I would assume, a shorter encounter, like a thirty minute encounter isn't going to be lessor quality. But the focus of such an encounter is going to be on sex. Don't expect time spent on conversation or anything of that nature. Expect a thirty minute encounter to be thirty minutes, not thirty five or forty minutes. Counselling a person under the age of 18 to engage in prostitution. Householder permitting sexual activity. Internet luring for the purposes of prostitution (two charges). Sexual exploitation of a young person. Breach of recognizance (three charges). Breach or probation (two charges). If I am correct, I find it interesting that NONE of these charges are related to things from the Bedford decision and are a validation of the fact that the existing criminal code already addresses the kinds of criminal activities that the vast majority of us are in full agreement with. A new prostitution law is not required.

I don't know this person nor the situation but I did want to say there is a chance she didn't know the girl was underage.
