I just looked at the date and realized that today is my 6th anniversary on this site!!!! Wow does time ever fly by! When I signed up for CERB, there were not many people on it and to see how much things have changed and grown here is amazing. :D

This is mainly for any newbies on CERB who have never heard of Cowboy Kenny's diary before. My advice is always the same, if it sounds to good to be true...it probably is! I was reading on this site and elsewhere, that people have been burned here in Ottawa lately. My advice is to daily check CK's diary, he does very good work for all of us and if you want to protect yourself then read it please! I hate hearing stories of things going badly wrong, especially when it could have easily been avoided. I just need to give a shout out to all the pho restaurants on Somerset street in Ottawa. They all have similar names (Pho Bo Ga La, Pho Bo Ga King, and of course the two Pho Bo Ga La 2s that are right next to each other), so just pick one and go for it. That is, if you're in the mood for salty beef soup. Which I almost always am. Also, it's not a restaurant, but the Kowloon market at Somerset and Arthur will sell you six spring rolls for a dollar from their bakery section. Craziness!

I have a background in Gymnastics, dance and aerobics. I can perform splits, handsprings, sort of invented a thing I call a bed dance, where I perform multitude of acrobatic maneuvers as you lay on the bed! Very different and exciting show for sure! Looking at June as a possiabilty:)

The arrangement is referred to in our industry as a retainer. I actually prefer retainers for a myriad of reasons. It does require trust on both parts but it is beneficial for both parties as well. It allows me to budget myself, gives my guests an elegant incentive and we are both happy playmates! For those new to the retainer system, I start with 4 sessions. The envelope needs to be in by the 15th of the month and we determine when they would like to schedule. Some guests come to visit quarterly, some once a month, some every two weeks and others are weekly. I prefer to have the requested dates on the envelope but if they can't plan that far ahead then they can book once their schedule allows. Retainer guests always get preferred booking in the event I have two requests. We also develop a closer emotional relationship which enhances the physical aspects of the arrangement. These are the guests I chose to socialize with when time allows and travel with as well when the opportunity arises. I have retainer guests that have been with me since I arrived in Canada and I would walk on broken glass if they needed me to because they have proven themselves worthy of my loyalty by consistently contributing to my life. I still wear my posing suits to the beach that I wore when competing in bodybuilding. They are so skimpy we used to have to double tape them on for doing our routines. As luck has it I just like going to the beach but not going in the water so I don't have to worry about any nipples or other lady parts being exposed. I love all my suits, as a rule I get many offended looks!!

I finally picked up my boat today after being stored for the winter Alas, due to obligations this weekend, and mother's day next weekend, likely won't be out on the water till May long weekend But another highlight, we have a long weekend this month RG

Greetings my fellow CERBites.... First and foremost, I must reiterate that this is an apology. I have not been on much if at all for the last two or three months and the halt in OD postings was rather precipitous. None of you caused me to stop posting... let's make that clear. The last few months in OTown have been a wee bit tense. For those of us in the public sector, the possibility/probability of imminent unemployment has weighed heavily on the emotional, the psychological and the physical well being that all of us cherish. It's hard to play when you have no pay. That being said, I did survive only marginally scathed... if scathed is a word, I mean if unscathed is a word then dammit scathed has to be a word too. I digress. I have a job and it's the same one... it's a little leaner and going to be a lot tougher to manage with less people around me, but I am here and employed. Whew. It has been heartwarming to see the messages that have popped up on the page and in my inbox in the past few months.... despite the self imposed exile I have really missed so many of you. I am lucky in so many ways to have a circle of friends on here that have kept me connected during the period of absence... and I am excited to see that some of the fresh faces here have been embraced by the multitudes. Soooo... where does that leave us? I am easing my way back in. Rest assured boobies, bums and vajayjays still occupy the greater part of my brain. They swirl about... sometimes they subtly brush against each other causing wee mind moans... oh damn. Thank goodness for kleenex. Anyhow. I. AM. BACK. Let's get durtee. OD.

There has been alot of awesome and really really nice comments here ....so I won't repeat One thing I would like to say... and although it is before the session .... to me the communications prior to actually meeting can be huge to me especially on a first visit. I have been greeted with huge hugs and kisses because... although I never will know but I believe the mutual desire to meet was there because of simple ongoing and fun and easy communication prior to meeting. Soo geez....long story short....one of my special moments of a session is when I knock on the door and a wonderful lady greets me at the door with a smile and a big kiss and she genuinely wants to see ME !!

I would have to say thoughtful little gifts or simple gestures. For example, there is a gentleman I see from time to time and he always gives me a nice card; he writes to me in French even though his French is somewhat limited. I really appreciate the time and effort he puts in it and it makes me smile from ear to ear! There's another gentleman who went out and bought us special glasses with our initials on it (nothing expensive) and brings them over every time we see each other :) Whatever we decide to drink during our time together always seem to taste better in those glasses! It also feels really nice when a gentleman has done his research and presents you with you favorite flower. Another one would be when I meet a gentleman at his house or hotel and he walks me back to my car afterwards. The good bye kiss is always amazing! The little special touches always make me happy!

I'm with you Angela about Feleena's on Bank St. That place is so good!!! It's traditional Mexican food, not TexMex. I have not tried the new one in The Market yet. Louis' on McArthur has outstanding pizza, some of the best I've ever had. Too bad though they don't deliver. The original Colonade on Metcalfe is a true Ottawa institution. Whenever we came to Ottawa, it was always a must stop for my father!

It's been miserably cold and damp and stormy the last few days here in NL. This morning, despite the drizzle and fog I made a little trip to a scenic beach near where I live to take pictures. Got some, hopefully good, pictures of crashing surf against the cliffs. Very dramatic with the misty fog! I had the great pleasure to finally meet Lulu, and OMG was she worth the wait!!!! Things just kinda happened. We had previously talked about seeing one another, but due to work, I had to cancel. So this time we kind of bantered back and forth for a bit, and finally she said, "let's just get together". I agreed, and over she came. For me: - Welcome hug and kiss (especially on return visits) - slowly undressing each other while making out - showers or bubble bath together - lots of foreplay, kissing, caressing etc - no need to rush - whispering naughty things in each others ears - sharing a drink (wine or drink of choice) and maybe a small snack (cheese and crackers, etc) - lots of eye contact - snuggling and chatting afterwards to me it is more about the person, the intimacy, and connection. Well, I'd say that was the right thing to do. I'm sure nobody else, whether MA or not, wants your flu :) I know some do. I'd have thought most would. If they catch your flu then they can't work for a few days, and that hits them in the pocket. MAs and SPs don't get sick leave, last I looked.

I was quite disappointed with the food when I was there. But if you just hop over the river, you'll find Brasseurs du Temps, which has very good food. And better and more interesting beer, for those who care about that.

All I have to say about Diamond is wow! Found her add on the other 'list' site early this evening, couldn't find any reco's so I decided to TOFTT and this is one occasion where I am happy I did so. When you see her pics I think you'll understand what I mean! She is a young attractive gal from Montreal who takes her time, makes you feel comfortable, enjoys conversation, getting to know you and is very good at what she does. This is an aspect that I do have difficulty to deal with with clients... For myself, I know for a fact I am a "better" SP when I am in a relationship. I keep my hours, I take calls, I am more "straight". I use to be a serial monogamous dater, until I embrace polyamory. Also having some "me" sex once in a while with a partner that know everything about me, compare to someone that doesn't know me well...big difference a the end of the month. It's our private life. I am not sure how it is suppose to affect clients during our time together. For 30 min, 2 hours or an overnight...I am not thinking of my SO but of the person I am with. One thing that I do find a little bit hypocritical of some gents...:( Pretty much everyone know by now that I am bisexual...I am currently dating two women, and most people seem to be fine with that...because they are women, it still keep the fantasy alive it seem...but if it was a man....it make them feel uncomfortable Question for the gents-for those that it bother to see an SP that has an SO, does it make a difference if she is is dating a man or woman?

Absolutely .... I remember a corner store two blocks from my house growing up in Ottawa. They had one of these outside, that was always locked, and another inside. I remember when I was first allowed to walk the couple of blocks myself. Couldn't have been more than 5 ... Also walked to school on my own. Today kids are escorted to school. I'd walk down to the store, get a coke, and hang out with my friends. Playing games, throwing stones, generally getting into mischief. The only requirement was to be home for dinner. Don't know how we coordinated everything without cell phones.

When I looked at your original I was really surprised by your comment that you were considering dropping out of the hobby if you had to get a burner. I think you will find many great positive comments about getting one, and their importance in the subsequent posts. I get the impression from your comments that you have concerns regarding your privacy, which in this day and age really is a myth unless you take extraordinary steps. Do your research and trust your instincts and you won't have any trouble. I have never had any of the ladies contact me privately, unless I had told them that I was open to hear from them. On the other side of the coin I think you have to look at it from the women's perspective. They are in an industry that has an enormous amount of risks, and this is just another tool that they have to manage the way they do business and help mitigate a bit of the risk. Probably, if you looked at the statistics, the ratio of "bad dates" to dates is pretty high, so give them every chance you can, because at the end of the day they deserve any help we can give them.
