5 pointsI wasn't trying to say these people were legit, only that in the current climate, they are playing on the right fear :)

3 pointsI think, if the women (or men, I suppose) providing these sorts of things, go to such great lengths to be discrete, keeping things very quiet... then the least anyone else who goes to them should be expected to do... is offer the same discretion, stop blabbing your mouths off, you have no idea what devastation it may bring to someone in their private/work life. I have wonderful friends who do just that, and have successfully for years, with nobody knowing or being harmed in any way at all... now I see names of businesses flashed all over the place. How would it be if these women went to your wives, your friends/co-workers and told them details of your activities on here (or in the bath houses) - come on people, a bit of tact really isn't that hard to muster up

2 pointsI have been increasingly concerned that the discussion in the massage section may lead to problems for the providers. Especially the places that do other salon services. Escorts control their phone and location. Massage parlors such as bw, to/eb, Nevada's all have specific licenses but when the place is catering to a whole other clientele for other services I really think we need to keep our conversation much more vague. Some providers are students and I really worry that too much publicity through this review board could have negative implications for them. We have been in my humble opinion too free to identify some locations Although we have to be members o be on here it is not difficult to join. Our identity is very protected but some providers of massage can be left exposed by these conversations I see a big difference in what we should discuss depending on how the provider advertises

2 pointsYep, it would be. Not to mention ladies come out of retirement all the time. Doesn't mean doodly squat. Until OP graces us with some actual evidence, I'd say this is just scare-mongering.
-
2 pointsIf the forum is escortbusts, it's a bogus site. I would be curious to know the name of this site, since doing some digging on the site where you say there is information posted about police doing a sting campaign will tell you the legitimacy of the information. Not saying it's true, not saying it's untrue. Just saying the cops have better things to do and this is unlikely. So further research and information digging is required.

2 pointsHi are there any ladys that emjoy and have experience in offering facesitting/AssWorship??
-
2 pointsIf we're talking solely about sites like Craigslist where the posts are about as anonymous as you can get, then no. The negatives (and even positives) the get posted are something I totally ignore. There's just no way to determine validity. I will, however, pay attention to what someone says if they have an easily traceable history online (site like LYLA, Twitter, etc.). How closely I pay attention depends on my feelings towards that person and the impression they've made on me. Still, as always, one needs to "Make up their own damned mind." :) Anyway...my 2 cents.
-
2 pointsExactly Especially in situations where the provider has told some of us they want it kept quit or implied that the boss does not approve If people use their noggins they can figure out when to stfu

2 pointsIn-Room Showers are included in every session, with every attendant...at no extra cost at Vibe.
-
2 pointsJust wanted to add that you'll notice it's always usually the same bunch who do the slagging. They are so transparent.
-
2 pointsAt CMJ and Vibe, they always join at the beginning of the session and at the end. I've only gone to ALO once and the attendant joined me for both also. At Angel, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. But I've never been charged extra for a shower. And shower time is sometimes more fun then the massage session :) Usually they join you for the cleanup shower as they are also oily. So I can see that if they are busy, they would be taking a lot of showers if they had to take 2 for each client.

1 pointFigured I'd start a thread where anybody here on CERB can post their Twitter handles. I've been using Twitter for a few years now, and love it, but I have only recently created a Twitter account for my CERB persona. I've found a few of the CERB girls and hobbyists on there already, but I figured this would be a good place to find more. My Twitter handle is @smith_wick. (https://twitter.com/Smith_wick) Its a great place to communicate! Look me up!

1 pointhttp://www.cbc.ca/news/health/loblaw-recalling-several-president-s-choice-hummus-products-1.3092281?cmp=rss I think this counts as health news. It certainly will if you're unlucky.

1 pointNot sure if I'm thinking of the same person, but in today's BP ads I only see one that has retired that I'm aware of. I did a check of her profile here on Lyla and I see that she has been posting and even made an post that she is coming out of retirement. The post was in the Kingston section. I did notice one odd thing and that is there is a different # on BP as there is here on Lyla (could mean nothing at all) As for the busted site......it's a scam and it is well known that it is a scam. Note...I may be thinking of the wrong lady and if so my apologies :)

1 pointHow long has the telephone number been retired by her??? I seriously doubt that LE is going to take the time to concoct such a sting. Seriously, that is not their target market! The priority is abused, underaged, exploited! So yes, I jump on the bandwagon that says this is a bit overboard.

1 pointThe trouble is, it could be sabotage from just about anyone; a disgruntled ex, a competitor sp, an agency operator who wants it all or simply someone with nothing better to do. It can also be legitimate, hence the challenge!! Posted via Mobile Device

1 pointI find most often the nasty negative reviews tell me more about the kind of person the poster is rather than the person they're reviewing. If anything it makes the poster sound like a jerk and he probably had a bad time because he was a jerk. I can't say I ever had a bad date. The questionable ones I prefer to look at it as a learning experience. It's like watching a bad movie "ya didn't like it, so what, someone else might." So no, bad reviews hold very little to me, unless my safety is at risk then I may question a bit.

1 pointI think it's a shame when anonymous bullies do this. It's really a shame and seems to be really prevalent in the maritimes lately. I'm sorry you are experiencing this Sophia. It's really bs and those that have met you know it for what it is. Chin up beautiful.

1 pointHi all, Coming to town Saturday the 6th, looking for large natural breasts but also relatively thin (proportional). Any suggestions of members i should contact? Thanks
-
1 pointMet with Samantha last week while she was in town. Her pictures are accurate, I can say my time with her was not rushed and would make anyone feel comfortable including first timers. She has an awesome personality with a set of skills to match. Will definitely visit her again.
-
1 pointAbsolutely. Bear in mind also that it's not just your well-being on the line here... it's theirs. They have as much interest in getting this right as you do.

1 pointStill seeing a lot of comments stating WHO is giving extras and that sort of thing. I still remember a thread of those posting (insert name) giving HE and then a couple of weeks later everyone wondering where she is. She was no longer there. If everyone showed more discretion when discussing these type of activities at places that also run legitimate services, you would find that the ladies won't get fired so often. I have to shake my head. Remember, we are not allowed to discuss sexual services at all anymore. HE is considered a sexual service.

1 pointI just wanted to post a quick follow up and thank you. The transplant was an absolute success and my former kidney is hard at work in its new home. The incision was only 6cm (the length of my pinky finger) and really, it's nothing. We are both recovering well and my recipient is enjoying his new life free from dialysis. Thank you to everyone who posted words of encouragement for me. Sincerely, Megan

1 pointI can think of only one thing that I like to do and haven't yet..... and it's damn sexy. One day I'd like to fall madly in love.
-
1 pointHonestly, you need to be proactive about your own sexual health and know what tests are available to you and ask for them. Personally, I've had to argue with one of the nurses at the sexual health clinic for an HIV test because they deemed me "low risk" due to condom use and did not want to include blood tests -- just the urine test for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Know what tests you want included and check with the nurse/doctor to be sure they're including them on the requisition. In Ontario, this is what a general requisition looks like. All of the test codes are on the back of the form, which gives you an idea of what public health can test for (HIV testing is a separate form).

1 pointThe ole circadian rhythm as Natasha Summers pointed out.... it's surprisingly easy to throw out of whack and can take a few days or more to get it set right again. I always tell friends who are going through a phase where sleep is not coming easily to them that they should turn off their computer/tv/videogames/smartphone at least two hours before bed and read or knit or whatever your hobby is. The light cast by electronics is considered to be blue light which has a much stronger effect than the orange/yellow light of indoor lighting. Indoor lighting can still throw you out of whack, but start with curbing your electronics and see if that makes a difference. If not, then start lessening your indoor lighting (use a small lamp instead of the ceiling light, for example). Of course sometimes insomnia is caused by stress or non-melatonin imbalances in the body. Our body is a resilient and marvelous machine, but it can go wonky from time to time. If after a week of diligently ditching your lightsources for two hours before bed doesn't help, by all means explore other options such as stress management and hormone therapy (melatonin). Bearing in mind that insomnia is not the same as simply needing less sleep. The old adage about 8 hours a night is not true for everyone and some people genuinely require less sleep as they age (no offense, anyone). It's also natural for the body to reset it's sleep/wake cycles several times a year - which is why some of you may notice that you go through periods of a week or longer where for no reason at all you feel like staying up later or going to bed earlier. This is because before the industrial revolution and indoor lighting, we adjusted to the change in daylight hours. Our bodies still try to do that from time to time. Of course, that is not the same as insomnia and I'm certain you all know your bodies well enough to know what's what. Hang in there and don't give up: you'll find something that works to get you a good night's sleep.

1 pointLike Traveller I too Rub'n Tug.... oral is risky too but not as much as intercourse of course good judgment is key. I'm tested every 2 months for recurring cancer I ask for the extra blood work.
-
1 pointOh it has been brought up before, like in this thread http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=141071&highlight=testing And for me, since I need to get blood work done every two months for an unrelated medical condition, I at the same time get tested for STI/STD's It's funny how in this lifestyle testing is a subject that comes up. But it doesn't seem to be an issue in the dating world And one wonders how active the men and women are that go clubbing or dating and yet do they get tested. I also find it interesting I don't recall STD/STI testing an issue on dating websites. Wonder why the conventional and "right" way to meet women is so far behind the times in regards to sexual health, and yet this lifestyle is so far with, or ahead of the times sexual health wise. Anyhow a quick few off the cuff morning ramblings on this topic RG
-
1 pointThanks for support everyone, well almost everyone but I certainly think a reasonable guess can be made on who the other RG is now. But as for that other poster's posts The real RG :-)
-
1 pointI am not paranoid in any way shape or form, nor is Emily feeding my paranoia (which I don't have) I am concerned that a lady may book with this "RG" assuming he is me but he could be a bad date, or worse. Hence why I posted this in the warnings section. It isn't the first time someone has tried to pass themselves off as another guy, nor will it be the last The lady who told me thought it was worth warning me about. And a couple other people thought I should be concerned too. I'd rather err on the side of safety, and let the ladies know someone has copied my profile. That isn't paranoia, that is being and showing concern. Most get it, surprised you don't RG

1 pointThere are a lot of really good spas in that area, like Perla. You would be better spending your money there. Would be cheaper in the long run, and you will know what kind of mileage you are getting.

1 pointso I am wondering as I heard that champex does wonders for quitting smoking my mom started taking it 4 weeks ago and have not smoked in 2 and a half weeks.. I am dead set on quitting smoking but I am wondering if anyone has tried this method?? and if you could let me know your experiences that would be great as I know everyone is different but as I've heard the same typical symptoms of many people... basically I am wondering if this is the most efficient way to go???
-
1 pointCold turkey...1997. I was getting winded after exhaustive sex (ahhh, those were the days) so I quit. I didn't give a shit about cancer then, but I sure as hell do now. I will tell you this much. Are you prepared to kill yourself? Because if you get terminal cancer, from what I've heard and seen, it's the best option. Google Barb Tarbox...sad story. And I'm not talking about just her story. I have a friend whose mother died of lung cancer. You know, they reassure us that they'll pump us full of morphine at the end, but you know what? The docs kept her doses low for some reason and she was screaming in agony for days until she died. Another story, a mechanic friend of a friend got pancreatic cancer; he was begging his friend to kill him in the end. Lesson of the story? Don't smoke, don't count on your pain being drugged away, and be prepared to choose how you leave this world. Once you're too weak to leave the hospital, you're at their mercy. Maybe they're trying to cut costs. I don't think morphine's expensive, but considering the number of suffering and dying people, the dollars would add up quickly. Feign pain well in advance and hoard those opiates. If you just can't quit your addiction, then invest in natural supplements which are proven to fight cancer: turmeric, ginger, Vit D, fish oil, bromelain, selenium, grape seed extract, IP6, etc., and eat a 100% natural, processed-food-free diet. It may not stop cancer, but it may slow it down, and it will make you stronger if you need to be poisoned with chemotherapy and radiation (And don't just take 'their' word for it. If and when the day comes, and it will for 1 in 3 of us, I'll do my research, and if chemo and radiation are not proven to have a signifigant effect on whichever cancer it may be, I'll choose quality of life over quantity...PASS ME THE WEED OIL BABY! By the way, cannabidiols are proven to fight cancer) It's hard to stay healthy in a world polluted by PCBs, polyvinyl chlorides, heavy metals, tonnes of radioactive dust particles from decades of nuclear tests and accidents, hell, even our homes our toxic: formaldehyde in building materials (gee, all those nice new homes, all OSB) and furniture, lead and asbestos in older homes, radon from our basements, etc). It's our own damn fault. This is what happens when we shit in our bed. Oh, and yeah, smoking's bad. Quit now! Now if cold turkey would just work with wine.
-
1 pointI think the easiest way is like i did 4 month ago. Wake up a morning and just quit. trow your pack in the garbage and just quit. Easy like this. Everything you want in life you can do it. U just need to really want it ! xoxox

1 pointThe key with melatonin is to take it about an hour before bed. Dim the lights, turn off the tv and computer then do something quiet. Also look at your dosage. I take 20mgs per night as my doctor prescribed but if I wake up too early, I will decrease the dosage by 5mgs for a couple of days. It does not work like sleeping pills, increasing the dosage will make you sleep less, not more. HTP5 crosses the blood brain barrier more readily than melatonin but works differently. I have at times taken both on the recommendation of my doctor. It depends on what else is going on in my body and my current stress levels. He suggested I take both regularly if I find it beneficial. I have a sleepy time routine that is really helpful and if it is changed, I don't fall asleep as quickly. Good sex just before my bedtime shower helps exceedingly well... cat
-
1 pointTwo words... Sleep Clinic. Not everyone needs 8 hours of sleep, if you feel rested when you wake up that's all that really matters. If you don't, you should see a doctor. There seems to be an awful lot of self medicating going on in this thread, (which I don't totally disagree with,) but self medicating can be dangerous, even with natural items. Sleepeze can be very dangerous for the heart, and St John's Wort, when taken improperly (like with wine or cheese) can lead to an increase in blood pressure. I hope everyone's playing as safe with the OTCs as they do with sex. ;)

1 pointI am certified in Reflexology, we use 4 points. In the center of the palm and center of the ball of the foot. This activates the rest and repair parasymapathiec system, allowing the adrenail glad to stop over working( fight and flight) Breath deep breath in as you press these points.work all 4 points. There are a varity of natural remidies to take as well, visit your local store to inquire which is best for you, some may cause nightmares tho:(
-
1 pointI've used melatonin and I have to say its great to get your sleep cycle back on track....i however only use it before midnight as I've heard that any later and you could be encouraging your body to get into the habit of having a later sleep cycle....I could be wrong tho. I could definitely use it now at 4am....this is what i get for having a nap this afternoon |:(
-
1 pointI take Melatonin because I do weird shift work. Its really helped with going to sleep and going back to sleep when I get up in the night. Posted via Mobile Device
