I could probably contribute to this thread daily for a while because I have been so very fortunate to have met some incredible people in my sojourn on this site, but today I shall put forward two Goddesses of the Day. It's probably safe to say that there are a number of variables that come into play when deciding to visit any lady. Really, I would visit any lady with more than a couple positive reviews on this site, regardless of location whether it was my first time seeing her or not. As others have said in this thread already, when considering seeing someone for the first time who does not have any reviews to go by, neighbourhood is definitely a factor, and there are areas on both sides of the harbour that I would not venture into for a first meeting. Accessibility, parking, and my comfort level to enter and exit 'unnoticed' are big factors. Sometimes a hotel location for a first visit makes me feel more at ease for a first visit with someone with no reviews on this site. Usually easier to park and blend in to the crowd when coming and going. The first point is the important one. When considering a visit to any of the fabulous, well-reviewed ladies on here like Lexy, Danielle and others, location isn't really a factor.

Short answer: all of the above. It's your choice what to do in the situation but most would say be polite, say no thanks and leave and don't put yourself in a potentially dangerous situation. Some guys like the look of the girl and stay, and then will post it as a B&S later. Some have stayed and had a great time while others didn't and there have been cases of a third person showing up, robbing and threatening. It is always recommended you do your homework on any provider you wish to see especially new or transient. If you do take a chance, listen to your gut when it says "leave". This is an easy industry to take advantage in which is why sites like this are great for being able to discuss and posts warnings. Have fun and be careful.

I have to agree that some clients may be wary of a neighbor on the step but in all honesty the client could be there for many reasons like selling insurance, a private lawyer session or anything. Paranoia is the enemy in this lifestyle, when you arrive walk and enter as you belong there and carry a letter size envelope (Dollarama) if you are a bit nervous or paranoid of neighbors. When I enter a hotel or residence I walk and dress as I am a guest and meant to be there, I even carry a laptop bag sometimes. The worse thing you can do is creep around and act out of place. Whom ever you the client is visiting be happy , excited and own that you have the right to be there and own it. I have spoken with many ladies who get discriminated against because of their location and some are very so called upscale locations due to the neighboring streets and that is wrong and not fair. You go and read the warning sections and see that no research on the reported lady was done. Research is key regardless of the location as long as the lady is established, has recommendations and is reputable what is the big deal. Ladies take pride in maintaining their reputation and keep a very clean, warm and inviting place for you to visit as a number of client can't or won't book a hotel so the ladies who provide a location the clients should be happy, appreciative and enjoy that perk offered to them. I feel your frustration Danielle and that is one of the reasons I stopped hosting, I didn't feel appreciated but the clients who truly wanted to book made it happen, you can pay cash after you book with your credit card and there is no paper trail and some places accept cash with no need to provide a credit card and I'm still here with doing no hosting for a long time but I missed hosting. It is very upsetting to me as well, like I said crime and bad people are everywhere no matter what community or street you are on. I am not from Halifax but over the years have visited there fairly often. When it comes to meeting a lady in this lifestyle when I am traveling then I do tend to be somewhat concerned about the location of her incall. Generally I prefer downtown locations or well established areas especially when I was seeing someone for the first time. When I have previously met the lady or she is well established then I am generally pretty comfortable with relying on her to ensure that the location is appropriate. I would definitely agree that it is often the gentleman's loss when he is too restrictive in where he will go to meet a lady but you know that's his prerogative. On a few visits I have gone off the beaten track in Halifax to meet a lady and am very very happy that I did. Just my Opinion

For me, the 'status' of the neighbourhood isn't that important and there aren't that many truly rough areas in HRM. What is important is a location that is discrete to arrive and depart from. It may be misplaced, but there is a bit of anxiety related to going to a location you don't have a 'reason' to be at or if it feels like neighbours might know too much about the comings and goings. It may be tough to quantify the specifics, but the overall parking, arrival, and building access and departure experience is important to having a more relaxed and enjoyable visit.

Not entirely sure how to best answer the poll questions so I will just answer here. For a new unknown lady, there are definitely areas of the city (both sides of the harbor) that I will avoid. I know that there are good people in bad places and bad people in good places, but I have to go with the math on that one. It is different however with a lady who I know either through this site or by reputation or by recommendation from a trusted member. I will make exceptions in many cases if I have some reassurance and comfort in the decision. Hey now, let's not tar all the clubs with the same brush based on one short visit to one club. I'm even willing to bet that if you went at a different day/time, you may have had a great time at Tease. Since others' replies have pretty well covered the clubs that have less pushy dancers and don't play rap, perhaps you could share what about Tease was so "ghetto" that it made you feel unsafe?
