I think it's a rather unpractical idea. You still run into the same problems of divorce during the life any contract. Also, I don't think it's a very strong starting point when one goes in knowing there is an easy way out. If there have been cases where LE breached a premises, it should not have been done and any charges laid proposed by LE would have been dropped by the Crown prosecutor.
