My Goddess for today is someone I've had the pleasure of meeting recently, although I'd wanted to for quite a while... Emily Rushton. Yes, she looks good enough to eat. But the real reason she's a CERB Goddess is because of the good sense she brings us; her posts are always well thought out and well worth reading. Now, if only she spent as much time posting as she does in airports... :)

I suspect some threads have been written on this in past. I have been fortunate to meet some great ladies on CERB and written a few recommendations of past encounters. I generally am quite loyal/regular with those I've connected with. But those ladies always exist who just seem out of reach or circumstances don't bring you together. Nonetheless the desire seems to rise over time and the anticipation to meet them only increases. Recent activities have raised an anticipation of meeting a lady I've wanted to see for a long time. This has made me admire Emily over many months and slowly get to know a little more. I really like when I gain a growing respect and admiration for a woman. It only makes me want to know them more. Emily is that woman. At the same time she is one beautiful woman I think I would spot thru crowds of thousands. Yet we haven't met. Both Emily and I travel extensively and we've come to know each other and share travel schedules in the hope that things align. We came close a month or so ago in Saskatoon but business activities didn't cooperate. And last week we passed within an hour of each other at the Ottawa airport. I know that isn't the full encounter I'm waiting for but the chance to meet even if for a quick coffee...had my heart racing. Miss Emily you are an amazing woman I would be honoured to meet. I respectfully dissent from the majority position. However despicable the alleged actions are, we are talking about minors. And they are not bordeline adults aged 17, but 15 year old. Minors are not considered adults in Canadian society, for good reasons. For example, they cannot vote because they are generally considered not to have attained the required intellectual maturity. If their alleged actions are proven in a court of law, they deserve to be punished. But they also deserve an opportunity to rehabilitate, and juvenile courts and detention centres will provide a better opportunity to do that. The victims and society would likely not be well served by their being judged and sentenced as adults. For one thing, it would have no deterrence impact on other immature kids tempted to act in a similar fashion as, again, they would likely not have the cognitive capacity to integrate such facts in their choice of action. I have been fortunate to meet Emily twice, and last March (2012) came down with major viral infection and had to cancel our third encounter. :-( But very shortly (a few weeks) get to reconnect with Emily :-) Another lady who is a wonderful companion is Lonna Lux. I have seen her five times (one of those a sleepover) A sweetheart, and time with her now is more like friends with benefits than SP/Client There are a couple ladies in Orleans that I've had the pleasure to meet Meg for Fun. During our encounter, since we are the same age, we were able to share some common experiences, having grown up in the same era. And we have become friends, she and I are going fishing this summer, and this fall reconnect. Anticipation I would be remiss if I didn't mention my beautiful wife Gabriella Laurence. We have a bantering, both on the board, as many have witnessed, and off board, which is between my wife and me. This December Gabriella and I will finally meet :-) and consummate our marriage. I am also looking forward to my upcoming encounter with Kylie Daniels. Any lady who's idea of a gift is a gift card to Bass Pro Shops is a lady this fisherman wants to meet...not to mention she is beautiful Victoria Jolie. A lady of international renown, beautiful, sexy, and I'm told by another lady who I highly respect that I would like her. As a travelling gentleman both her schedule and mine need to coincide so we can meet Cat A lady known for her insights and intelligent contributions to CERB. I am going to take this opportunity to wish everyone who is attending I great time and congratulate all those who organized this event. If memory serves this event was first discussed last summer and now it is finally going to happen. Sadly I will not be able to attend due to a combination of geography and marriage (mostly marriage) but I really, really, really wish I could be in attendance! Best of luck everyone and enjoy yourselves. Oh, one last thing Cathy (still Cathy to me) has one hell of a wardrobe so it should be an interesting night. Oh definitely, Diane was well known to be quite jealous about her clients, wouldn't let any other girls see them, and if they did, they'd soon be fired by the owner, with whom Diane had a rapport. Yeah, I remember there being one across from there at various times. Apparently there's a legit place there now too. The old place featured Rose who eventually went on to own Body Senses near Billings Bridge. Studio C, I believe, was actually in the Scott Street area near Tunney's Pasture. Jaynie's Relaxation was also around that area but at a completely different time frame. Barrymore's was a strip club? I remember there being a strip club next to Barrymore's, Fanny's. But I didn't think they were related.

Boy does this bring back memories. The Carol at Amend and the Carole at Studio 2000 are two different ladies. Amend Carole now owns/manages Essence Massage in Bell's Corners that is totaly legit. Maybe she might do extra for old clients but I haven't tried. Studio 2000 Carole is out of the business and yes she offered FS. I first met her at Eastview Massage in Vanier that's how far back I go. Diane at Tempes eventually moved to Natural Point on Somerset and then their two other locations on Fairmont and Wellington. One of the coldest bitches ever to work as an MA. I am picking this up from where Taloon felt that he had to leave off and I hope that this will work out for all. On June 22nd in downtown Halifax there will be a meet and greet or informal social. It will be held in a public location where we will be able to grab a bite to eat or have a drink. For this first ever gathering lets keep it simple and straightforward. I do hope that there will be a roughly equal mix of both men and women. I do not want to put any restrictions on this other than the obvious. Anticipation is a wonderful thing! For you Cub to be anticipating meeting with Emily R is an anticipation that is well founded indeed. For me and the way that I make arrangements to meet women, anticipation is a big thing as I tend to make arrangements well in advance, as in months in advance. This gives opportunity for maintaining a degree of contact and gaining an appreciation of each other so that when we do eventually meet it is often as if we are merely reacquainting ourselves rather than meeting for the first time. I'm not willing to say these youth had no agency and didn't know what they were doing (i.e. the 'but they're just children!' argument), but I also don't think they should receive the full force of adult sentencing and detention. I would hope, like Tonie, that there was room for rehabilitation and youth criminal justice...

I have never had an issue with getting all I need in hotels and even more. I do my own cleaning and just ask the staff for towels, soap, mouthwash etc. I know all the staff in most hotels, they think I travel with my husband on buisness and I am just a silly lady of leisure. I don't think there has been a case involving threats like this one, but definitely there have been charges against a 14 year old a year or so ago out in Chilliwack, BC. She was doing ads for herself, then started also booking appts for her equally young friend. Charged her with living off the avails I think. I'm not going to weigh in on the CBJ/BBBJ debate except to say that this is really comes down to the level of risk that each and every one of us is prepared to take. Some are more conservative and will stick with playing it safe; others will accept greater risk in return for greater rewards (however you choose to define that). The same applies to many areas of life, be it investing your money or making career decisions or indulging in high-adrenaline sports or... many other things.
