I have been wanting to participate on this discussion but time has not been on my side as well as I wanted to read some of the other members opinions I am one of the people that shouts the most.. if not the Most and YES 90% of the time is to advertise... Unlike some of you think or state is not out of desperation.., as I keep myself busy..., is not secret to anyone... is simply the fastest way to let my clients know where I am.. I move around from locations even in the same day... not everyone can access the entire site so is just a lot easier for them to find out where to find me... I've often found that statement confusing too. Especially when someone is asking about an appointment then asks if I'm a clock watcher. ?? My rates are based on time and I can break them down into 15 minute chunks. So just book for the amount of time you want. We'll spend it all. That would be an interesting game, and far too late now to make that happen. If they do vote out Spencer, there is a really good chance he will win the back-in-the-game comp because he shows he is actually pretty good at the challenges. He might be pissed, but only at Elissa and GM, and Helen as well, and if he gets HOH, or even just voting, is likely to vote

A tip is a great way to reward great service... and ensure that future service will be great as well! One of my biggest pet peeves in life is a person that treats "service providers" whether in food service, transportation, delivery or what we have here, as persons beneath them. It makes my skin crawl when Joe Average treats a waitress like dirt, or Jane Average gives a quarter on a taxi tip.... ARRRGHHH. I know that tips generally linger - and when you see a bartender that you have treated well or a waitress that has been well tipped, the likelihood is that they will deal with you faster, more efficiently and the gratuities might even flow both ways. I can't begin to tell you how many freebies I have had over the years at restaurants and bars because I have treated wait staff well! It makes you feel better, it makes them feel better and in the end, that's what life is all about!

I actually ordered pizza tonight. My orders are always under $20 but I always give a min $4 tip. My pizza always arrives quickly and hot! Ay bar or restaurant that I frequent have servers and bartenders that remember me because I am friendly, courteous and a great tipper! It's worth it to see their appreciation and to receive prime service. One must remember that people who have chosen these jobs depend on tips to make a living! If service is good....break out the wallet!!!
