I sympathize, my mum also suffered with dementia. She fell and fractured her hip and the doctor wanted to operate, it took a lot of persuading to get them to withdraw treatment and allow her a palliative death. It was a relief when she passed away and was free from suffering.

I've thought about putting something together, I think there are a couple of threads here somewhere on basic Google image search and Tin Eye and such, Tin Eye is junk frankly, it misses more then it hits. I'll try and find time to put some stuff together that most people could use, I have to think stuff through beforehand because I'm so used to just doing the stuff, I'm kind of a savant so I don't always think about whether most people have the tools and such to just do the stuff, I'll try and put something together that makes sense and will work with the resources readily available to the average internet user. Thanks Wild Tiger and Emma. My brother and I know it's the right thing, and it will be good when she passes away and can rest in peace. But there is still something "sobering" if you will, that it took my brother and myself to have to approve the change in treatment (well lack of treatment) the sole purpose is to speed up her end of life. Thank you for sharing Boomer and sorry for the loss of your mother. It's cruel to let a person stay alive but suffer for his/her life. I'm glad they agreed to palliative care and her passing was quick and she no longer had to suffer. At least when mom made out her Will she was competent enough to specify a DNR order and no heroic measures take place Just now it's waiting by the phone, everytime it rings and my heart skips a beat wondering if it's the call "your mom went to sleep and didn't wake up" (thats how the staff at LTC phrase it) Again, thanks everyone RG

Well...…. I'm no super sleuth or expert . One thing I have noticed over time . When a promise of satisfaction guaranteed is promised well, that's a big statement first of all . How can anyone guarantee that ? Every person id different with various likes and dislikes . I agree, it's not for booking purposes but I've spoken with several providers who have had issues where a client repeatedly tries the booking form and eventually gives up. Then at a later date resorts to using the website contact form and the discussion ensues that he had been reaching out, sometimes for months and not getting a response. It means there were missed $ opportunities. Posting a warning in your ad to not use it gets deleted and I'm just curious as to how wide spread it is.
