This guy was one of those guys who seemed indestructible. He was out shovelling snow and dropped dead. The doctor at emergency said he was probably dead before he hit the ground...so maybe not a bad way to go. He looked like he was in great shape but he ate crap and loved his beer. He didn't smoke, but he almost never exercised. Every day at work he had a greasy breakfast, donuts, muffins, gallons of coffee. He didn't listen to anything his doctor said about his diet. In fact, he constantly badgered people he considered "fat". So there are two lessons here: 1: You aren't fit just because you look thin. What the inside of your heart looks like is more important. Get a treadmill stress test! Everyone should have one in their forties. Your doctor can prescribe one and it only takes a couple of hours. 2: Don't eat garbage. 3: Don't leave a mess behind. My buddy's wife is now dealing with insurance and estate matters. He also told her he had a will but his lawyer says he had discussed it but never actually made one up. It is weird that so many guys worry about "safe sex" when they are so careless about other health matters.

I've always loved the beauty of a smile. Whether its Christmas morning and people are open presents and the smile is from ear to ear, or perhaps its a baby smile or even a total stranger smiling. I've been told I have a very nice smile, as much as I enjoy the compliment I never really believed it, until the other day I had an epiphany. I was lying beside a beautiful lady and she was smiling. I was in complete awww at her smile, it was so beautiful and peaceful. I was put into a state of ease and warmth. I never felt so relaxed from such a simple thing. Then it hit me, I've never seen an "ugly" smile so those compliments must be sincere and even if they weren't who cares a smile to me will always remain beautiful. I can't be the only one who love a smile so remember to smile once in a while its free. You got nothing to lose. I know I sure will.

Just to chime in once more, many of the recent birthday threads have had hundreds of hits and dozens of posts. This shows a real outpouring of affection and appreciation for our members. I can't understand objections to this. As I've said before, if you're not interested in a thread, just avoid it. I'm selective about what I read on here, but I do like to see members recognized for their contributions. And Tracie, you've played a big and positive part in this. Thank you. It's much appreciated.

This guy should get a recommendation. Wouldn't that be funny? He has saved a lot of us many times. One small example is the Arabic massage girl who looks hot on BP and says a Must see. I was going to go until her pic showed up on his site. The guy is great...and good for all the terrific genuine MPs and SPs all of us love in Ottawa.

I know there have been pros and cons on both sides of this issue. Some think it clutters up the threads and is another obligation. Some believe it's nice to recognize the contributions of those who are trying to make this a great place on the web for those involved in the industry. With a recent post, it had me thinking about the value of continuing to do this. Do you think it's a positive thing you would like to see continue or is it a waste of energy and not needed?

And the recognition threads add to the positive atmosphere of CERB It makes us less a collection of anonymous board handles and more a community of like minded people, if that makes sense We recognize one another through the various recognition threads, giving thanks, rep points/comments and nominations. It's what makes CERB just a cut above the other boards IMHO The recognition threads, just reinforce CERB's positivity. We have had in the past some heated discussions over some topics, but recognition threads are positive, and don't we all need some positivity now and then? I've never understood the "thread clutter" argument. I mean, I don't personally get anything out of abc game-type threads, but it takes me half a second to skip over them to the ones I'm more interested in, so what's the harm, especially if there's others who get a good time out of them? I'd think the same would apply to recognition threads. If for some people it builds a sense of a community and makes someone feel better for even a short time, then isn't it worth it? My own vote is to continue as things are, but I suppose if a compromise was needed someone could always make a single recognition thread for all of them. All milestones for all members could be recognized in the one thread, easily followed by those that wish to and likewise easily ignored by any put off by them. As I say, I truly don't see the harm in them as they are, but that's the only alternative approach I can imagine.

I like smiling at strangers I pass on the street. I always tickles me when I smie at someone who seems to be a study in black only to have their face brighten with a return smile. The majority of people I smile at return the smile without thinking, like a reflex. I like to imagine how much more pleasant it would be if we only smiled a little more often.

My vote is continue, why boobhoo a positive thing? Anyway most if not all of what you do Tracie is a bonus for this board so I say take the reigns and do as you do:)

Actually a la carte pricing wasn't frowned upon when it was an industry standard and I feel all inclusive pricing was implemented to keep clients happy. Be full of care in what you wish for. When it was practiced, it made the cost of an appointment far more expensive than the hourly structure we see today... cat

In case you hadn't heard, we lost an incredible talent in Phillip Seymour Hoffman today, who was found dead this morning in his New York apartment as a result of an apparent overdose. There aren't words to do his body of work justice, so I thought I'd invite movie fans (because if you were a movie fan, you were a Hoffman fan) to share some of your favourite roles or scenes. Here's one of many that I have. It's the thumbs up at the end I love most.

I read something many moons ago that has stuck with me. It was that a true genuine smile will not just impact the mouth but the eyes. When the eyes are smiling as well as the mouth, you have touched someone. When the smile does not reach the eyes, the smile is a response and is painted on. I tend to look at the eyes and the whole face now. If a smile doesn't quite touch the eyes, if I'm in a position to, I'll make sure they're ok. I often smile "just because"...the air smells wonderful, you see a cute scene, see something beautiful or inspiring. I think even the smiles you give yourself are gifts and sometimes those gifts touch others. Just because you smile to yourself doesn't mean someone else didn't see it and in turn smile. Lovely thing about smiles, they are contagious and create wonderful energy. Pass a smile on today even if only to yourself.

Just taste-tested a tweaked recipe i made yesterday thats good at any time of day - and better reheated. Was perfect - and with double smoked bacon, which made it awesome to begin with! Nom nom nom! Now off to make cookies...

Yup, they are actually just across the street from each other. Both locations started out as competing spas and then they were both independently brought under the ALO family at different times. Consider it no different from the countless Tim Hortons out there, many of which are just across the street from each other too. ;)

My 3 year old son made it all the way down the ski hill on his snowboard without falling once. I was so scared and so proud all at once. He was so proud when all these teenage kids came over by the lift to give him high 5's. He was so small among everyone else. On the way back up on the lift he said, " Dad...a boy said I ripped it up on the hill......did I tear my snowsuit? God I love him so much!

I find this thread very interesting going forward with possible changes to prositution laws coming up. Screening will be huge, as I find more and more ladies are using a preferred method,their own site, or other sites that assist ladies for clients to be screened for their sole protection. Regardless of what method the lady uses currently, I can see more requirement for stricter screening than it is now, that is just my opinion. I have absolutely no issue with giving proper screening methods from a provider, as it only makes the transition between both go so much smoother. I use currently P411 for here in Canada and also used for the USA, I have a good number of "okays" on P411 and it works so well well when booking with a VIP courtesan may it be here in our country or in that fact another country. If things change going forward, and guys don't want to give that information to a provider, guys could be SOL. Just my take on it.

With the papers i have advertised in, i usually have the least trouble with guys calling from the paper ads. They respect the hours posted in the ad, they don't ask for celphone pics, more pics, graphic pics, in fact they don't get any pics in the ads, and still manage to muddle their way thru the booking process and show up to have a good time. Online ad clients seem to have the devil of a time figuring stuff out lol. The most common # blocker comes from the online ads, and also the callers using magic jack phones (ID shows at area code 239, for example) And they get pissy when you tell them to call from a real number, oh, they say I can't do that, i don't have a cel phone i can use, i can't use the hotel phone, or other nonsense. MJ callers have to prove to me that they are actually in Canada, BC, Vancouver area first and foremost, because 99% of the time they aren't. I had someone call from the paper ad, I don't ask for but get his name showing up on his home ph, the # shows up, then again cel ph#, and name, and while here a complete rundown on his family history, i think he told me the names of his parents and sibling by the time he went home. Then you get the other guys who claim they can't phone, or if they are texting, they can't call, or they ignore your reply telling them they have to phone to talk to you, like its a big secret. The other big secret for some guys is telling you where they found the ad. Like I really can see them looking thru the computer, the camera automatically goes on and reveals them to me, uhuh.

I will echo what Phaedrus said. In my experience, great chemistry is something that is felt by both, such that it doesn't need to be expressed in words. It's not an issue of special treatment- having a good connection is its own reward.

I have just read the tragic story and I am saddened by the loss of such talented actor. He was a prolific actor and I enjoy watching him in most of his movies. The last role I saw him in was in The Hunger Game. RIP.

I don't know what your problem would be with a spa, especially ones like ALO, Angels/Para or CMJ. If you're looking for an outcall massage check out CMJ, they provide that service, I think it's called Touch of Euphoria.

I had checked out the club once in July and was slightly disappointed by the amount of recognizable ladies present and crowd. After having other reasons for being in the area and meeting some of the staff, I decided to give it a second chance. Boy this this the right decision. I went in last week in hopes of seeing my favorite young lady because I had seen her announcements that she was now dancing there (Luxe Mulvari). She was not there but I took the opportunity to chat up the owner and staff and see what plans they had. they are friendly and very focused on customer service. What,s most impressive is how they focus there attention on protecting the girls. After all, as I had mentioned, the girls are what draw us and keep us coming back. Make them happy and you'll draw customers. I spoke with 3 of the girls and they all love it there. I had a dance from a cute young blond girl (Skylar) who was bilingual which was very nice. The champagne rooms are nice, but open, staff keeps an eye on the ladies but also allows them privacy. The experience was so good that I returned last night. All I can say ...wow! It's nice to be honest not to be nabbed for a cover charge up front but it makes you want to spend more on a drink or a dance which is likely the goal. I got a drink and sat on one of the comfortable couches for a bit. There was lots of quality scenery on this night. There were two very nice looking light brown skinned dancers with amazing very large natural breasts..sadly the crown was a bit younger so the girls were pretty much all available for dances and had i brought them all for dances like i wanted i would have gone broke. I took some time to soak in the scenery when ...to my surprise and delight, my favorite young lady, Ms. Luxe Mulvari, was already on stage and dancing up quite a storm. I was happy to see that she recognized me when she said hello right from the stage. I chatted her up once she was done dancing, eventually ending up taking her for a few dances. I was worried that I had monopolized enough of her time so I mentioned that I would finish my drink and that others probably wanted her time as she was quite a site that night. I was quickly approached by another pretty young lady (Molly)and quietly walked over and placed her rather large breasts directly in my face and exclaimed: "how about a few minutes with these to entertain you!" I gladly accepted her invitation for a dance. She was quite entertaining and I enjoyed quite conversation and time with her. After I had finished my drink, the club was about to close for the night so I grabbed my coat, thanked the staff and owner for their hospitality. I will return for the ladies, the drinks and the atmosphere..and you guys should indulge as well because this club is a good up and comer!

But would you see them if the full amount was discussed for these things being included, and you found the rate agreeable? Personally I think that the sp should provide a few options. I don't understand the mentality of having the same half hour and hour rate when you know the client isn't FS, let alone GFE FS. Massage and hj, or bj, just should be different. The risk level, wear and tear on the body, all lower, compensation to me should be lower. I disagree with the cheapie blow and go rates tho, I still think that balance can be had with less service lower rate. No one needs to be charging 50 bucks just because some out there think a bj has less value than FS or massage. if someone does bbbj in a quickie, that has the highest level of risk ever, and should cost more than a half hour FS any day of the week. Sometimes people think ala carte starts at a standard FS rate, and then the extras take it up to another stratosphere. Different parts of the country have different methods. I think people rave about Victoria rates being so much lower than Vancouver rates, but Vic rates tend to be FS only, and some of the addons, if it is bbbj for example, can be as high as an extra 100. One added COB was either 50 or 100, the end result the sp was charging 400/hr. Not so cheap when you actually want to do something. Edmonton massage parlours tended to have a 250ish FS only rate, from the days when guys didn't expect or want GFE, and/or the sps who cater to them for their own personal preferences. Those who are willing to do more, add on 50 to get the GFE. But definitely there was/is a big push to get an inclusive rate, and the other big push, naturally, is to make sure that all the sps understood that was expected to include GFE in the rate. For someone who doesn't provide GFE services to everyone, I see no reason why they can't offer it on a f2f by request, and for extra, to a repeating client that they feel passes their inspection. They wouldn't advertise it, and it would be ymmv, but anyone going to see her isn't going to be expecting or demanding it anyway. Greek should always be extra. It annoys the hell out of me when there are those few who add it into an already low inclusive rate. It is another thing that puts pressure on other sps to not only include it but to not charge an extra fee for it. Charging an extra fee helps limit the number of requests, which helps keep her body healthy, imo. I think bbbj providers should also have higher rates than FS only, for the same reason. Their personal health and safety is at higher risk, they should be compensated for it.

It depends and for me its a ymmv situation. Sometimes clients prematurely ejaculate before we get started. If thats the case than they can. The paid for the ride lol.Not for hh sessions or even hr sessions is still ymmv. Say it takes them 40min to climax with remainder time they expect me to service them when flaccid.(happened twice) I also find the men who ask for msog are more pushy and aggressive. That could be my experiences though. Some one paid extra for msog and he couldn't get up the second time and was upset but left. Not the best situation to be in. Thats my opinion on it. What is concerning me is the amount of clients asking for bareback and was verbally assaulted for not doing bareback sex.

There's a few I could recommend publically, such as Luscious Lilly or Loraine Laney. And then I'd recommend anybody else, that you have gotten along well enough with, to be lucky enough to get onto their own trusted GFE whitelist. ;)
