I don't post much but have noticed that Greenteal likes to hijack threads and create conflict once in awhile. I don't think he is from here and will have absolutely nothing to add about the Winnipeg scene. Always argumentative, best to ignore.

Can I just bold and highlight everything you just said?!? It's a two way street. I am willing and able to travel up two hours for an outcall. I am not going anywhere without a deposit, especially with a first time/new client. Do yourself a favour and do the research. If you don't, you will run into the same issue wherever you go to seek companionship.

There are many clients I know who refer to themselves as hobbyists who are not as you describe and vice versa. But thanks for your perspective. Personally I prefer repeat clients but if I only see someone once and the experience is positive, I am cool with that.

You are right. I know Independent ladies who tried to work there and were run out of town. Unless you’re allied with the local so called agencies running the town, you can’t make it and their ads are hit and miss for the real thing. I worked there in 1994 but it was a different scene.

You are just dragging this on and on....all you are doing is complaining about deposits but then asking for ladies to come how does even make sense???? It doesn't to me RED FLAG

Which I understand and I am sorry, but for most ladies, it is a scam as well. Men send money and then cancel it while the lady is on route. So if you see deposits required, either chance it or move on to the next one.

I will jump in on this.. Winnipeg1991 on march 20 2019 you had the exact same request? With 15 responses.... Now a year and a bit later same request you have been a member for a couple of years with almost no post.. You are being jumped on for your post many support the fact that what you requested and kudos to them.. But I have been active only a few years and I can name 5 places which whom you request points too... Do what I did...visit...enjoy...take notes.. You will definitely find what your looking for...but i read your request as if you expect to also do more with your specific request...to you I say get off your butt do some visits and you will be happy I'm sure...cheers Play safe

Well don't know specifics about Fort McMurray but paying in advance using e transfer (and providing password) that's not an indication of a scam...the ladies I see I pay (in full) in advance...the only monetary transaction at date time is tip and gift. Not to hijack this thread but This reminds me of the guy who kept asking every so many months if any ladies in Ottawa were natural - unshaven. Of those of us who responded, none of us ever saw him. Not to say this is the same scenario but it does make us wonder how serious someone is.

He didn't degrade the local ladies, he was talking about taking a chance on probably an unverified LL local! I have also had nothing but bad luck when I tried that route! There are lots of local ladies that have reviews on Lyla and they can be trusted to be who they say they are. My issue is I find it hard to find a local that fits into my taste and what I want out of a session, where as every YFL has fit so far. I wish I could find a local, it would make it much more convenient, hopefully one day!

Haven't seen her nor have I noticed her on leolist before - not that that means much. I would suggest going to the Ottawa recommendation section on here and see if there's someone there who appeals. I'm batting 1.000 here on Lyla but have to admit to a few leolist mistakes experienced. Do your homework: use tineye, and other image search tools. Text and/or call (she clearly prefers texts so start that way) to get a sense of whether it's a good option for you. I generally always stick with lyla ladies, These new times have altered both client and provider approaches. Ask Jess if she'll offer some sort of online option to help you decide.

You seem unwilling to pay a companion in advance via etransfer (etransfer???...without password is no payment at all) but expect her to go out of pocket to tour to Fort Mac on the chance of seeing a good guy. Just that and that alone is a red flag that's enough for a touring companion not to see a "legit" client (your use of the words). It's been mentioned by a companion about the dangers of Fort Mac for them and a mention of drug use by clients in Grande Prairie (yes another city but gives a bad impression). Nothing here has made Fort Mac look appealing as a place for ladies to tour too. RG

You can say that until you are blue in the face, but you have just been told that many ladies will not accept an EMT without the password. So if you don't like the policy, move on to the next girl. Well I am glad you found an agency you like there is a way to respectfully promote them without sounding like your degrading the services of your professional local girls. Many of us have been around lyla a long time and have content new context in pics and videos that show we are exactly who we say we are, as well as recommendations from known hobbyists to prove it. Just say that please instead of indirectly comparing It to negative values that are NOT represented by the core group of local providers here on lyla.

Greenteal, I'm sorry but that's a bit harsh on your part. He's looking for something specific, big boobs, I'm sure there's lots of providers that do. That's all he was looking for, nothing else was mentioned. You don't look for specific things in a provider? The whole point is to find someone that we're interested in and go from there. Don't ridicule a guy cause he's looking for big boobs. Like this this the last place to do that.

How are you screening the ladies to see if they are real vrs scam? Are you checking their website? They don't have one? Don't see them. Scammers don't have time to rebuild a website and it's history for every scam. They are preying on the boys that have a hand down their pants and texting with their other. on LL, check neighbouring areas. Do they have the same or similar ad running? Did you actually read the ad? There are a lot of key words used to spot a scam. On their website, does it link to other sites for ads and recommendations or reviews? Does their website have a history of photos? Have you done a google search on their name in general? What comes up? Do they have an active twitter? Greenteal can probably link in the thread for verifying SPs. It's been said many times over. Take the 10-15 mins, get your hands out of your pants and check the person you out you want to see. 10-1 you will find the one that will better connect with you and you will get to those throws of ecstasy better that the one that doesn't require screening. Ummm No...I've paid in full to companions I have yet to meet and also to companions I've seen before and I'm having a repeat date(s) with It's not very wrong it's actually very normal, check websites of companions across Canada and the U.S. you'll find many companions require at bare minimum a deposit to secure a booking and screening/verification information. Part of the reason companions require a deposit is to make sure the client shows up and avoid NCNS (no call no shows) A client is the one who initiates contact with the lady with the intent to be alone intimately with her, likely saying "trust me." when she brings up questions about payment. Yet shouldn't he (especially since he initiated contact) trust her both when she requires payment in advance and his privacy when she requires screening information? Her concerns are about her safety and security, and they trump his privacy and money concerns. And not to reiterate, OK yes to reiterate, it's the potential client who initiated contact (out of the blue) to be alone intimately with the companion. It only seems reasonable that the companion has policies in place (deposits screening/verification etc) to protect her RG

I agree. Putting all the other concerns about our anonymity and legalities aside for a moment, it still doesn't help the providers all that much. Like I posted on Twitter about this, every client/provider encounter and relationship is different. Sometimes it's just a matter of personalities not meshing and the bad vibe and lack of chemistry. Much like all those reviews out there, they are all from just a point of view. Providers that have been around and are successful usually have a very good criteria that works for them, be it screening, deposits or more. I met one lovely lady out here who after the initial text requires speaking on the phone to a potential client. She gets a better feel of the client from his voice inflection and the spontanaiety of a conversation. It works for her and when I talked to her, we hit it off great. Probably not for everyone but she said her system works about 95% of the time. I understand that some might think this can somehow make things easier but I honestly see it as being somewhat of an inconvenience for providers in the long term. Honestly, even though mine and several of my co members who post here or on Twitter or whatever seem like stand up guys with integrity and likely are, the internet is filled with clever people who aren't what they seem. In the end, being verified basically means very little, imo.
