I've been on this site for quite some time, but don't really participate much. I've always been a lurker. There's one thing that I've noticed however over my time that has always remained consistent, and that's that Sophia from Suite Escapes and even before when she was Independent herself and not running the spa is always extremely helpful to anyone asking for advice or recommendations. It would be easy for her as a business owner, when someone asked for a recommendation for a specific in her area, to just recommend her business, but instead she leads them to the advertisement section and the reccommendation section to search out who will meet this persons needs. Compliments aren't given enough to people, and this isn't quite a reccommendation more of a thanks to Sophia for being a class act and a great member of this forum.

There is a possibility she would refuse your request more likely because she may feel uncomfortable. .. it will safe you both wasting time... if you don't tell her and you showed up at her door she may still refuse to see you... as per privacy goes... as everyone says it is a 2 way street. .. she may not want people around her finding out about her job .. even more than you don't want people around you knowing that you enjoy paid companionship.. Maybe also what NotchJohnson suggested maybe is better to just move on and not book time together... there is plnety of others ladies...

You and only you can decide how much and what you decide to show online. Remember, your choices today can and do show up years from now. I asked the very same question once, and still feel strongly for myself that showing my face online or by sending by email is not in My comfort zone. The ones who truly want to see me, know that they can see my face once they meet me. The ones who do not want to see me unless they see my face picture, well, it hasn't made a difference to me. Cristy is right , the right clients will always find you . Your comfort level is most important and the right client will never push you . When I started out I did not show my face , now I am ok with that so I do . I believe there are ladies that post no pics at all , it's all about the energy field and the law of attraction . I think ( most ) clients visit more for connection and not so much on " the look" anyway .

Personally no. At the end of the day only put up pictures you are comfortable with especially given how long something can linger on the Internet.

My .02 cents on this is don't think about it, just forget you seen her ad and move on. Are private appointments different from appointments in a business environment? A: Service will even be different within the same business as all MAs have their own style, personality.., likes and dislikes so you cant even break service from business like to indipendent,.. as MAs are individuals and everyone is different... Is it rude to ask about the fees beforehand? A: No it is not rude to ask for fees in advanced.. You will find that when you contact a business they may not mention the tipping options... again they can range between 60$-120$... Independents usually will provide you with all inclusive fees and packages... but Also ladies in Spas (i will include myself) can provide you with All inclusive packages and when you compare them It will come to being similar... pretty much the same... the only difference is when you go to an independent she does not have to pay a door fee but some portion will cover rent and other expenses that help run her business... Ladies at a Spa have a set door fee that varies between 40 and 80 depending on the length of the session.... I know that the fees are not to be discussed at the door but can they be determined before going in? A: say you decide to show up as a walkin at a Parlour..., the lady may invite you in the room and you can have a chat about the fees... even before you decide to stay or not... again depending on the level of service you are looking for you are looking between 60$ and 120$... on top of the door fee... I am a long time member of CMJ and have sampled many of the different woman CMJ has had to offer over the years. I have my favorites that I generally stick to but had never met Chasity before and thought I would try her out. I think what people have to keep in mind is there is an important difference between expressing your tradition vs. forcing others to do so as well. So no, I don't believe anyone should be offended if someone chooses to say Merry Christmas. I know I certainly wouldn't be offended if someone said "happy Hanukkah" or wished me a good "Kwanzaa". Why would I? The intent is to offer me good wishes. But though I strongly feel no one should be told they can't express a given holiday wish in whatever terms works for them, I don't think others should be told they have to use the same. I'm very much in favour of separation of church and state, so I actually agree that public schools should have "holiday concerts" and leave out religious carols. The public sector should be inclusive. I don't think it is fair to pressure kids of other faiths (or atheist) into singing along with a particular religion's hymns. So yeah, everyone say whatever is true for them live and let live. Pretty simple, but I'd say this chart just about sums it up:

Just for kicks I googled mapped how long of a walk it would be and google says 28 minutes , in this weather a bus or cab would be the best way to get there . Bus route number 8 would take you across the street from our Acqua location right on Booth. We are open daily 9 a.m - 10 p.m.

I feel there should be respect for all holiday traditions, where people are free to express them without fear that they may offend someone. I agree with Katherine - political correctness has gotten way too out of hand. What's the deal with Christmas trees being termed 'holiday trees' anyway? It's akin to calling the Menorah a holiday candlestick...absolutely ridiculous! It's a Menorah, steeped in tradition, the same way a Christmas tree is. Let's get over ourselves and remember it's not what's said, but the intention behind it. Just something to think about during this season of cheer and goodwill to all...

The only reason why I currently show my face is because I am consider an "alternative" SP. I have numerous tattoos and neon bright pink hair.... Which is why I started to show my face 2 1/2 years ago, after people recognize because of my hair. It's a bit committing a social suicide in this case...but again I advertise as your suicide girl next door. To be honest I do not think it will really impact your business if you are someone that is "legitimate" (have pics, a website and do not rip people off). I have been showing less and less of my face in this past year and I still do well. While some people do want to know who they will be meeting, the majority of people you want to meet will be more attracted to your personality that you project, how you handle yourself and will except a nice surprise.

It makes no difference for me if a lady's face is shown or not. I've had encounters with ladies who keep their faces covered and with ladies who show their face. What matters to me most of all is if the lady and I will have a connection...chemistry is the most important factor in seeking a companion. I think most everyone involved in this lifestyle be it lady or gentlemen understands the need for discretion, and we all share what we are comfortable sharing. And a photo, once on the internet, is there forever. So you have to ask yourself how much of yourself you are comfortable showing on the internet, knowing it may be there forever. The only thing that does matter insofar as a photograph goes is that the photo is a real picture of the lady, and so far every lady I've seen has had her pictures on her website/profile. Firstly, Mistert and Loneskater a fabulous job organizing the social, great venue,well ran, great food and baked goods. Without good people at the helm, events like this don't normally get off the ground. I can assure you 2 that this Social event I attended was organized very well,and everyone acted very positive manner throughout the entire evening, so BRAVO to ALL. To ALL the people contributing to door prizes and donating to Toy Mountain, a huge round of applause to ALL of you!!! It was my first Social attending, and it was a pleasure to be part of, having said that, I'm no longer a Social "virgin " ;), and I look forward to attending again. :) To the gents I met last night, it was great putting names to faces. From the lady's point of view I think it is very likely that she would refuse the appointment because you are trying to book with her knowing fully who she is. She may perceive trying to book with her as a round about way of trying to be intimate with her where the intimacy may not have happened naturally when you knew her before thus adding a level of discomfort on her part before the appointment even begins. As the others have said I would just choose another lovely lady to spend time with as you may find it difficult to overcome the perceptions listed above. This is just my opinion of things to be aware of.

I celebrate Christmas with my family because it is a tradition I grew up with. It makes my Mother happy. No effort or obligation there. She's an important part of my life. But I observe Festivus and I also celebrate Hogmanay. I don't observe Halloween, but I do participate in Samhain (no Im not Pagan). I choose to celebrate other traditions because of the commercialism of the big ones. (I find it rather sickening) The Christmas I see today is a rushed, debt laden, spat of a few days of harried activity that isnt really much fun. What happened to and afternoon of baking of cookies with children? Parties that are relaxed and not forced entertainment with an exhausted host(ess)? Taking the time to do something to pay it forward? So I say Merry Christmas and if I'm not sure I say nothing.

I'm very new to this whole thing going to SC's.. I'd go a couple of times a year for a beer or two and then head home. Never saw a girl twice and generally never for more than two dances. Last week I got talking with a friend who is a bit more experienced I'd say an avid hobbyist and he got into the how clubs work and we talked about various clubs I'd only been to the Fax and the Nuden and generally perferred the Fax. It is even very hard to buy a greeting card they all say Happy Holidays. I just ad my own written Merry Christmas at the end . On a positive note I attended my nephews concert this week in Halifax. In previous years there was not even a tree permitted and not one traditional Christmas Carol . This year the last song was , We Wish You A Merry Christmas . That was very nice !

This is a topic I truly still feel as a foreigner fresh of the boat. First of all, the biggest question I have - who are these elusive people on the Happy Holiday brigade? I've constantly seen the war on Christmas stories, especially on Fox, but who is the enemy? 2. I get there are some companies that are switching for some unknown reason, but who cares about what a store says anyway? As far as I've understood, retail have done an amazing job inserting themselves into the psyche of Christmas, so much so that it's now seen as blasphemy that they would say anything other then Merry Christmas. As someone who has celebrated one Christmas only, for me it was about being with friends, having a nice meal, and catching up. 3. I know a lot of people who don't celebrate Christmas. From new immigrants to those here for a few generations, and not one of them have ever shown their disdain of anything Christmas, and they are definitely not offended when someone wishes them Merry Christmas. 4. What really makes me uncomfortable is that every year, inevitably someone brings up this conversation with me around (like physically around). And it always ends up in a kinda/sorta accusation that people like me are ruining Christmas. I had a professor once who told the entire class that the only note of any kind (card, email, etc) with the words Merry Christmas came from the 9-10 year old Bangladeshi Muslim community newspaper delivery boy. I once got a gift basket at work from the HR manager and he wished me Happy Holidays...I responded with a Merry Christmas and he was surprised that such words would come out from my mouth. I have tons of examples of this sort, where people who do celebrate it don't say it to each other, but hear it from people who don't. I have to admit that I get asked this question more and more these days. I was a dancer on and off for 3 years.. I still am but I'm more off than on. I am the type of girl that needs to chat before CR. I'd like to say something here that makes you feel appreciated but in reality it is because I can tell if the guy is going to be a problem by talking to him. I'll take the time to get to know someone so that I feel safe back there. I do however understand that girls need to make their money and my way of doing it often doesnt work out.
