I used to work for Mirage and as far as agencies go they are excellent. I've worked with some quality girls during my time there, and the main phone girl is simply a delight. I too love giving massages and always offer it at the end of a good appointment.... I've been told by one girl I'm better than the massages than those people working at Nordic Spa.
