Unfortunately this takes away from the discussion area. Now it is NOT illegal to discuss prostitution or related ACTS but I am not sure how the law will see it if someone is posting that they are a ESCORT (Not offering any PROSTITUTION related extras) and some guy posts saying "Oh, She did such and such with me!" (Guys like to brag when they get something extra that was not advertised....) 2) People may start to try to CIRCUMVENT these words. This will get you SUSPENDED or BANNED as you could put the website in jeopardy. Anyone seeing anyone trying to be creative (offering to do stuff like "squeeze the juice from a hot dog", "Suc the icing off a rooster" or "go in and out of grease for extended vacation" .... you get the point! Please REPORT THIS and DO NOT QUOTE IT! If you reply to it with a quote and do not report it you may also get a warning. 3) Some words are standard words such as O U T C A L L and S E R V I C E and these had to be censored as well as they could be taken the WRONG way and we are being EXTRA VIGILANT at this time to ensure cerb stays within the boundaries of this new law. 4) Use your .... people, don't brag about extra things that may or may not have happened when in private with someone. Just share that you have a nice time, you will see her again and focus on the nice things. More to come but I am asking for help with CENSOR words as well. It is not fear mongering and it is not us (cerb, the owners, the mods) who made these laws!!! Cerb has always been on the good side of the law and we will remain that way. It keeps our members safe, the owners safe, the mods safe and the advertisers safe. I am just warning people of what is to come here on cerb not everywhere else! Have i ever been concerned what others are doing? No! We run cerb different the other sites, We will conform to the new laws to keep this site running and we will ride this out and protect ourselves, and our members. lots of people are voicing opinions that we should keep cerb running the same, refuse to conform, move the business to another country, etc,etc,.. If you feel so strongly about not censoring and breaking the laws then i suggest you either purchase a copy of vbulletin (the software that runs cerb) and start your own discussion site and run all the illegal ads and open uncensored posts you want.. Or hell make the owners of cerb an offer to purchase cerb, maybe they would sell it. I would have to resign however as i do not wish to go to court for breaking this new law. Just for the record...As far as i know cerb it is not for sale but with the new laws i am sure that would consider an offer, i sure would. So, with that said does anyone have the guts (or stupidity) to go against the law? Put your money and your criminal record where your mouth is and lets see what happens. If not then help us stay a float and stop fighting me and fight your government who did this to us! Lets see if your all talk or your willing to take the chance and get charged under the new law. Appreciation has been expressed to Mod (and owners) for all the headaches they must be going through adjusting CERB to be compatible with this new draconian legislation But to the ladies we adore, they too are having to make similar changes to their websites. Good morning my Friends, Enemies, Countrymen I entered this land of Cerb in 2010, longer than some, but not as long as others. Through this time I have made some great Friends, wonderful relationships and fun / sassy encounters that I have fully enjoyed. If you are reading this, I am assuming you have previously read the ones on getting cancer (the fu....oops sorry mod, the bastard) and the ups and down, trials and tribulations (sounds like my sex life!!) over the past couple of years. Well the end is nigh. The objective is to be around for Super Bowl, to know what that is and not think it is a luxury, Japanese toilet. Although the surgery to the shoulder removed a good chunk of cancer cells from the bone and muscle, it ended up travelling to the cortex and continues to grab onto chunks of the brain (what little brain there is!). The chemo treatments, especially the experimental ones helped to delay, sometimes shrink the bastard but it still crept along. Memory has become a huge issue with holes as big as Ottawa's sink holes in the expressway, the gps has become my day to day companion when driving, starting to need one when walking! Thinking of wearing a sign around my neck along with my mittens with strings, that points to my house, or a bar that serves great single malt scotch. You know you are on the way out when the docs are arranging your next treatment when they say, "we will fit you in when convenient", not sure who it is convenient for...... Squirrel!!! sorry I wandered off for a bit Anyway, back to the Ladies of Cerb. Whether a MA or .., as previously stated, I have been lucky enough to enjoy a friendship and a kinship with and I am ever grateful. I love the banter, silliness, the heart to heart discussions some of us have had. The hugs, kisses and spanks (obviously mod, the spanks were for my birthday!) were always a treat. I have started to say good bye to a few of you that have been very special to me. Some in person, some by email or pm. I am sure I will miss some with this .... full of swiss cheese. The censor system lets me tweak some stuff but the problem is the more strict I make it the easier it is to circumvent. I adjusted l i c k and p s e so you can type collapse and upset and click but this means someone can do stuff like GFEPSELICK and circumvent the censor so if you see something like this please report it.

I have no idea where this site is hosted but I agree in principle to your suggestion that access to the data on the site would be more difficult for Law Enforcement if the site was hosted on servers outside of Canada. That said however I would have to add that I consider my "safety" on this site or any site to be totally within my own control if I take care to respect the laws and not communicate about the purchase of sex then I should not be at any risk. Short version: you can't advertize the exchange of any kind of sex for money. Advertizing will therefore have to focus on what a fantastic person you are, rather than the specific things you'll do with people. There are other rules too, but those have been around for a long time, are in the FAQ, and haven't changed.

You know... we will all adapt and by this time next year no one will even notice any .... dots cause we will iron out the laws and everyone will change to accommodate the laws. Unfortunlay the system does not have the ability to censor NEW posts and not OLD ones so right now all the old posts have been automatically censored. I'll like to find out what how you define Connection between two people and the Chemistry between two people? Or are they the same. I've had many great encounters and have in contact with many of the women that I have met. With some I have felt a personal bond and friendship for some reason? I think this is what I defined as Connection? And with other women, there is instant attraction and both physical and emotional. If your link from cerb (Banner or signature or profile or anywhere on cerb) links to a personal website where you offer prostitution extras this would be illegal as well so UPDATE your sites!! if not your site will be banned from cerb. THE LAW PASSED - THIS IS YOUR ONLY CHANCE TO UPDATE!! it is in a 30 day grace period to give everyone time to conform to the new law. We are giving the ladies a few weeks to update websites but if they are NOT UPDATED shortly they will be placed on the BANNED SITES list and censored off the site. Members will be asked to let us know if any sites linking from cerb advertise prostitution extras those sites will actively be removed. Again... I did not make the new laws! People are getting mad at me cause of the censors and the new rules. Deal with it people! Well, it's been building for a while now and only getting worse. I smell a witch hunt and the intensification of an us versus them attitude, where those who model and best emulate the most sanitized image of the 'Escort' and sometimes, the 'Hobbyist', get their precious brownie points while others, particularly the oh, so very bad and 'risky' workers get shit on. It's bad enough we are being censored to death here to survive. And, yes, it is a real challenge to adapt to this new legislative environment, but it brings things to violence when we have the finger pointing and goody two shoes bull that is going around about 'all those SPs' who are peddling their 'extras' and should really 'know better'...should really do more to not be so 'risky'... And, this messaging is being directed regarding workers in general discussions and not just those formally linked with CERB, but it's functioning in really damaging ways that do affect our Members here and this hurts the culture that people have worked so hard to make supportive and caring and progressively minded...what's going on is slut shaming and another term I don't even think I can use on here now. I've even had personal conversations with workers who were worried that other workers would be tricking them into providing a menu or discussing 'activities' over text and whatnot and that this would be used as a way of thinning the ranks and getting them kicked off of boards like this. Paranoid? I think not, especially given all of the nasty talk and the fear and uncertainty that has transpired in recent weeks...about how all of the change would be handled, about the level of censorship and the reach of control these changes would result in in terms of workers needing to alter their business models and online presences. Under the tyranny of fear and censorship, very lovable people are driven to engage in truly ugly behavior. I think it was a wise decision on the part of the board to make a distinction that those going on with advertising their extras in other places aren't automatically kicked off of CERB, so long as they are not linking their presences or posts here to those other spaces. Otherwise, I know we would have a worse rats nest than we already do now. Just because many of us felt compelled to adapt our business models and advertising practices to continue to try and thrive and provide the most comfort and assurance to our clients who are looking for that, does not give any of us the right to look down or direct hatefulness at those who are not towing the line. And, many of of us who have made these changes are carrying extra burdens and worries in greater isolation than before. There is a cost to sanitizing one's image...just as there is to becoming the Dudley and Dolly do rights who will be hurting their eyes and giving themselves calluses from hitting the report post button so much. [Yeah, there is a difference between reporting a post and becoming the post police or some resentful, makeshift Mod. I can read between the lines that this is happening.] And, for those of my colleagues who have acted as though they don't understand why others are so upset that they have to be censored and constrained in such a way because they've been doing it this way all along with no issues at all, you need to know you are in a minority and that the industry overall does not march to the beat of your drum...very invalidating and politically self-ingratiating behaviour. I see we are under constraints here and that people are fearful and frustrated, but let's really be honest with ourselves about the difference between adapting and surviving versus shitting on people and hyper fixating on their business practices....or, better yet, between playing along and drinking the Kool-Aid. Let's do more on the end of keeping this a supportive space. Besides, witches have more fun ;P

Resurrecting an old reco thread because... Malibu is back at CMJ! I saw her a long time ago... and then she vanished, which was a great disappointment, so I was very happy to see her appear on the CMJ website. What happens off CERB, is no concern to the MOD, e.g. explicit conversations, etc. - unless you are linking back to web-sites or ads or blogs that contain explicit advertising, you don't have to worry if you follow the rules for advertising here. I do not know of any witch hunt, and sorry if this sounds mean, but it's threads like this that further fuel the fear mongering currently going on. Since it doesn't affect me personally, I won't buy into it. However I am concerned about newer or inexperienced companions who may not know who to believe or listen to.
