Your attitude is what determines your altitude. My fav quote and I guarantee most young dancers wouldn't even know what that means. And how to respect it. I love girls that have an intellectual side to them , I love having conversations and knowing that they are quite engaged in today's society other then drinking and partying 24 7. I'm just saying I'm not bi or lesbian but when I see a girl I think Is pretty I like knowing that she's not just a pretty girl but someone that's intriguing not only to the eye but mentally to the brain . Anyone else agree ?! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Haha! My first apartment was across the street from Fanny's at Bank/McClaren but for $500 a month working two jobs and going to school.. It was somewhat of a dive apartment but you couldn't go wrong esp being downtown. I knew a few dancers who worked at Fanny's from college and would go say hi to them once in a while. Same with the Silver Dollar, had a good friend who worked there. I would meet them after work on weekends and we would go out for an early breakfast. I often think about them.

I myself like a well mannered educated dancer and one that can hold a conversation as well as dance and makes me feel better about myself. If every 2nd word is a swear word your not for me. I find currently at the two clubs I go to both have all kind of sizes and shapes. I have had two dancers come up to me and talk to me at the bus stop. It was small talk like how are you doing, how's your day going. Dancers have bad and good day's like everyone else and sometimes they just need a hug. Dancers are human and have feelings like everyone else. Oh. by the way being educated does not mean schooling!!!!

And yet I have encountered dancers that like to talk with me--as well as those who definately do not. I have spent hours in conversation with one well reviewed dancer on this forum. The reason is we have a particular interest in common. That is one trick, find a subject that the dancer is interested in. Yes , I have bought dances from her and drinks for her, several times. Some dancers have or are taking college or university courses. I have too and that can be lead to interesting discussions on what we have learned. Most convos I have had with dancers take place during slow times at the club. Early on I mention two things, 1) if I should ask a personal question that you do not wish to answer-say so . No offence taken and we will just move on to something else.If you ask me something I do not want to answer, the same rule will apply. 2) Even though the club is slow now, if you spot someone who has come in and you want to approach to make money, break off our conversation and go check him out. We can resume another time if we both want to. Another tip for guys--do not offer advice to the dancer unless/until she asks for it. Men see themselves as problem solvers and tend to jump in with unasked for advice. Women don't like that. Women will seek advice only from someone they have grown to like, respect, trust. An example. A well known veteran dancer that I have engaged at clubs for a couple of years (talked to, bought dances from and drinks for) has done well. She has now started to put money into the stock market. She knows I am a long time DIY investor. I have never ever suggested that that I can or want to give her any advice. I am not a pro and not qualified to give pro advice. Yet twice in the past month she has approached me, told me what she has done so far, and asked me to explain a couple of things to her. I did not ask for this confidence. Chat up dancers? Men should read. Books such as "Men are from Mars, and Women are from Venus" or "He Says , She Says" . They are eye openers and explain how men and women use language differently and how that leads to endless misunderstandings; some of which are avoidable if you know the rules. Try to be a gentleman and never a drunken lout.

I spent a lot of time with Trina, Eva, and Jewels. Not a second wasted. We all decided that coconut rum with pineapple juice is delicious. Then, I met Honey. She's slight, and pale, and hung off me like jewellery. Upstairs, she danced and froliced and teased me with a delightful show that edged me on toward further depradation. We parted as friends and I can think of no better way to end the week: more than slightly drunk and with a raging erection that will go into the record books. I need a nap.

I remember Fanny's well. When I first moved to Ottawa in 1991 I lived and worked at the Somerset House Hotel/Village Green Restaurant/Lockmaster Tavern... also now long gone :( Back then table dances were only $5.00... The pervert bar/stage was a minimum of $1.00 or $2.00 per song.

Damn! Such a good article! I'm reading it and thinking "yeah, that makes sense, I can do that", and going through all the way to the end, and then I hit and it all went out the window. Might as well advise me to grow a third eye, sigh! Seriously, great article. Makes total sense. Thanks!

Amy ( https://ifyouseekamy24.wixsite.com/home) is well review girl with interesting website, unusual adds, and specific approach to the business declared on her website: "I'm upbeat and positive because it's not a job and I'm not preoccupied with money."I wanted to meet her for a long time and when she let me know she would be hosting in Downtown hotel for several days I could not miss that opportunity. Booking appointment was easy and straight forward - a couples of emails, confirmation on the phone in the morning and then standard "spy movie" two step procedure: text to get hotel name, then text from the lobby for room number. And I have to say in advance that I was not disappointed. Room door opens and first impression... these big deep dark brown eyes looking at me a bit cautiously and inquiringly. Look at roses in my hands, smile, and eyes become warm and shiny. Amy is definitely not a spinner, she is not tall, curvy, feminine beauty with nice long dark hair and really big natural breasts created to play with. What to say about her service? First of all it is not a "service", and she is not a "service provider". I would call her "pleasure provider". Session with her is play, fun, giving pleasure to each other in many different ways, laughing, talking, fucking...and everything again in unpredictable order! Amy is a very good kisser - one of the best I met - and she likes kissing. Playing with her breast definitely gets her excited. She is very responsive to DATY, being vocal at some moments. Her BBBJ is sensual, wet, slow, deep, and irresistible. Amy is really good being om top in CG position changing the style of movements from time to time. She likes different forms of missionary, and is happy to experiment. During the play in different positions, she initially watched and encouraged me by comments on the process but shortly started enjoying herself and just moaned with the closed eyes. We finish second round in some variation of spoon which allows the clit stimulation. And as a final treat, I was offered a shower together which transformed naturally in one more round of BJ - nice end of the session! As a short summary: Amy is amazing positive person and incredible sex partner who likes to share her pleasure and happiness. PS. This girl has objective digital way to evaluate clients: she measures her physical activity during the session. You have to really perform during that hour to get high score. Lol! (not sure if mine was good :-))

This is what I do for my personal discretion, I don't use my civy number for any hobby activities: Go get a unlocked cell phone from any outlet in your city that sells them, i.e. Staples, look on kijiji, lots of places sell them. I had a old cell phone that was unlocked so I use that. Go by a sim card at Petro-canada mobility, it costs $10. They come in std sim and nano-sim formats in the same package. Fill it up with airtime and register it online. If you want to be extra careful, go buy a Visa gift card to pay for the airtime this way it can't be traced to your own credit card. I generally buy $25 worth of airtime and it is good for 120 days. There are other airtime options. I recall seeing other threads about burner phone, I am sure there are other ways to do this. Just search "burner" on the main topics threads. Cheers

This used to be more of a problem but thankfully it seems almost everyone has switch to e-cigarettes or has quit (having previously switched to e-cigarettes) so smoking actual cancer causing cigarettes that smell so bad is becoming obsolete quickly.

The inexperience speaks for itself . Intellectual wise and mostly everything else but the way they act now they would have never survived back in the days when girls didn't tolerate that shit nor did the management. But management doesn't help either by favouring girls either , you need to be fair and to say the least it's not about being fair but having seniority. New girls come in start drama and all the sudden. When a house girl has been there longer says something she gets kicked out over the new girl how in any world does that even make sense that's fine you can favour girls but your now letting them control you and how you treat the other girls especially without realizing what your doing or how your doing it. So yes I believe the younger generations is what ruined our industry and I know a lot of girls before my time and in my time would highly agree. And guaranteed all girls would be making more then more 1000$ each night as we did before but these newer generations managers and owners don't know wtf their doing excuse my language . I noticed this place using the same lamguage as the place on St. Mary "best massage in downtown." Perhaps the owner moved to a new location. The massages there were alright. I always left feeling pretty happy about it.

To sum up: Dancers dance with whomever they want and discourage the others. Unless they don't. Some dancers are less restrictive than others and will dance with anyone. Patrons choose who they want to dance with and should discourage any dancer they don't want to waste the time of. Unless she just wants to chat. Unless you don't want her to. Etcetera. It isn't black and white. You can't say what will work or what is the best method because it is all about the interaction. No 2 people are going to interact the same. People are people, not machines. Emotions are a huge variable as well as each person's goals and ideals. None of this is news. What I've found works the best is to look the other person in the eyes for a full second to make a clear connection and take your time while making a deliberate and measured, polite response. If you really are waiting for someone, say so. If you are just in for a beer, say so. If you think you might get some dances later, say so but don't make any promises. If you want to be left alone, say so politely. Let her know if you're interested, offer her a drink, and let her know if it doesn't look promising. If he says he wants to be left alone but dances with someone else, don't be upset. He changed his mind or was simply MORE interested in someone else. It could be preference, it could be that her kung fu is stronger than yours. It could be her choice of footwear. It doesn't mean he LIED to you. I mean, maybe he did, but is it worth it to you to stay angry and ruin your whole day? Shake it off and try again. I have a preference and will turn down ladies who I find very attractive, but just don't feel like taking upstairs. However, if the third non-preferred girl asks me and the girl I want is really busy with someone else, I might say yes. I might track/flag down one of the others. Who can say? Not everyone is like me. Some restrict themselves to one girl only. I just don't think it's productive to try to make a flowchart out of the possible scenarios. The variables are too many and too unpredictable. However, be polite, respectful, and put on a fucking smile. You have no idea how much love I get with just those few things. That goes for both sides. I actually believe in honesty. Not BRUTAL honesty, but the truth of the moment. I may say, "Sorry, but it just isn't in the cards for us today" instead of, "Jesus, back off the body spray a bit". Oh, and maybe try some deodorant. [emoji13]

I never wear a bra at home, only when I go out and even that depends on what I'm doing and where I'm going. It's been proven that going braless is actually better for your breasts and tissues. I love the feel of them when free and it also allows me to cup and grope them on occasion when the mood strikes which is also great for anyone who happens to be around too *rawr*

Mostly I agree, but I beg to differ on two of your comments: As I said earlier, I simply don't consider it polite to say to a dancer, "Sorry, you're not my type". So, I'm sorry if it ticks you off, but I WILL use a white lie of one form or another. I just don't like saying "Thanks for coming over, but I've got the hots for Gertrude, and you're not my type." Also, men don't think that much with our big head, so we change our minds a lot. I could really mean "come back and see me later", and then two minutes later be seized with a compulsion to go upstairs with Gertrude. Forgive me, I'm human! ;-) I hope I've never done this rudely, but on my part, I know you're there to make money, and I don't want to waste your time. I feel bad if I engage you in casual chit chat for two minutes, and THEN tell you I'm not taking you for dances. So I frequently tell ladies right away when they come up to me that I won't be dancing with them today, in the hope that they'll have better luck at the next table. So on this one, I'm going to say that you ladies are being a little unfair. On the one hand, you're complaining that men are saying "no" too quickly. On the other hand, Megan is unloading on time wasters! Can I take away the impression that us men can't win? I want all you dancers to have a big meeting, and decide on EXACTLY how long a man should chat with you to be polite, but then let you know that he won't be taking you for any dances. Let us know, and we'll bring stopwatches! ;-) And last, on the topic of a "three dance minimum" to go to a club. I think this would be extremely unfair. There are times when I just want to have a couple of beers, and relax, and enjoy the sight of you beautiful women. On a couple of occasions a lady has even sat and chatted with me, although I've told her I won't be dancing. That immediately moves her to the top of my list for the next time I'm there for dances. Any club that tries to force me to take ladies for dances before they let me in will definitely have seen the last of me!

There was the Gypsy Rose in Manotick at the four corners or where the Shoppers Drug mart is now. They always had some good ladies there and the mileage was good if the money was good. They had the travelling features there and a pretty good hip of beef lunch.

I've seen her about 1 year ago in Moncton. She was great and easy going, I had a blast with her. Would consider meeting her again but lives in a sketchy part of town and at the time I think her son or someone was there which was weird. Not sure where she's at in SJ! But if in private hotel go for it. She's keep you relaxed and take all your stress away

Before it was the Pink Panther, or Cabaret Le Pink, it was Club Casanova, and it ROCKED!! It was my favourite club for a long time. Always hot girls, and they danced to Rock/Hard Rock and Metal back then. I had LOTS of fun there, hehehe... :D Cheers!

I really liked the Fanny's on Bank. Very comfortable couches and private in the CR. And who can forget the original Barbarella's on Somerset West, just on the hill before it becomes Wellington? It was probably 25 years ago (or so) that it burnt down.
  41. 1 point
It was a different time, for sure. I never spent much time in either, but I was definitely at both of them. I have some more for your list... There used to be a Fanny's on Bank Street, I think it was where the Cue n Cushion is now, just north of Barrymores. I remember a Club 999 (can't remember the actual number) on Somerset Street West, near where there are a couple of Indian grocery stores now. Burned down, I think? There was quite a nice club way out in the west end, March Road maybe? It was more recent than the other two, I think it only closed about five years ago.

She's married and her husband works there as well, giving haircuts. I just moved to Orleans a few months ago, and have been there twice for haircuts. I haven't bothered with a massage, because I didn't want the husband offering and if I had her, I felt that there would not be any extra attention.
