care providers discriminate against us. ER would be good too, since I like working under pressure. If I'm going to pursue this, (I've been toying with the idea for about 6 months), I'm going to go all the way, because as anyone that knows me will tell you, I do nothing half asked, and when i decide I'm doing something, there's no stopping me. I guess she figured out that once you have HIV, it alters your DNA, meaning its visible by testing the DNA, and she figured this out and subsequently, how to test to show infection within 10 days of the subject being infected. With AIM testing, You also get special papers where you are indentified by either your passport # or driver's license #, that way on set each actor/actress can see the papers and know they are working safe, you cannot lie, because you have to show each other the corresponding I.D. along with your AIM papers. This is now the standard in the porn industry, you cannot work if you do not have AIM testing, period. So if a former porn star can do all that, I think this SP can be an MD.

I'm not sure if the MCAT is required by all Canadian universities, like others said, check their requirements. For medicine, not only do your marks have to be outstanding (not average), you'll need some great references and active extracurricular involvement.

Another piece of advice and this goes for all the young men out there.. don't ever tell an SP you're a hot 20 something. I have guys tell me this all the time. This means nothing to me. As long as you are polite to me, respectful and clean, you could look like Bubbles the Clown or a hot stud and you would still be equally treated the same way. When guys say this, there is an alterior motive present and that is that I might find them so enticing that I will make an exception and lower my rate. Sorry not going to happen.lol.

All good advice but at the end of the day the way to get into meds is to have all your prerequisite courses, an outstanding mcat score, great letters of recommendation from respected people in the field or related fields and a minimum gpa of 3.7 and higher. Getting into meds is a long term commitment and will require dedication and ability to go on no matter the obstacle. The system are set up to weed out the unqualified and non committed applicants (ie. if you are applying because dad says you have to, or you like the money --they will know). The path to the degree even once you are in is a long painful journey, and they won't accept people they think will not make it. It's nice to apply to schools with non-traditional requirements etc but to maximize your chances you will need to cast the biggest net possible which will mean you really have no choice but to take all the traditional prerequisites etc. There's no easy way. If it was as easy as saying "I wanna be a doctor" there should be no shortage of doctors out there today.

I have a sister in Vancouver, whose got a bunch of containers of water stashed on the back porch. I asked her about it and she said it was for an emergency in case of an earthquake. I guess they figure to have one there eventually. As for me, I've got quite a cellar of wine, so I'm not going to go dry.

Heat and I are not friends, at all. I lived in Ontario for a long time and never got used to the heat and humidity in the summertime. I'm glad to be back in Vancouver where I belong, less than 10 minutes away from the ocean at any time. I would like it to be a touch warmer, though, or at least for the rain to give up and go away for a bit! It will, eventually. And we'll probably have three weeks without any rain in July/August and be complaining terribly because everything will be so dried-out and tired looking! Canadians talk about the weather more than anyone else in the world!

I don't believe that bbfs and bbbj are anywhere near being in the same league as far as risk goes. SPs who offer bbbj are making reasonable judgement calls. As an example, in the legal brothel businesses in Germany, bbbj is the NORM (with cfs) and yet STDs are very rare. If bbfs were the norm, I'm sure that chlymidia etc. would be spreading pretty fast.

I just read something about business being slower then ever before for some ladies...so I wanted to bring this thread back up. For me (ymmv) the absolute biggest turn off in the whole wide world, is this: Referring to this as your work, job and/or business. I know that's what it is, but I don't want to think of that when I'm looking at you and your advertisement deciding if I might like to go visit. Call it that in your mind, say it to your friends, whatever...but don't post messages or answer the phone with those words. "Hi baby, glad you called....I'm working later, can you come over then?" "Sorry dear, I'm not working today." "Business is slow today, come on over.." "It's my job to please you!" "I'm working from a hotel in the east end tonight..." I want a fantasy, an escape, a dream, a PSE, a GFE, a vacation. I don't want to feel like a number or a client or know that you'd rather be golfing! The girls I repeat with NEVER call this their work. They never mention the guy that was there before me or after me. If they're late they never tell me it's because of their last appointment, they lie to me that they had a dentist appointment. They make me feel special and wanted and make me feel like I"m the only guy that matters. Like I said, I know this is the fantasy, but it's the fantasy I'm searching for and paying for. If your business is slower then ever, perhaps this is why?
